实施例2
本实施例中的数码印花用面料印花浆料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸锂粉末18份、柏油16份、磷酸三异丙基苯酯16份、甲基苯胺14份、樟脑油16份、桉叶油16份、布洛波尔14份、磷酸三钠16份、百菌清16份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯14份、改性酚醛树脂14份、过氯乙烯树脂14份、磷酸三氯乙酯16份、2-巯基苯并噻唑14份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵12份、茶花粉16份、碘乙酸钠14份、蜂蜜12份、氟钛酸钾14份、硫化锌粉末12份、珠光粉12份、硬脂酸丁酯14份、乙酸甲酯14份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷14份、异丙基硫杂蒽酮14份、异氟尔酮14份、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯14份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵14份、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒14份、双咪唑烷基脲12份。
上述数码印花用面料印花浆料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的磷酸锂粉末、柏油、磷酸三异丙基苯酯、甲基苯胺、樟脑油、桉叶油、布洛波尔、磷酸三钠、百菌清、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、改性酚醛树脂、过氯乙烯树脂、磷酸三氯乙酯、2-巯基苯并噻唑、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、茶花粉、碘乙酸钠、蜂蜜、氟钛酸钾、硫化锌粉末予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的珠光粉、硬脂酸丁酯、乙酸甲酯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、异丙基硫杂蒽酮,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的异氟尔酮、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、双咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的数码印花用面料印花浆料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:磷酸锂粉末20份、柏油18份、磷酸三异丙基苯酯18份、甲基苯胺16份、樟脑油18份、桉叶油18份、布洛波尔16份、磷酸三钠18份、百菌清18份、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯16份、改性酚醛树脂16份、过氯乙烯树脂16份、磷酸三氯乙酯18份、2-巯基苯并噻唑16份、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵14份、茶花粉18份、碘乙酸钠16份、蜂蜜14份、氟钛酸钾16份、硫化锌粉末14份、珠光粉14份、硬脂酸丁酯16份、乙酸甲酯16份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷16份、异丙基硫杂蒽酮16份、异氟尔酮16份、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯16份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵16份、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒16份、双咪唑烷基脲14份。
上述数码印花用面料印花浆料制备方法步骤如下:

(2)加入所述质量份数的珠光粉、硬脂酸丁酯、乙酸甲酯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、异丙基硫杂蒽酮,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的异氟尔酮、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、双咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。

(2)加入所述质量份数的珠光粉、硬脂酸丁酯、乙酸甲酯、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、异丙基硫杂蒽酮,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的异氟尔酮、硬脂酸聚乙二醇酯、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、10,10’-氧代双吩恶砒、双咪唑烷基脲,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
