本实施例中的数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:溴化丁基橡胶24份、氟醚橡胶22份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物22份、丙酸戊酯20份、二乙二醇乙醚22份、二甘醇丁醚22份、甲基苯胺20份、二异丁基甲酮22份、二苯并呋喃22份、十六烷基溴20份、咪唑啉20份、2-巯基苯并噻唑20份、轻质碳酸钙粉22份、氢氧化铝粉末20份、三氧化二铝粉末18份、三氧化二锑粉末22份、石膏粉20份、石棉纤维18份、四氧化三铅粉末20份、炭黑18份、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐18份、锑酸钠粉末18份、聚丙烯腈纤维16份、纳米氧化锌12份、二乙二醇10份、石油醚10份、羊毛脂10份、山梨醇酐单油酸酯10份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯10份、三盐基硫酸铅10份。
上述数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的溴化丁基橡胶、氟醚橡胶、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、丙酸戊酯、二乙二醇乙醚、二甘醇丁醚、甲基苯胺、二异丁基甲酮、二苯并呋喃、十六烷基溴、咪唑啉、2-巯基苯并噻唑、轻质碳酸钙粉、氢氧化铝粉末、三氧化二铝粉末、三氧化二锑粉末、石膏粉、石棉纤维、四氧化三铅粉末、炭黑予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5400r/min左右,分散时间为60min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐、锑酸钠粉末、聚丙烯腈纤维、纳米氧化锌、二乙二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为50min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的石油醚、羊毛脂、山梨醇酐单油酸酯、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、三盐基硫酸铅,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20kHz,分散速度4800r/min左右,分散时间为40min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:溴化丁基橡胶26份、氟醚橡胶24份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物24份、丙酸戊酯22份、二乙二醇乙醚24份、二甘醇丁醚24份、甲基苯胺22份、二异丁基甲酮24份、二苯并呋喃24份、十六烷基溴22份、咪唑啉22份、2-巯基苯并噻唑22份、轻质碳酸钙粉24份、氢氧化铝粉末22份、三氧化二铝粉末20份、三氧化二锑粉末24份、石膏粉22份、石棉纤维20份、四氧化三铅粉末22份、炭黑20份、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐20份、锑酸钠粉末20份、聚丙烯腈纤维18份、纳米氧化锌14份、二乙二醇12份、石油醚12份、羊毛脂12份、山梨醇酐单油酸酯12份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯12份、三盐基硫酸铅12份。
上述数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的溴化丁基橡胶、氟醚橡胶、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、丙酸戊酯、二乙二醇乙醚、二甘醇丁醚、甲基苯胺、二异丁基甲酮、二苯并呋喃、十六烷基溴、咪唑啉、2-巯基苯并噻唑、轻质碳酸钙粉、氢氧化铝粉末、三氧化二铝粉末、三氧化二锑粉末、石膏粉、石棉纤维、四氧化三铅粉末、炭黑予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度5200r/min左右,分散时间为45min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐、锑酸钠粉末、聚丙烯腈纤维、纳米氧化锌、二乙二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为27kHz,分散速度5000r/min左右,分散时间为40min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的石油醚、羊毛脂、山梨醇酐单油酸酯、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、三盐基硫酸铅,超声高速分散,超声波频率为25kHz,分散速度4700r/min左右,分散时间为30min;混合均匀后制得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,由以下质量份数的组分组成:溴化丁基橡胶28份、氟醚橡胶26份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物26份、丙酸戊酯24份、二乙二醇乙醚26份、二甘醇丁醚26份、甲基苯胺24份、二异丁基甲酮26份、二苯并呋喃26份、十六烷基溴24份、咪唑啉24份、2-巯基苯并噻唑24份、轻质碳酸钙粉26份、氢氧化铝粉末24份、三氧化二铝粉末22份、三氧化二锑粉末26份、石膏粉24份、石棉纤维22份、四氧化三铅粉末24份、炭黑22份、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐22份、锑酸钠粉末22份、聚丙烯腈纤维20份、纳米氧化锌16份、二乙二醇14份、石油醚14份、羊毛脂14份、山梨醇酐单油酸酯14份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯14份、三盐基硫酸铅14份。
上述数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将所述质量份数的溴化丁基橡胶、氟醚橡胶、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、丙酸戊酯、二乙二醇乙醚、二甘醇丁醚、甲基苯胺、二异丁基甲酮、二苯并呋喃、十六烷基溴、咪唑啉、2-巯基苯并噻唑、轻质碳酸钙粉、氢氧化铝粉末、三氧化二铝粉末、三氧化二锑粉末、石膏粉、石棉纤维、四氧化三铅粉末、炭黑予以混合,超声高速分散,超声波频率为40kHz,分散速度5000r/min,分散时间为30min;
(2)加入所述质量份数的六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐、锑酸钠粉末、聚丙烯腈纤维、纳米氧化锌、二乙二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为35kHz,分散速度4800r/min,分散时间为30min;
(3)加入所述质量份数的石油醚、羊毛脂、山梨醇酐单油酸酯、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、三盐基硫酸铅,超声高速分散,超声波频率为30kHz,分散速度4600r/min左右,分散时间为20min;混合均匀后制得本品。
针对实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中的产品和某市售产品进行性能测量,所测得的数据如表1所示。防火阻燃等级测试采用UL94标准。

可见,本发明产品具有较好的耐腐蚀、防火阻燃、防霉变、抗菌性能。

1.一种数码印花面料阻燃抗菌涂料,其特征在于:由以下质量份数的组分组成:溴化丁基橡胶24~28份、氟醚橡胶22~26份、苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物22~26份、丙酸戊酯20~24份、二乙二醇乙醚22~26份、二甘醇丁醚22~26份、甲基苯胺20~24份、二异丁基甲酮22~26份、二苯并呋喃22~26份、十六烷基溴20~24份、咪唑啉20~24份、2-巯基苯并噻唑20~24份、轻质碳酸钙粉22~26份、氢氧化铝粉末20~24份、三氧化二铝粉末18~22份、三氧化二锑粉末22~26份、石膏粉20~24份、石棉纤维18~22份、四氧化三铅粉末20~24份、炭黑18~22份、六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐18~22份、锑酸钠粉末18~22份、聚丙烯腈纤维16~20份、纳米氧化锌12~16份、二乙二醇10~14份、石油醚10~14份、羊毛脂10~14份、山梨醇酐单油酸酯10~14份、硬脂酸季戊四醇酯10~14份、三盐基硫酸铅10~14份。

(2)加入所述质量份数的六氢化邻苯二甲酸酐、锑酸钠粉末、聚丙烯腈纤维、纳米氧化锌、二乙二醇,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20~35KHz,分散速度为约4800~5200r/min,分散时间为30~50min左右;
