上述数码印花用面料印染浆料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的草酸铜、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、丙烯酰胺、N-苯基-2-萘胺、亚麻油醇酸树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、纳米氧化锆、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、硬脂酸镁、叶腊石粉末、丁醚脲、碳酸锶、酚醛树脂二异丙醇胺、二甘醇丁醚、钼酸钠、烷基聚葡糖苷、芦芭胶、橄榄油、透明质酸钠予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的聚氨基甲酸酯、丙酸钙、百菌清、聚氧化乙烯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、异噻唑啉酮、甘露寡糖、硫酸钡,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的数码印花用面料印染浆料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:草酸铜16份、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅18份、丙烯酰胺14份、N-苯基-2-萘胺12份、亚麻油醇酸树脂18份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯14份、纳米氧化锆12份、亚磷酸酯18份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛14份、硬脂酸镁12份、叶腊石粉末18份、丁醚脲14份、碳酸锶14份、聚氨基甲酸酯12份、丙酸钙18份、百菌清14份、聚氧化乙烯12份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵18份、异噻唑啉酮14份、甘露寡糖12份、硫酸钡18份、酚醛树脂二异丙醇胺14份、二甘醇丁醚12份、钼酸钠18份、烷基聚葡糖苷14份、芦芭胶14份、橄榄油14份、透明质酸钠14份。
上述数码印花用面料印染浆料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的草酸铜、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、丙烯酰胺、N-苯基-2-萘胺、亚麻油醇酸树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、纳米氧化锆、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、硬脂酸镁、叶腊石粉末、丁醚脲、碳酸锶、酚醛树脂二异丙醇胺、二甘醇丁醚、钼酸钠、烷基聚葡糖苷、芦芭胶、橄榄油、透明质酸钠予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的聚氨基甲酸酯、丙酸钙、百菌清、聚氧化乙烯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、异噻唑啉酮、甘露寡糖、硫酸钡,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的数码印花用面料印染浆料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:草酸铜18份、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅20份、丙烯酰胺16份、N-苯基-2-萘胺14份、亚麻油醇酸树脂20份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯16份、纳米氧化锆14份、亚磷酸酯20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛16份、硬脂酸镁14份、叶腊石粉末20份、丁醚脲16份、碳酸锶16份、聚氨基甲酸酯14份、丙酸钙20份、百菌清16份、聚氧化乙烯14份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵20份、异噻唑啉酮16份、甘露寡糖14份、硫酸钡20份、酚醛树脂二异丙醇胺16份、二甘醇丁醚14份、钼酸钠20份、烷基聚葡糖苷16份、芦芭胶16份、橄榄油16份、透明质酸钠16份。
上述数码印花用面料印染浆料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的草酸铜、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、丙烯酰胺、N-苯基-2-萘胺、亚麻油醇酸树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、纳米氧化锆、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、硬脂酸镁、叶腊石粉末、丁醚脲、碳酸锶、酚醛树脂二异丙醇胺、二甘醇丁醚、钼酸钠、烷基聚葡糖苷、芦芭胶、橄榄油、透明质酸钠予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的聚氨基甲酸酯、丙酸钙、百菌清、聚氧化乙烯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、异噻唑啉酮、甘露寡糖、硫酸钡,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。

1.一种数码印花用面料印染浆料,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:草酸铜14~18份、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅16~20份、丙烯酰胺12~16份、N-苯基-2-萘胺10~14份、亚麻油醇酸树脂16~20份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯12~16份、纳米氧化锆10~14份、亚磷酸酯16~20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛12~16份、硬脂酸镁10~14份、叶腊石粉末16~20份、丁醚脲12~16份、碳酸锶12~16份、聚氨基甲酸酯10~14份、丙酸钙16~20份、百菌清12~16份、聚氧化乙烯10~14份、双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵16~20份、异噻唑啉酮12~16份、甘露寡糖10~14份、硫酸钡16~20份、酚醛树脂二异丙醇胺12~16份、二甘醇丁醚10~14份、钼酸钠16~20份、烷基聚葡糖苷12~16份、芦芭胶12~16份、橄榄油12~16份、透明质酸钠12~16份。

(1)将所述质量份数的草酸铜、二盐基邻苯二甲酸铅、丙烯酰胺、N-苯基-2-萘胺、亚麻油醇酸树脂、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯、纳米氧化锆、亚磷酸酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、硬脂酸镁、叶腊石粉末、丁醚脲、碳酸锶、酚醛树脂二异丙醇胺、二甘醇丁醚、钼酸钠、烷基聚葡糖苷、芦芭胶、橄榄油、透明质酸钠予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~40KHz,分散速度约5000~5400r/min,分散时间为30~60min左右;
(2)加入所述质量份数的聚氨基甲酸酯、丙酸钙、百菌清、聚氧化乙烯,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
(3)加入所述质量份数的双十八烷基二甲基氯化铵、异噻唑啉酮、甘露寡糖、硫酸钡,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~30KHz,分散速度为约4600~4800r/min,分散时间为20~40min左右;混合均匀后制得本品。
