技术领域
本发明涉及木器漆领域,特别涉及一种水性绿色环保木门漆。
背景技术
油漆是建筑物及各类物具所需涂覆的基面材料。目前,建筑装修、装潢等领域大多采用的均为含有化学成分的油漆,这种油漆涂覆后,会不断的挥发出有机化合物和游离体,因此会对自然界产生较大的污染,尤其是在制备生产及使用过程中,更易造成对操作者身体的侵害。随着人们生活水品的提高,家居装修中对环保的要求也越来越高,越来越多的消毒环保技术得到应用,例如光触媒、负离子等方法,但是每种方式在实现净化环境的同时,由于家居环境及其环保材料自身的局限,不能达到全面净化环境的作用,因此所谓环保材料仅仅是在一定范围或针对特定有毒物质的环保材料。随着人们环保要求的提高,越来越需要多种环保技术在同种产品种的应用。因此,如何有效保证油漆环保无污染,并提高油漆的内在质量、降低生产和使用成本,是该领域当前急待解决的难题之一。
发明内容
为了解决油漆挥发出的有害物质污染环境并对人身体健康造成严重侵害的问题,本发明提供了一种水性绿色环保木门漆。
本发明的技术方案为:一种水性绿色环保木门漆,其特征在于:其配方组成的重量百分比为:去离子水10-20份,丙烯酸乳液30-40份,丙烯酸聚氨酯20-30份,纳米二氧化钛5-10份,助剂10-15份。
丙烯酸乳液是以丙烯酸为主要功能单体共聚而成的水性高分子树脂。
纳米二氧化钛颗粒为1-10纳米。
其中助剂包括香料1-2份,乳化剂2-3份,分散剂3-5份,消泡剂0.1-2份,防腐剂0.1-1份,增稠剂1-3份,防冻液1-3份,成膜剂1-2,颜料1-2份。
防冻液选用乙二醇。
本发明的有益效果为:水性木器漆,自身不释放甲醛,有机挥发气体(VOC)的释放量较低,质量符合国家标准。使木器漆综合性能有显著的提高,不但丰满度好,硬度好,快干,光泽高,且耐候性好,成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1一种水性绿色环保木门漆,其配方组成的重量百分比为:去离子水10-20份,丙烯酸乳液30-40份,丙烯酸聚氨酯20-30份,纳米二氧化钛5-10份,助剂10-15份。
丙烯酸乳液是以丙烯酸为主要功能单体共聚而成的水性高分子树脂。
纳米二氧化钛颗粒为1-10纳米。
其中助剂包括香料1-2份,乳化剂2-3份,分散剂3-5份,消泡剂0.1-2份,防腐剂0.1-1份,增稠剂1-3份,防冻液1-3份,成膜剂1-2,颜料1-2份。
防冻液选用乙二醇。
具板件基材打磨后,辊涂或擦涂底色,修色处理,干燥后辊涂或喷涂改性聚氨酯树脂木器漆底漆,加温挥发,经紫外灯照射固化,淋涂或喷涂改性聚氨酯树脂木器漆面漆,加温挥发,再经紫外灯照射固化。
本发明的有益效果为:水性木器漆,自身不释放甲醛,有机挥发气体(VOC)的释放量较低,质量符合国家标准。使木器漆综合性能有显著的提高,不但丰满度好,硬度好,快干,光泽高,且耐候性好,成本低。

1.一种水性绿色环保木门漆,其特征在于:其配方组成的重量百分比为:去离子水10-20份,丙烯酸乳液30-40份,丙烯酸聚氨酯20-30份,纳米二氧化钛5-10份,助剂10-15份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种水性绿色环保木门漆,其特征在于:丙烯酸乳液是以丙烯酸为主要功能单体共聚而成的水性高分子树脂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种水性绿色环保木门漆,其特征在于:纳米二氧化钛颗粒为1-10纳米。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种水性绿色环保木门漆,其特征在于:其中助剂包括香料1-2份,乳化剂2-3份,分散剂3-5份,消泡剂0.1-2份,防腐剂0.1-1份,增稠剂1-3份,防冻液1-3份,成膜剂1-2,颜料1-2份。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种水性绿色环保木门漆,其特征在于:防冻液选用乙二醇。
