Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种托盘,特别是用于盛装食品的托盘。
背景技术
众多的食品(诸如即食食品或动物食品)都在铝托盘中出售。托盘的内部通常覆盖有塑料材料以便使得其能够被密封。用于此目的的塑料材料必须被设计成使得塑料材料不会释放出对健康有害、可能改变味道或以任何其它不利方式释放到待被包装的食品内的化合物。
在现有技术的状态下已知由铝制成的食品托盘,其中例如它们的内表面涂覆有聚丙烯薄层。
与用于食品包装的铝托盘相关联的一个问题是,托盘很容易机械变形。在将包装食品从工厂运输到销售地,或从销售地运输给顾客的过程中,包装有可能会形成不雅观的凹陷,例如由于敲击或其它机械作用。在这种情况下,在商店货架上的包装食品的视觉印象显著地受到损害。
为了对抗这种机械变形,迄今使用具有约150μm较大厚壁的铝托盘,其内表面涂覆有约30μm厚的聚丙烯层。铝壁的较大厚度意旨防止形成凹陷和其它类型的变形。
由此带来的缺陷是需要大量的铝。但是铝材料的制造需要大量能耗,因此涉及高制造成本和对环境产生显著影响。
从未公开的DE102012107720.7已知一种托盘,该托盘具有厚度为200-400μm的第一内侧聚合物层,厚度为20-40μm的第二聚合物层,以及厚度为40-80μm的外侧铝层。这样的托盘具有对机械变形的高抗性并且使用低含量的铝。已知托盘在其上部周边边缘上具有由第二聚合物层形成的密封区域,所述第二聚合物层在所述密封区域中突出到第一内侧聚合物层之上。
由于这一结构的缺陷是所述密封区域的稳定性不够,以及封闭的托盘难于打开。此外,特别是在打开托盘时,会容易地形成不雅观的凹陷。
发明内容
因此本发明的一个目的是提供克服现有技术状态的缺陷的一种托盘。具体地,应提供用于食品的托盘,该托盘具有用于将盖密封在其上的稳定的密封区域,所述盖可容易地打开。此外,托盘应表现出对机械变形的提高的抗性,并且同时应以较低的制造成本以环境友好的方式制造。
该问题由一种托盘来解决,所述托盘顺序包括:第一内侧聚合物层、第二聚合物层和外侧铝层,其中所述托盘在上部周边边缘上具有至少由第一聚合物层形成的密封区域,其中所述托盘可用盖进行密封。
特别优选的,第一内侧聚合物层的厚度在从100-1000微米之间,优选在200-600微米之间,甚至优选在200-400微米之间,以及进一步优选在从250-350微米的范围内。
特别优选的,密封区域由第一聚合物层和第二聚合物层以及铝层形成。
第一内侧聚合物层和第二聚合物层通过中间层彼此分离,所述中间层以两个聚合物层在不同的连续的操作中形成的方式而形成,例如第二聚合物层在第一操作中形成在外侧铝层上,以及优选地在第二铝层已经冷却之后,在第二操作中形成第一内侧聚合物层。以这种方式形成的中间层可以用简单的方式被观察到,诸如通过垂直于所述层切割托盘并在显微镜下检查切割表面。
根据本发明的一个方面,托盘由第二聚合物层制备,该第二聚合物层具有在10-40微米、优选20-40微米、甚至优选25-35微米的范围内的厚度。
此外,本发明优选地包括具有外侧铝层的托盘,所述外侧铝层具有的厚度在从20-80微米、优选40-80微米、甚至优选40-60微米的范围内。
根据另一方面,本发明涉及一种托盘,其中第一内侧聚合物层和/或第二聚合物层包括聚丙烯和/或聚乙烯,优选聚丙烯。
此外,本发明特别优选地涉及一种托盘,其中第一内侧聚合物层和/或第二聚合物层由聚丙烯和/或聚乙烯、优选由聚丙烯构成。
此外,本发明优选地提供一种托盘,其中第一内侧聚合物层是通过注射成型制备的层。
此外,本发明优选地提供一种托盘,其中所述第二聚合物层是通过层压和/或共挤出施加的层。
本发明还涉及使用这样的托盘来盛装食品,尤其是动物食品或即食食品。
已经出人意料地发现,本发明的托盘具有非常稳定的密封区域,使得密封在托盘上的盖可容易地打开和移除,而没有形成托盘的凹陷或变形。所述托盘的表面几乎是完美的,并且绝对无褶皱。
此外,本发明的托盘呈现出对机械变形的异乎寻常大的抗性,同时与现有技术相比铝含量显著更少。以这种方式,本发明的托盘可以出乎意料地以显著低成本和对环境友好的方式制造。
在特别优选的实施例中,第一和第二聚合物层不是聚合物泡沫材料。甚至优选地,托盘由具有如上厚度的第一内侧聚合物层、第二聚合物层和外侧铝层的结构构成。
本发明的托盘形状并不特别重要。例如可以使用适于盛装食品的托盘的所有合适的和标准的形状,即例如具有圆形、矩形或正方形的横截面。
根据本发明,可特别优选的是首先制备出合适尺寸和形状并具有根据本发明壁厚的所有铝托盘。在该托盘的内侧上,可通过单侧或双侧层压施加约20-40微米厚的薄聚合物膜。该聚合物层用作密封介质。以这种方式形成的密封边缘是稳定的,即使只存在相对薄的聚丙烯层和铝层。
第二聚合物层施加到薄的聚合物层,该薄的聚合物层直接施加到铝层,其中第二聚合物层根据本发明可有利地通过注射成型工艺获得。该较厚的聚合物层可有利地通过注射成型在单独的工艺步骤中制造,其中具有所施加的第二聚合物层的铝托盘被放置在注射成型模具中,以便在注射成型机/模具中形成更厚的聚合物层。
根据本发明,可进一步设想到更厚的第一内侧聚合物层也可用在密封区域中,但是仅填充托盘本体的内部。在此“密封区域”是指这样的一个区域,通过该区域可以合适的方式实现到盖或覆盖物的连接。薄铝箔可用作盖,例如薄铝箔与食品托盘的密封区域熔合。
除了明确提及的制备聚合物层的方法(单侧或双侧层压、注射成型)之外,根据本发明也可使用在现有技术状态内已知的用于制备聚合物层的任何其它合适的方法。
第一内侧聚合物层和第二聚合物层可具有不同的化学组成,并可据此在它们化学和物理性质上会有所不同。然而根据本发明同样可设想到两个聚合物层具有相同或相似的化学结构,并相应地具有基本相同或相似的化学和物理性质。

Claims (8)
1.一种托盘,其顺序包括:第一内侧聚合物层、第二聚合物层和外侧铝层,其中所述托盘在上部周边边缘上具有由至少第一聚合物层形成的密封区域,其中所述托盘用盖进行密封。
2.根据权利要求1所述的托盘,其中第一内侧聚合物层具有的厚度在从100-1000微米、优选200-600微米、甚至优选200-400微米、以及进一步优选在从250-350微米的范围内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的托盘,其中第二聚合物层具有的厚度在从10-40微米、优选25-35微米的范围内。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的托盘,其中外侧铝层具有的厚度在从20-80微米、优选40-80微米、甚至优选40-60微米的范围内。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的托盘,其中第一内侧聚合物层和/或第二聚合物层包括聚丙烯和/或聚乙烯,优选聚丙烯。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的托盘,其中第一内侧聚合物层是通过注射成型制备的层。
