(1)将所述质量份数的三甘醇二异辛酸酯、酚醛环氧树脂、石墨粉、磷酸三辛酯、硬脂酸酯、氧化锆粉末、硬脂酸甘油酯、八甲基环四硅氧烷、异佛尔酮、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、高氯酸铵、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、杀毒矾、聚磷酸铵、辛酸甘油酯、苯乙烯化苯酚、尼泊金丙酯、香兰素予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的盐基硫酸铅、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、偏苯三酸三辛酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的三甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:三甘醇二异辛酸酯18~22份、酚醛环氧树脂20~24份、石墨粉16~20份、磷酸三辛酯14~18份、硬脂酸酯20~24份、氧化锆粉末16~20份、三盐基硫酸铅14~18份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐20~24份、偏苯三酸三辛酯16~20份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶14~18份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯20~24份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16~20份、硬脂酸甘油酯16~20份、八甲基环四硅氧烷14~18份、异佛尔酮20~24份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛16~20份、高氯酸铵14~18份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯20~24份、杀毒矾16~20份、聚磷酸铵14~18份、辛酸甘油酯20~24份、苯乙烯化苯酚16~20份、尼泊金丙酯14~18份、香兰素20~24份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所述数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料由以下质量份数的组分组成:三甘醇二异辛酸酯18份、酚醛环氧树脂20份、石墨粉16份、磷酸三辛酯14份、硬脂酸酯20份、氧化锆粉末16份、三盐基硫酸铅14份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐20份、偏苯三酸三辛酯16份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶14份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯20份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯16份、硬脂酸甘油酯16份、八甲基环四硅氧烷14份、异佛尔酮20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛16份、高氯酸铵14份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯20份、杀毒矾16份、聚磷酸铵14份、辛酸甘油酯20份、苯乙烯化苯酚16份、尼泊金丙酯14份、香兰素20份。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所述数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料由以下质量份数的组分组成:三甘醇二异辛酸酯20份、酚醛环氧树脂22份、石墨粉18份、磷酸三辛酯16份、硬脂酸酯22份、氧化锆粉末18份、三盐基硫酸铅16份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐22份、偏苯三酸三辛酯18份、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶16份、三甘醇二异辛酸酯22份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯18份、硬脂酸甘油酯18份、八甲基环四硅氧烷16份、异佛尔酮22份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛18份、高氯酸铵16份、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯22份、杀毒矾18份、聚磷酸铵16份、辛酸甘油酯22份、苯乙烯化苯酚18份、尼泊金丙酯16份、香兰素22份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:所述数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的三甘醇二异辛酸酯、酚醛环氧树脂、石墨粉、磷酸三辛酯、硬脂酸酯、氧化锆粉末、硬脂酸甘油酯、八甲基环四硅氧烷、异佛尔酮、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、高氯酸铵、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、杀毒矾、聚磷酸铵、辛酸甘油酯、苯乙烯化苯酚、尼泊金丙酯、香兰素予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的盐基硫酸铅、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、偏苯三酸三辛酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的三甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、三甘醇二异辛酸酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
