本发明公开了一种果蔬洗涤盐,按重量配比为:精制盐65-70%,贝壳粉末29-34.5%,偏硅酸钠0.5-1%。本发明的果蔬洗涤盐能有效清除瓜果、蔬菜表面的残留农药、污物、细菌、寄生虫卵,具有杀菌消毒的作用,产品天然无害,来源广泛,制备方法简单易行,具有天然、安全、有效、无副作用的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种盐制品,尤其涉及一种用于果蔬洗涤的盐制品。
背景技术
蔬菜瓜果是人们生活中不可缺少的食物。目前,瓜果蔬菜在种植过程中为保证质量,普遍使用农药,由于市场上的一些瓜果蔬菜在种植过程中使用农药过多,或者采摘时间离施药时间的间隔过近,使得在它们表面残留有大量农药,有的甚至侵入果蔬内部不易被清水洗掉。人体若长期食用这些被农药污染的瓜果蔬菜,必会造成有害物质在体内积聚,影响身体健康,重者还会出现食物中毒,危及生命。目前日常生活中,普遍使用淘米水、洗洁精或果皮刀去除表皮残留农药,淘米水清洗时间要求较长,除菌效果一般;常用洗洁精大都为化工合成产品,洗涤不彻底会导致果蔬表面残留,且对人体健康和环境均不利;果皮刀会造成营养流失,且无法应用于草莓、金针菇等瓜果。现有技术中,急需一种效果好、绿色天然的果蔬洗涤剂来弥补现有果蔬洗涤制品的不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用便捷,成本低廉,洗涤效果好的果蔬洗涤制品。
本发明为解决公知技术中存在的技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种果蔬洗涤盐,按重量配比为:精制盐65-70%,贝壳粉末29-34.5%,偏硅酸钠0.5-1%。
根据以上技术方案,果蔬洗涤盐按重量配比详细为:精制盐68%,贝壳粉末31.2%,偏硅酸钠0.8%。所述精制盐的粒径为60-100目,优选80目。所述贝壳粉末为经1000℃以上高温煅烧而成,粒径为230-400目,优选320目。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明的果蔬洗涤盐能有效清除瓜果、蔬菜表面的残留农药、污物、细菌、寄生虫卵,具有杀菌消毒的作用,同时去除水果表面的人工蜡,不破坏果蔬的营养成分,添加天然贝壳粉末可以很快分散于清水中,具有良好的吸附农药和杀菌保鲜性能。产品天然无害,来源广泛,制备方法简单易行,具有天然、安全、有效、无副作用的特点。
具体实施方式:
为能进一步了解本发明的发明内容,兹例举以下实施例:
实施例1:一种果蔬洗涤盐,按重量配比为:精制盐68%,贝壳粉末31.2%,偏硅酸钠0.8%,所述精制盐的粒径为80目,所述贝壳粉末为经1000℃以上高温煅烧而成,粒径为320目。
实施例2:一种果蔬洗涤盐,按重量配比为:精制盐65%,贝壳粉末34.5%,偏硅酸钠0.5%,所述精制盐的粒径为60目,所述贝壳粉末为经1000℃以上高温煅烧而成,粒径为230目。
实施例3:一种果蔬洗涤盐,按重量配比为:精制盐70%,贝壳粉末29%,偏硅酸钠1%所述精制盐的粒径为100目,所述贝壳粉末为经1000℃以上高温煅烧而成,粒径为400目。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果蔬洗涤盐,其特征在于,所述精制盐的粒径为60-100目,优选80目。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种果蔬洗涤盐,其特征在于,所述贝壳粉末为经1000℃以上高温煅烧而成,粒径为230-400目,优选320目。
