本发明涉及一种锂电池垫片上料装置,包括上料装置、料台和吸料装置;上料工站包括安装于底座的竖直的旋转气缸和托杆,旋转气缸顶部均布有多个料夹,多个料夹由连接板与旋转气缸的输出端固定连接;托杆为由步进电机驱动的丝杠螺杆或者滚珠丝杠,料夹底部设有托杆孔;料台的顶部设有锥形凸台,凸台与垫片的中心孔配合;托杆自料夹底部的托杆孔插入并托举料夹内的垫片;吸料装置包括第二水平气缸和第二竖直气缸,第二竖直气缸安装于第二水平气缸的伸出端,第二竖直气缸的伸出端设有两个并列的真空吸盘,两真空吸盘分别对应料夹和料台以及料台和圆形工位。

一种锂电池垫片上料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及锂电池盖帽生产领域,具体涉及一种锂电池垫片上料装置。
背景技术
锂电池应用于电瓶车的电池组、电动枪钻等电动工具上。锂离子动力电池重要安全配件之一是盖帽。目前,组合盖帽厂主要是采用分段手工操作方法来加工组合盖帽。其方法是:先用人工将上盖放入工位内,然后人工对上盖进行扩口,在一次放入垫片和防爆膜,最后经过多次压封,对防爆膜收边;之后再用冲床对收边后的产品进行拍平,转入下道工序进行组装;组装过程中存在工序多、用工多、生产效率低下等缺陷,而且在冲压工序中,操作工容易受伤。为了提高效率,现有技术中多采用自动机,由于垫片较小而且薄,不能像上盖和防爆片一样使用振动盘上料,故垫片上料装置是锂电池盖帽自动化的瓶颈之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种工作效率高的锂电池垫片上料装置。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种锂电池垫片上料装置,包括上料装置、料台和吸料装置;所述上料工站包括安装于底座的竖直的旋转气缸和托杆,所述旋转气缸顶部均布有多个料夹,所述多个料夹由连接板与旋转气缸的输出端固定连接;所述托杆为由步进电机驱动的丝杠螺杆或者滚珠丝杠,所述料夹包括至少三根将垫片水平定位的立柱,或者为筒状壳体,料夹底部设有托杆孔;所述料台的顶部设有锥形凸台,所述凸台与垫片的中心孔配合,料夹、料台及圆形工位等间距共线;所述托杆自料夹底部的托杆孔插入并托举料夹内的垫片;所述吸料装置包括第二水平气缸和第二竖直气缸,所述第二水平气缸设置于料夹正上方,第二竖直气缸安装于第二水平气缸的伸出端,第二竖直气缸的伸出端设有两个并列的真空吸盘,在第二水平伸缩过程中,所述两真空吸盘分别对应料夹和料台以及料台和圆形工位。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:
垫片上料工站实用多料夹依次上料,当一个料夹内的垫片使用完后,托杆缩回,旋转气缸转动,将另一个装满垫片的料夹转至托杆的上方继续供料,既节约了上料时间,又能保持生产的连续性。

一种锂电池垫片上料装置,包括上料装置、料台5和吸料装置;所述上料工站包括安装于底座的竖直的旋转气缸1和托杆2,所述旋转气缸1顶部均布有多个料夹3,所述多个料夹3由连接板4与旋转气缸1的输出端固定连接;所述托杆2为由步进电机驱动的丝杠螺杆或者滚珠丝杠,所述料夹3包括至少三根将垫片水平定位的立柱4,或者为筒状壳体,料夹3底部设有托杆孔;所述料台65的顶部设有锥形凸台6,所述凸台6与垫片的中心孔配合,料夹3、料台5及圆形工位3等间距共线;所述托杆2的头部自料夹3底部的托杆孔插入并托举料夹3内的垫片;所述吸料装置包括第二水平气缸7和第二竖直气缸8,所述第二水平气缸7设置于料夹3正上方,第二竖直气缸8安装于第二水平气缸7的伸出端,第二竖直气缸8的伸出端设有两个并列的真空吸盘9,在第二水平伸缩过程中,所述两真空吸盘9分别对应料夹3和料台5以及料台5和圆形工位1。
