本发明属于水性涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性涂料及其制备方法,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚25‑35份,润湿分散剂2‑5份,粘结剂5‑10份,无机氧化物2‑5份,成膜剂2‑4份,消泡剂1‑5份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂5‑10份,硅藻土10‑20份,其制备方法为将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚,润湿分散剂,粘结剂,无机氧化物,成膜剂2‑4份,消泡剂,水性固体丙烯酸树脂,硅藻土加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为100‑800rpm,温度为100‑1500℃,最后得到水性涂料,本发明方法简单,得到的水性涂料其强度、耐高温性以及防腐性能优异,无污染。

技术领域
本发明属于水性涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于人们生活水平的逐渐提高,对涂料质量的要求也越来越严格。在选择涂料产品时候,价格不再是购买力的决定因素,消费者更多关注的是其环保健康性。
环保涂料已经成为建材和装修领域的一个热门词汇,其市场正逐步扩大,传统涂料带来的污染正在危害人类生存的环境和人体健康。传统涂料所含的有害物主要有挥发性有机化合物VOC、苯、甲醛、重金属(铅、汞等等。因此,低污染或环境友好型涂料在市场上受到极大关注,各国特别是欧美等发达国家对VOC的控制越来越严格,先后颁布了一系列法规及标准,对涂料中的VOC含量及释放进行限制。在我国,随着发展循环经济、建设节约型社会的实施,也对开发生产健康、环保、安全的绿色涂料提出了更高的要求。水性涂料作为一种节能、环保涂料应运而生,不断发展。
目前市场上的涂料其强度差、耐高温性以及防腐性能差,使用中会造成空气污染等问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种强度优异,可有效的耐高温、防腐,无污染的水性涂料及制备方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种水性涂料,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚25-35份,润湿分散剂2-5份,粘结剂5-10份,无机氧化物2-5份,成膜剂2-4份,消泡剂1-5份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂5-10份,硅藻土10-20份。
进一步,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚25份,润湿分散剂2份,粘结剂5份,无机氧化物2份,成膜剂2份,消泡剂1份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂5份,硅藻土10份。
进一步,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚30份,润湿分散剂3份,粘结剂8份,无机氧化物3份,成膜剂3份,消泡剂3份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂8份,硅藻土15份。
进一步,所述润湿分散剂为润湿分散剂WA200、润湿分散剂CF-10、润湿分散剂X-405中的一种或几种。
进一步,所述粘结剂为淀粉、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯胶、果胶、卡拉胶、罗望子多糖胶、槐豆胶、瓜尔豆胶、明胶、壳聚糖中的一种或几种。
进一步,所述无机氧化物为氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化钛中一种或几种。
一种水性涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚,润湿分散剂,粘结剂,无机氧化物,成膜剂,消泡剂,水性固体丙烯酸树脂,硅藻土加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为100-200rpm,温度为100-150℃,最后得到水性涂料。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用粘结剂固化作用使无机氧化物、,水性固体丙烯酸树脂,硅藻土粘结固化在一起,具有可靠的粘接性,同时利用无机氧化物的耐高温以及防腐作用,其聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚,水性固体丙烯酸树脂在无机氧化物与硅藻土的表面上发生接枝,其综合作用得出一种强度优异,可有效的耐高温、防腐,无污染的水性涂料,其制备方法简单。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚25份,润湿分散剂WA2002份,淀粉5份,氧化锌2份,成膜剂2份,消泡剂1份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂5份,硅藻土10份加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为100rpm,温度为100℃,最后得到水性涂料。
实施例2
将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚30份,润湿分散剂CF-103份,聚乙烯醇8份,氧化铝3份,成膜剂3份,消泡剂3份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂8份,硅藻土15份加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为150rpm,温度为130℃,最后得到水性涂料。
实施例3
将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚35份,润湿分散剂X-4055份,阿拉伯胶10份,氧化钛5份,成膜剂4份,消泡剂5份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂10份,硅藻土20份加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为200rpm,温度为150℃,最后得到水性涂料。
对比例1
将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚10份,润湿分散剂WA2001份,淀粉2份,氧化锌1份,成膜剂1份,消泡剂0.5份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂2份,硅藻土5份加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为50rpm,温度为50℃,最后得到水性涂料
对比例2
将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚40份,润湿分散剂X-40510份,阿拉伯胶20份,氧化钛10份,成膜剂10份,消泡剂10份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂20份,硅藻土30份加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为400rpm,温度为250℃,最后得到水性涂料。
通过检测实施例与对比例得到的水性涂料,其检测结果如下表一

1.一种水性涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚25-35份,润湿分散剂2-5份,粘结剂5-10份,无机氧化物2-5份,成膜剂2-4份,消泡剂1-5份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂5-10份,硅藻土10-20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种水性涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚25份,润湿分散剂2份,粘结剂5份,无机氧化物2份,成膜剂2份,消泡剂1份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂5份,硅藻土10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种水性涂料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚30份,润湿分散剂3份,粘结剂8份,无机氧化物3份,成膜剂3份,消泡剂3份,水性固体丙烯酸树脂8份,硅藻土15份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种水性涂料,其特征在于,所述润湿分散剂为润湿分散剂WA200、润湿分散剂CF-10、润湿分散剂X-405中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种水性涂料,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为淀粉、聚乙烯醇、阿拉伯胶、果胶、卡拉胶、罗望子多糖胶、槐豆胶、瓜尔豆胶、明胶、壳聚糖中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种水性涂料,其特征在于,所述无机氧化物为氧化锌、氧化铝、氧化钛中一种或几种。
7.一种如权利要求1至6任一项所述一种水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将聚丙烯基缩水甘油醚,润湿分散剂,粘结剂,无机氧化物,成膜剂,消泡剂,水性固体丙烯酸树脂,硅藻土加入多级圆锥式混炼机中,其多级圆锥式混炼机转速为100-200rpm,温度为100-150℃,最后得到水性涂料。
