背景技术
随着工业的快速发展,涂料的应用已经不限于建筑领域,还可用于包装、日用品、电子产品、工艺品等领域,但是受于涂料组成基质的原因,现有的涂料普遍存在气味难闻的缺陷,为解决这一缺陷,常在涂料中添加香精香料用以掩盖,但是香精大都易挥发,不能长久的维持其香味,所以常加大香精添加量,来延缓其香味的散去,但是新涂制的产品香味就会过于浓郁。
香料是精细化学品的重要组成部分。香料依据来源不同分为天然香料及合成香料。合成香料是以煤化工产品、石油化工产品等为原料,通过化学合成方法制取的有香味的化合物。呋喃酮具有甜香、果香、焦糖香和面包样的焙烤香气,其同其他香料一样具有易挥发的特性,且难溶于水,用于涂料中不易分散,与涂料组分中的配伍性较差。
β-环糊精为水溶性白色结晶粉末,分子结构是由7个葡萄糖分子按1,4-糖苷键连结成环状中空圆筒形低聚糖化合物,在空洞外部和开口处排列有较多的-OH,呈亲水性,空洞内侧多为C-H键,呈疏水性,由于这种特殊的结构就形成了一个单分子的胶束“溶剂笼”,从而使其容易包合不同的“客体”,形成特殊结构的包合物,并能够保持客体活性成分,使其免于遭受氧化作用、光诱导作用、热分解、自分解、挥发、升华等作用而损失;能够增大客体包合分子的溶解度,调节客体的释放速度,提高生物利用率;掩盖一些不良气味;降低客体的刺激性、毒性和挥发性,从而使客体的稳定性得到提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有缓释香味的涂料,添加的缓释香料与涂料配方中其余组分具有良好的配伍性,且具有良好的热稳定性和水溶性,可缓慢释放香味,维持涂料长久的香味气氛。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种具有缓释香味的涂料,包括以下重量份的原料:40-55份丙烯酸树脂、13-17份聚氨酯树脂、1.5-2.2份缓释香料、15-20份纳米二氧化钛、0.5-1.5份沉淀硫酸钡、1-3.5份抗氧剂、4-7份相容剂、1-1.5份流平剂、15-30份丙二醇、150-200份去离子水;
该涂料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
第一步、预处理
将组分量的丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、沉淀硫酸钡、抗氧剂、相容剂和流平剂依次加入到球磨机中进行研磨,过筛后投入到高速分散机中,加入缓释香料,在转速为8500-10000r/min下进行高速分散10-15min;
第二步、在混料桶中加入第一步分散的物料,接着加入组分量的丙二醇和去离子水,搅拌混合30-45min后,转移至水浴超声仪中,在水浴温度为40-45℃下,进行超声分散15-20min,即得到具有缓释香味的涂料。
进一步,所述的缓释香料包括呋喃酮酯香料和载体β-环糊精。
进一步,所述的缓释香料的制备方法为:
步骤一、在反应瓶中加入0.3molβ-环糊精,加入温度为45-50℃的去离子水,制成饱和的环糊精溶液,备用;
步骤二、称取0.10-0.11mol呋喃酮酯香料,采用150-200ml无水乙醇溶解,得到香料溶液;
步骤三、边搅拌步骤一得到的环糊精溶液,边向其中滴加步骤二制备的香料溶液,滴加完毕后,转移至水浴锅中,进行搅拌,移除水浴锅,静置过夜,过滤,依次采用去离子水和无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥后即得到缓释香料。
进一步,所述的水浴温度为45-50℃,所述的搅拌时间为1-1.5h。
进一步,所述的呋喃酮酯香料的制备方法为:
反应式如下所示:
S1、量取1L溶剂无水DMF加入到反应釜中,称取105-110mmol 2-氧代戊酸乙酯和碱催化剂加入其中,加热至40-45℃,保温搅拌15-20min,接着加入100mmol5-羟甲基糠醛,升温至60-65℃,保温搅拌1.5-2h,进行缩合环化反应,反应结束后,减压蒸馏出去乙醇和小分子化合物,向粗产物中加入1L质量浓度为8-12%的稀硫酸,室温下搅拌30-40min,接着采用丙酮进行萃取2-3次,合并有机相,经旋转蒸发后,得到中间体M1;
S2、在装有电动搅拌器、冷凝管和温度计的四口烧瓶中加入50mmol中间体M1、40-45mmol 2-糠酸和250-300ml干燥后的甲苯,边搅拌边逐滴滴加1.5-2ml浓硫酸,升温至115-120℃,回流反应2.5-3h,反应结束后,自然冷却到室温,加入100ml温度为0-5℃的去离子水,分液,有机相中加入10%的碳酸钠水溶液洗涤溶液的pH为7.0-7.5,旋转蒸发除去溶剂,得到的粗产物采用柱层析分离,即得到具有浓郁果香气氛的呋喃酮酯香料M2。
进一步,步骤S1中,所述的碱催化剂为碳酸铯,碱催化剂的加入量为5-7g。
进一步,步骤S2中,柱层析分离采用的层析液为正己烷:二氯甲烷:乙酸乙酯=10:1:1.0-1.5。
进一步,所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂168或者抗氧剂TNP。
进一步,所述的相容剂为苯乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明提供了一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其组分缓释香料具有浓郁的果香气味,不易挥发,可维持涂料的香味,缓释香料包括呋喃酮酯香料和载体β-环糊精,采用饱和水溶液法,将呋喃酮酯香料包合在载体β-环糊精中,相比呋喃酮酯香料单一物质,包合的呋喃酮酯香料具有较高的热稳定性和水溶性,从而提高了呋喃酮酯香料的缓释性能;
(2)本发明制备的呋喃酮酯香料,其制备首先以2-氧代戊酸乙酯和5-羟甲基糠醛为原料,在碱催化剂碳酸铯的作用下,发生缩合环化反应,得到了中间体M1,接着浓硫酸的催化下,中间体M1与2-糠酸发生酯化反应,即得到了呋喃酮酯香料,呋喃酮酯香料相比现有的呋喃酮或者呋喃酯香料具有较大的分子结构,具有更好的稳定性,本身不易挥发;另外,呋喃酮酯香料含有双香氛官能基团大大增加了其香味浓郁度,只需更少量的呋喃酮酯香料即可达到持久的香味气氛。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
2-氧代戊酸乙酯:CAS号:50461-74-0,购自上海贤鼎生物科技有限公司;
5-羟甲基糠醛:CAS号:67-47-0,购自上海贤鼎生物科技有限公司;
2-糠酸:CAS号:88-14-2,购自上海贤鼎生物科技有限公司。
呋喃酮酯香料的制备方法为:
S1、量取1L溶剂无水DMF加入到反应釜中,称取105mmol 2-氧代戊酸乙酯和6g碱催化剂碳酸铯加入其中,加热至40℃,保温搅拌20min,接着加入100mmol5-羟甲基糠醛,升温至60℃,保温搅拌2h,进行缩合环化反应,反应结束后,减压蒸馏出去乙醇和小分子化合物,向粗产物中加入1L质量浓度为10%的稀硫酸,室温下搅拌35min,接着采用丙酮进行萃取3次,合并有机相,经旋转蒸发后,得到中间体M1,收率为86.2%;
经GC-MS检测得到:中间体M1(C11H12O5)的分子量为224.391;
S2、在装有电动搅拌器、冷凝管和温度计的四口烧瓶中加入50mmol中间体M1、45mmol 2-糠酸和300ml干燥后的甲苯,边搅拌边逐滴滴加2ml浓硫酸,升温至116℃,回流反应3h,反应结束后,自然冷却到室温,加入100ml温度为0-5℃的去离子水,分液,有机相中加入10%的碳酸钠水溶液洗涤溶液的pH为7.2,旋转蒸发除去溶剂,得到的粗产物采用柱层析分离,层析液为正己烷:二氯甲烷:乙酸乙酯=10:1:1.0-1.5,即得到具有浓郁果香气氛的呋喃酮酯香料M2,收率为68.5%;反应式如下所示:
经GC-MS检测得到:呋喃酮酯香料M2(C16H14O7)的分子量为318.078;
实施例2
缓释香料的制备方法为:
步骤一、在反应瓶中加入0.3molβ-环糊精,加入温度为45℃的去离子水,制成饱和的环糊精溶液,备用;
步骤二、称取0.11mol呋喃酮酯香料(实施例1制备),采用200ml无水乙醇溶解,得到香料溶液;
步骤三、边搅拌步骤一得到的环糊精溶液,边向其中滴加步骤二制备的香料溶液,滴加完毕后,转移至水浴锅中,在水浴温度为45℃下,搅拌1h,移除水浴锅,静置过夜(大约12-15h),过滤,依次采用去离子水和无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥后即得到缓释香料,包合率为54.19%(包合率=缓释香料中呋喃酮酯香料的质量/呋喃酮酯香料总质量)。
缓释香料水溶性:在温度为30℃下,溶解度为19.6mg/g水。
热重分析
测定条件:参比:空坩埚;温度范围:30-1000℃;氮气流速:25ml/min;
升温速度:10℃/min.
对缓释香料、呋喃酮酯香料M2、β-环糊精、呋喃酮酯香料M2与β-环糊精的纯物理混合物进行热重分析:
呋喃酮酯香料M2:30-150℃范围内持续缓慢失重,在150℃出现失重阶梯;
β-环糊精:开始加热-370℃失重较不明显,在接近380℃出现失重阶梯;
呋喃酮酯香料M2与β-环糊精的纯物理混合物:开始加热失重不明显,在150-200℃开始失重,在接近250℃出现失重阶梯;
缓释香料:开始加热,失重不明显,失重阶梯出现在370℃。
由此可知,包合后的呋喃酮酯香料具有良好的热稳定性,大大降低了其挥发性。
实施例3
本发明为一种具有缓释香味的涂料,包括以下重量的原料:40g丙烯酸树脂、15g聚氨酯树脂、1.5g缓释香料、20g纳米二氧化钛、1g沉淀硫酸钡、1g抗氧剂、5g份相容剂、1g流平剂、20g丙二醇、160g去离子水;
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂168;
所述的相容剂为苯乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物;
流平剂(K7312,广州市万成环保科技有限公司)
一种具有缓释香味的涂料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
第一步、预处理
将组分量的丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、沉淀硫酸钡、抗氧剂、相容剂和流平剂依次加入到球磨机中进行研磨,过筛后投入到高速分散机中,加入缓释香料,在转速为9000r/min下进行高速分散15min;
第二步、在混料桶中加入第一步分散的物料,接着加入组分量的丙二醇和去离子水,搅拌混合30min后,转移至水浴超声仪中,在水浴温度为40℃下,进行超声分散15-20min,即得到具有缓释香味的涂料。
实施例4
本发明为一种具有缓释香味的涂料,包括以下重量的原料:40g丙烯酸树脂、17g聚氨酯树脂、2g缓释香料、15g纳米二氧化钛、0.5g沉淀硫酸钡、3.5g抗氧剂、4g相容剂、1.5g流平剂、15g丙二醇、200g去离子水;
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂TNP;
所述的相容剂为苯乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物;
流平剂(K7312,广州市万成环保科技有限公司)
一种具有缓释香味的涂料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
第一步、预处理
将组分量的丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、沉淀硫酸钡、抗氧剂、相容剂和流平剂依次加入到球磨机中进行研磨,过筛后投入到高速分散机中,加入缓释香料,在转速为10000r/min下进行高速分散10min;
第二步、在混料桶中加入第一步分散的物料,接着加入组分量的丙二醇和去离子水,搅拌混合35min后,转移至水浴超声仪中,在水浴温度为45℃下,进行超声分散16min,即得到具有缓释香味的涂料。
实施例5
本发明为一种具有缓释香味的涂料,包括以下重量的原料:55g丙烯酸树脂、13g聚氨酯树脂、2.2g缓释香料、16g纳米二氧化钛、1g沉淀硫酸钡、2.5g抗氧剂、6g相容剂、1.2g流平剂、25g丙二醇、180g去离子水;
所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂168;
所述的相容剂为苯乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物;
流平剂(K7312,广州市万成环保科技有限公司)
一种具有缓释香味的涂料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
第一步、预处理
将组分量的丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、沉淀硫酸钡、抗氧剂、相容剂和流平剂依次加入到球磨机中进行研磨,过筛后投入到高速分散机中,加入缓释香料,在转速为9500r/min下进行高速分散12min;
第二步、在混料桶中加入第一步分散的物料,接着加入组分量的丙二醇和去离子水,搅拌混合40min后,转移至水浴超声仪中,在水浴温度为42℃下,进行超声分散20min,即得到具有缓释香味的涂料。
对比例1
将缓释香料替换为呋喃酮酯香料,其余同实施例5
对比例2
将呋喃酮酯香料与β-环糊精按照质量比为1:3进行物理混合10min,将此混合物替换掉实施例5中缓释香料,其余同实施例5。
对实施例3-5和对比例1-3制备的涂料进行香味持久性测试
分别将实施例3-5和对比例1-3制备的涂料喷涂于铝板表面,检测涂层香味的持久时间;
由上表可知,本发明制备的涂料,可持久的散发香味,具有良好的应用前景。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:40-55份丙烯酸树脂、13-17份聚氨酯树脂、1.5-2.2份缓释香料、15-20份纳米二氧化钛、0.5-1.5份沉淀硫酸钡、1-3.5份抗氧剂、4-7份相容剂、1-1.5份流平剂、15-30份丙二醇、150-200份去离子水;
该涂料的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
第一步、预处理
将组分量的丙烯酸树脂、聚氨酯树脂、纳米二氧化钛、沉淀硫酸钡、抗氧剂、相容剂和流平剂依次加入到球磨机中进行研磨,过筛后投入到高速分散机中,加入缓释香料,在转速为8500-10000r/min下进行高速分散10-15min;
第二步、在混料桶中加入第一步分散的物料,接着加入组分量的丙二醇和去离子水,搅拌混合30-45min后,转移至水浴超声仪中,在水浴温度为40-45℃下,进行超声分散15-20min,即得到具有缓释香味的涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:所述的缓释香料包括呋喃酮酯香料和载体β-环糊精。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:所述的缓释香料的制备方法为:
步骤一、在反应瓶中加入0.3molβ-环糊精,加入温度为45-50℃的去离子水,制成饱和的环糊精溶液,备用;
步骤二、称取0.10-0.11mol呋喃酮酯香料,采用150-200ml无水乙醇溶解,得到香料溶液;
步骤三、边搅拌步骤一得到的环糊精溶液,边向其中滴加步骤二制备的香料溶液,滴加完毕后,转移至水浴锅中,进行搅拌,移除水浴锅,静置过夜,过滤,依次采用去离子水和无水乙醇洗涤,真空干燥后即得到缓释香料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:所述的水浴温度为45-50℃,所述的搅拌时间为1-1.5h。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:所述的呋喃酮酯香料的制备方法为:
反应式如下所示:

S2、在装有电动搅拌器、冷凝管和温度计的四口烧瓶中加入50mmol中间体M1、40-45mmol 2-糠酸和250-300ml干燥后的甲苯,边搅拌边逐滴滴加1.5-2ml浓硫酸,升温至115-120℃,回流反应2.5-3h,反应结束后,自然冷却到室温,加入100ml温度为0-5℃的去离子水,分液,有机相中加入10%的碳酸钠水溶液洗涤溶液的pH为7.0-7.5,旋转蒸发除去溶剂,得到的粗产物采用柱层析分离,即得到具有浓郁果香气氛的呋喃酮酯香料M2。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:步骤S1中,所述的碱催化剂为碳酸铯,碱催化剂的加入量为5-7g。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:步骤S2中,柱层析分离采用的层析液为正己烷:二氯甲烷:乙酸乙酯=10:1:1.0-1.5。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧剂为抗氧剂168或者抗氧剂TNP。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有缓释香味的涂料,其特征在于:所述的相容剂为苯乙烯/马来酸酐共聚物。
