(1)将所述质量份数的聚天冬氨酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、氢氧化铝、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、聚四氟乙烯、羟基环己基苯基、甲壳素、环烷酸钴、甲基丙烯酸环己酯、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、纳他霉素、滑石粉、聚乙烯蜡乳液、珍珠岩粉、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、己二异氰酸酯、橘子油、乙酰基丙酮钴、木质素加入上述质量份数的水中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的疫霉灵,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的银离子抗菌剂,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明材料具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、抗菌性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚天冬氨酸酯18~22份、羧甲基纤维素钠20~24份、氢氧化铝16~20份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯20~24份、聚四氟乙烯16~20份、羟基环己基苯基20~24份、甲壳素16~20份、银离子抗菌剂22~26份、环烷酸钴16~20份、甲基丙烯酸环己酯20~24份、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯16~20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛20~24份、纳他霉素16~20份、滑石粉20~24份、聚乙烯蜡乳液16~20份、珍珠岩粉20~24份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16~20份、己二异氰酸酯20~24份、橘子油16~20份、乙酰基丙酮钴20~24份、木质素16~20份、疫霉灵20~24份、水1000~2000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所述数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚天冬氨酸酯18份、羧甲基纤维素钠20份、氢氧化铝16份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯20份、聚四氟乙烯16份、羟基环己基苯基20份、甲壳素16份、银离子抗菌剂22份、环烷酸钴16份、甲基丙烯酸环己酯20份、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯16份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛20份、纳他霉素16份、滑石粉20份、聚乙烯蜡乳液16份、珍珠岩粉20份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份、己二异氰酸酯20份、橘子油16份、乙酰基丙酮钴20份、木质素16份、疫霉灵20份、水1000份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所述数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚天冬氨酸酯20份、羧甲基纤维素钠22份、氢氧化铝18份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯22份、聚四氟乙烯18份、羟基环己基苯基22份、甲壳素18份、银离子抗菌剂24份、环烷酸钴18份、甲基丙烯酸环己酯22份、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯18份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛22份、纳他霉素18份、滑石粉22份、聚乙烯蜡乳液18份、珍珠岩粉22份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯18份、己二异氰酸酯22份、橘子油18份、乙酰基丙酮钴22份、木质素18份、疫霉灵22份、水1500份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所述数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料由以下质量份数的组分组成:聚天冬氨酸酯22份、羧甲基纤维素钠24份、氢氧化铝20份、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯24份、聚四氟乙烯20份、羟基环己基苯基24份、甲壳素20份、银离子抗菌剂26份、环烷酸钴20份、甲基丙烯酸环己酯24份、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛24份、纳他霉素20份、滑石粉24份、聚乙烯蜡乳液20份、珍珠岩粉24份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯20份、己二异氰酸酯24份、橘子油20份、乙酰基丙酮钴24份、木质素20份、疫霉灵24份、水2000份。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所述数码印花面料用阻燃抗菌涂料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的聚天冬氨酸酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、氢氧化铝、乙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、聚四氟乙烯、羟基环己基苯基、甲壳素、环烷酸钴、甲基丙烯酸环己酯、磷酸三丁氧基乙酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、纳他霉素、滑石粉、聚乙烯蜡乳液、珍珠岩粉、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、己二异氰酸酯、橘子油、乙酰基丙酮钴、木质素加入上述质量份数的水中,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的疫霉灵,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的银离子抗菌剂,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
