Description
技术领域
本发明涉及个人护理用品,特别是涉及一次性吸收性物品,其包括经亲水处理的孔以有助于物品表面显现并有干净感。
背景技术
存在许多收集身体流体的一次性个人护理用品,但是它们在液体吸收能力完全用完之前就要从表面泄漏的倾向性,对许多制造商来说是一直存在的挑战。此外,某些流体比如月经和稀便(粪便)具有的粘弹性,使获取良好的流入和分布性能特别成问题。特别地,这些流体相对的高粘性和/或弹性往往干扰吸收性物品内流体的吸收和分布。在其它情况下,在月经成分阻塞在吸收性物品中的颗粒间或纤维间所含的通道时,吸收性物品的流入性能可以受到阻碍。这种现象通常被称为积垢。尽管已经尝试通过改变流体本身的粘弹性来改善积垢的影响,但是仍然需要针对吸收性物品进行实际改善。
除了一些一次性个人护理物品中存在的泄漏问题,还存在直接影响使用者的卫生问题。通常,身体流体处于与使用者直接接触,会导致不愉快和不干净的感觉。特别地,对于女性卫生用品比如卫生巾来说,通常由体侧衬层污渍而引起的不愉快或不干净感觉可能会导致对产品性能的不好感受以及不能获得产品的最大利用。
因此,本领域需要一种个人护理用品比如吸收性物品,其提供改善的流入和分布性能、减少的泄漏、减少的污渍、减少的表面再湿或回流,以获得整体更干净、更干燥和更愉快的感觉以及用户体验。
现今的尿布对于来自母乳喂养的新生儿的稀便的处理不太有效。排便趋于留在尿布衬层表面(聚池),只有很少数量被转移到吸收芯并被吸收芯所吸收。尿布表面上的有大尺寸污渍的大量聚集的排便给护理者造成该尿布处理排便无效的负面暗示和感受。除了负面感受,衬层上的排便难以清洁,且无疑不满足消费者的需求。因此,希望尽可能多地将排便转移至衬层下方。
发明内容
本发明利用新颖的三维材料以改善尿布排便吸收性并将其转移至衬层下方,该新颖的材料具有优化孔并策略性地应用亲水处理和疏水处理组合。在大部分排便被吸收时,婴儿身上留有较少的污秽物给护理者清洁且提供看起来干净的尿布表面。本发明的三维结构和处理组合不限于排便处理,且可以被应用于改善其它流体包括月经、尿液等的吸收。
有孔的波纹状涌流材料被布置在体侧衬层和吸收芯之间。波纹处于纵向或横向且沿波纹的方向引导稀便,从而提供临时储腔,用于在排便转移至下方吸收芯之前储存排便。当排便首先沿着波纹的长度移动然后穿过其中的孔释放于吸收芯时,借助物品提供一种提高吸收芯的总有效利用以及排便吸收性的系统。三维涌流材料还展现出在该材料有孔时移动排便至下方吸收芯的改进。
本发明通过提供使用一次性吸收性个人护理用品中的涌流材料来实施,该涌流材料具有纵向和横向且包括面向穿戴者表面、在该面向穿戴者表面上的多个细长槽、以及布置在细长槽中并延伸穿过涌流材料的多个孔。
本发明还提供用在一次性吸收性个人护理用品中的涌流材料,该涌流材料具有平均的材料平面并且包括从该平均的材料平面沿Z方向延伸的多个突脊、与多个突脊相间的多个槽,其中该槽从平均的材料平面以相反的Z方向延伸、穿过涌流材料的多个孔,其中该孔仅布置在槽中。该涌流材料还包括布置在突脊上的疏水处理剂和布置在槽内的亲水处理剂。
本发明还提供个人护理物品,其包括非织造流体可渗透衬层、具有面向穿戴者表面的涌流材料、流体不可渗透背片以及布置在背片和涌流材料之间的至少一个中间层,其中该涌流材料包括突脊和槽。该涌流材料还包括布置在槽内的孔,其中至少一些突脊被疏水处理剂处理,且其中至少一些孔被亲水处理剂处理。

本发明所用词组“吸收性物品”通常是指吸收和容纳身体流体的装置,更具体地是指紧靠或邻近皮肤放置以吸收和容纳从身体排出的各种流体尤其是粘弹性流体的装置。吸收性物品的实施例包括但不限于用于个人穿戴的吸收性物品,比如尿布,失禁产品,比如女性卫生巾、月经垫、卫生棉条和阴唇间垫的女生卫生用品,以及其它个人服装等等。
本文所用“积垢”的意思是流体随其穿过多孔介质的渗透性变化。更特别地,积垢是在流体成分流经多孔介质且与材料结构相互作用以减少多孔材料固有渗透性时出现的渗透性降低。
本文所用术语“亲水”是指具有的水接触角明显低于90°的表面。
本文所用术语“疏水”是指与水排斥且具有的水接触角从约90°至约130°的表面性能。
本文所用术语“再湿”是指来自吸收芯的流体量返回并穿过顶层非织造表面。这还可称作回流。
术语“超疏水”是指与水非常有效地排斥的表面性能。这种性能被量化成水接触角总体超过130°。
本发明涉及改善的个人护理用品,特别是指一次性吸收物品。本发明的个人护理用品包括但不限于如同卫生擦拭巾和月经吸收器具(比如卫生巾和卫生棉条)的女性卫生用品,比如一次性尿布、吸收性内裤和训练裤的婴儿和儿童护理用品,比如绷带的伤口包扎物,失禁产品,以及用于擦拭和吸油的产品等等。
一部分一次性吸收物品10,如图1所示,例如可以包括液体可渗透顶片或衬层12、连结至衬层材料12的液体基本不渗透的背片22、以及放置且被保持在衬层材料12和背片22之间的吸收芯16。衬层材料12对于打算被保留或储存于吸收性物品10的液体是可有效渗透的,背片22对于预期液体是基本不渗透的或以其它方式可有效不渗透。吸收性物品10还可以包括(多个)附加层14,如图1所示。所述(多个)附加层14可以是液体流入层、涌流层、液体芯吸层、液体分布层、转移层、屏障层等等,以及它们的复合和组合。
一次性吸收性物品10以及它们的组合物可用来提供面向身体表面(衬层材料12的顶面)和面向服装表面(背片22的背面)。本文所用“面向身体”或“体侧”表面是指在正常使用期间朝向穿戴者身体布置或紧邻穿戴者身体放置的衬层材料12的表面。“服装侧表面”是指在正常使用期间其背面远离穿戴者身体布置并且紧邻穿戴者服装布置的背片22。在美国专利号7,632,258中更详细地描述了合适的吸收性物品。
本发明的流体可渗透衬层材料12可以不进行处理或者可以被疏水性成分或超疏水性成分处理,有助于避免流体驻留于表面顶部,这中驻留会造成因表面上的污渍、积聚的残渣和潮湿带来不愉快和/或不干净的感觉。衬层材料12一般设置有多个孔、缝或类似结构以在衬层材料12被疏水或超疏水成分处理时,确保流体渗透性。本发明的一次性吸收性物品10特别适合于接收具有粘弹性的流体比如月经、粘液、血制品以及粪便等,尤其是为了减少污渍区域,减少再湿,提高流体流入、分布和吸收性能,并减少泄漏。更加重要地,流体可渗透衬层材料12优选是基本疏水非织造织物比如纺粘织物、纺粘-喷熔-纺粘织物(SMS)、粘合梳理纤网(BCW)、水刺织物或同成形织物。流体可渗透衬层材料12可以包括衬层孔20。衬层孔20可以被亲水处理剂处理,该处理剂增加孔内和孔四周的表面能量以优先引导流体流进衬层孔20以提供本发明的避免在朝向身体表面上出现污渍、再湿、微粒残渣积聚和其它不愉快感的优点。
尽管本发明主要讨论一次性吸收性物品比如尿布中的排便吸收性,本领域技术人员基于本发明应该理解,本文描述的产品和方法还可以与设计成吸收除排便之外的流体如月经、尿液的多种其它吸收性物品结合使用。
本发明利用新颖的三维材料,该新颖的材料具有优化的孔以及策略性地应用于该材料的亲水处理和疏水处理的组合以改善尿布的排便吸收性和转移性。在大部分稀便被吸收时,婴儿身上留有较少的污秽给护理者清洁且提供看起来干净的尿布表面。本发明的三维结构和处理组合不限于排便处理,且可以被应用于改善其它流体包括月经、尿液等的吸收。一般通过评估不同层(衬层、涌流层、芯层)中的排便聚池、污渍尺寸和排便量来衡量性能的改进。
三维结构可以包括多个隆起、穴、凸起区域、凹陷区域、波纹和沟道。孔一般被布置在凹陷区域中或隆起/波纹/沟道之间的凹处。在其它方面中,孔可以与隆起或凹处无关地而均匀分布或非均匀分布。通常,亲水处理剂形成图案地被布置在凹处,疏水处理剂形成图案地被布置在形貌表面的隆起部或凸起部分上。
已经证实具有孔和这样的图案化处理的三维结构涌流层将更多的排排便转移至吸收芯,展现出略微小一些的污渍尺寸,并显示出减少的排便淤积。
流体可渗透衬层材料
本发明的吸收性物品10包括优选为非织造织的、面向身体纤维片材的流体可渗透衬层材料12。本发明提供优于具有热塑性膜的衬层材料的优势,因为非织造织物通常较柔软,引起较少的出汗和汗水刺激,并避免通常与塑料和膜相关的塑料感或瑟瑟声。本发明的非织造织物包括但不限于纺粘织物、喷熔织物、同成形材料、气流成网材料、粘合-梳理纤网材料、水力缠结(水刺)材料,以及它们的组合等等。例如,制成非织造材料的纤维可以通过喷熔或纺粘工艺进行生产,包括本领域已知的生产双组分纤维、双成分或共聚掺混纤维的那些。这些工艺流程通常使用挤出机给喷丝头供应融化的热塑性聚合物,聚合物在该喷丝头被纤维化以产出可以是短纤维或更长的纤维。接着纤维通常被气动拉伸,且落置在移动的成形垫或带上以形成非织造织物。在纺粘和喷熔过程中生产的纤维可以是微纤维。本发明的微纤维是小直径的纤维,其具有的平均直径不超过约75微米,例如具有的平均直径从约0.5微米至约50微米,或者更优选微纤维具有的平均直径从约2微米至约40微米。
纺粘非织造织物一般随着其被生产而以某种方式被结合以给予它们充足的结构完整性以经受严格的进一步工艺变成制成品。结合可以按多种方式实施,所述方式包括水力缠结、针刺、超声结合、粘合剂粘合、针脚结合、透风结合和热结合。
非织造材料还可以是粘合梳理纤网。粘合梳理纤网由短纤维制成,该短纤网通常成捆购买。该捆放置在拣选机中以分离纤维。接着,纤维被送进梳毛或梳理单元以在机器方向上进一步打散和排列短纤维,以形成大体机器方向取向的纤维非织造纤网。一旦纤网形成,然后该纤网通过几个已知的结合方法中的一个或多个被结合。一种这样的结合方法是粉末粘合法,其中粉状粘合剂穿过纤网被分布,然后一般通过用热风加热纤网和粘合剂被活化。另一种合适的结合方法是图案结合法,其中热砑光辊或超声结合装置被用于将纤维结合起来,通常是按照局部结合图案,虽然如果需要纤网可以横穿其整个表面被结合。另一种合适的结合方法是热风结合法,特别是在使用双组分短纤维时。
非织造材料还可以通过气流成网法生产。现有技术文献和文件明确限定有气流成网非织造材料的制造方法。实例包括Laursen等人的美国专利号4,640,810中描述的DanWeb工艺过程、Kroyer等人的美国专利号4,494,278中描述的Kroyer工艺过程、Soerensen的美国专利号5,527,171中描述的工艺过程,以及Appel等人的美国专利号4,375,448中的方法和其它类似方法。
本发明的非织造材料还可以是多层层压件。在多层层压件的实例中,一些层是纺粘型织物,一些层是喷熔织物,比如纺粘/熔喷/纺粘(SMS)层压件,其公开于Brock等人的美国专利号4,041,203中、Collier等人的美国专利号5,169,706中、以及Bornslaeger的美国专利号4,374,888中。通过循序地落置以下各层在移动成形垫上,先是纺粘织物层,然后是熔喷织物层,最后是另一个纺粘层,接着以下文描述的方式结合层压件,可以制成所述层压件。或者,织物层可以单独制成、收集成卷并在单独的结合步骤中结合起来。这样的织物一般具有约0.1至12OSY(盎司每平方码)(6至400gsm)的基重,或者更优选具有约0.75至约3OSY的基重。
涌流材料
本发明的涌流材料14包括槽、波纹和/或沟道,它们具有在平均的水平面之下的、在z方向上的不同凹陷深度,以及包括在上述平面上面的、在z方向上的不同凸起部分。任何两个邻近的凸起部分之间的间距的范围可以在约2mm至大于约5mm或更大,但是该间距优选在3mm至7mm之间,且更优选在4mm至10mm之间。类似地,各凸起部分之间的凹陷深度的范围可以在小于约2mm至约4mm或更大。包括聚丙烯、聚酯、聚乙烯等的任何合适的热塑性聚合物可以通过许多已知的技术被用在本发明的涌流材料中,以在由所述聚合物形成的模制片材或纤维网内形成槽、沟道、波纹、凹陷等。例如,L.E.Tisdale等人的美国专利号3,178,494描述出一种所述方法,用于形成在片材上的纵向波纹。通过提供沟道、槽、波纹、凹陷等,非热塑性材料比如致密化绒毛浆、棉纸和纸巾同样可以被使用。本领域技术人员将会理解涌流材料必须有充分的柔性或其它的身体贴合性以便用在一次性吸收性物品中。
适于用在本发明的涌流材料的基重的范围可以在低至10gsm(每平方米克)到高至约250gsm或更高。
疏水/超疏水涂层
本发明的涌流材料可以被疏水处理剂处理,该疏水处理剂特别是一种疏水或超疏水组合物形式的处理剂。如果被处理,涌流材料14的表面的主要部分可以被选自疏水组合物、超疏水组合物或它们的组合的疏水处理剂处理。表面的其它部分将会包括亲水处理过的孔50,随后将详细描述。在多个方面中,涌流材料14的多个部分可被疏水和/或超疏水组合物或其组合处理。可以在涌流材料14的多个部分中用疏水组合物处理,而在其它部分用超疏水组合物处理。因此这种处理可以按照任何图案或图案组合施加,而没有限制。相似地,其它区域可以用各种类型亲水剂比如各种表面活性剂处理。
疏水处理剂可以是疏水聚合物,该疏水聚合物可分散于水中,且包括但不限于氟化或全氟化聚合物。氟化或全氟化聚合物可以通过将共聚用单体引入到其分子结构中而得到改性。合适的共聚用单体包括但不限于烯属不饱和单体,其包括能够在水中电离的官能团。一个实例是烯属不饱和羧酸,比如丙烯酸。疏水组合物的一个实例是可商购的改性全氟化聚合物,其可从杜邦公司购买且商品名为CAPSTONEST-100的水性产品。
除了上述实例,本领域规定并记录有适合于本发明的其它疏水材料。例如,美国专利公开号2002/0064639所描述的选自由硅酮、含氟化学物、锆化合物、油类、乳胶类、蜡类、交联树脂及其掺混物构成的群组的疏水组合物。描述于美国专利号7,407,899中的代表性防水处理含氟化合物包括含氟聚氨酯、尿素、酯类、乙醚、乙醇、环氧化物、脲基甲酸酯、酰胺、胺类(及其盐类)、酸类(及其盐类)、碳化二亚胺、胍、恶唑烷酮类、氰脲酸酯以及缩二脲。美国专利号6,548,732描述的疏水物质选自由可可属油、cacao脂、cocoa脂、凡士林、矿脂、白矿油、二甲聚硅氧烷、氧化锌填料、中国白、锌白、蜂蜡、羊毛脂、荷荷巴油及其组合构成的群组。此外,2011年7月28日提交的美国专利申请序列号13/193065讨论了在被组合物处理时会展现出超疏水性能的基质,该组合物包括选自氟化聚合物、全氟化聚合物及其混合物的超疏水组成部分,选自锻制氧化硅、疏水二氧化钛、氧化锌、纳米粘土及其混合物的纳米结构颗粒,以及用于全部水性非有机溶剂的水。美国专利申请序列号13/193065中的这样的组合物和表面的实例示例了超疏水处理过的表面,其可用作本发明的非织造衬层材料。
本发明提供疏水和超疏水涂层非织造材料用于帮助减少身体流体出现在涌流材料14的朝向身体表面上,以使身体流体更有可能在引力作用下朝向亲水孔50并进入吸收芯16。
超疏水处理涌流材料可指那些水接触角150°或更大的材料,例如,可以通过改变表面的形貌比如通过隆起和凹陷以产生粗糙表面,然后向其应用疏水组合物。例如,美国专利号6,800,354描述出具有纳米级结构表面的涂层,比如将金属氧化物颗粒与合适的疏水层沉积在结构基材表面。用于使表面超疏水的各种其它技术还被记录在例如美国专利公开号2009/0298369中。这些技术包括使用粗化疏水聚合物比如氟化聚合物、聚二甲硅氧烷、石蜡烃等等,借助模版方法、电纺丝法以产出小纤维直径,控制结晶化等。或者,粗糙表面可以通过其它技术比如蚀刻术、平版印刷、溶胶凝胶法、叠层组装等以及用类似于前述疏水材料的低表面能材料改性的表面来制得。实现超疏水性能的其它方法是在表面上覆盖有液相分散体(其含有至少一种低表面能组合物比如全氟化聚合物),并结合粗化特征比如微米或纳米结构成形颗粒,当涂层组合物通过其他常用技术被喷射、填塞或者被施加时该颗粒赋予表面粗糙度。
有孔衬层材料
本发明的非织造衬层材料12包括处理过的或未被处理过的衬层孔20,用于将身体流体从面向身体表面引进涌流材料14和吸收芯16中。衬层孔20可以具有均一尺寸或者可以是渐缩或锥形的,靠近顶部具有较大开口,靠近底部具有较小开口。较大开口的几何形状可以是但不限于圆形、三角形、五角形、椭圆形、对称或非对称的形状等。衬层孔20还可以具有图案,以显示出各种设计或者产生特定物品中的孔的有利的沉积以便最小化再湿和/或污渍。至少一部分衬层孔20将被亲水处理剂处理。因此,非织造材料内的孔的至少约10%、至少约25%、至少约50%、至少约75%或至少约100%可以包括亲水处理。孔可以作为设计被按照图案地处理或未处理,用于美观的视觉线索,或用于功能性优势以最小化非织造材料的特殊区域中的再湿或污渍,或用于美观和功能特征的结合。在衬层材料的面向衣服表面上测量的孔径的范围是从约0.1mm至约5mm、从约0.4mm至约1.5mm、或从约0.5mm至约1.0mm。孔密度的范围是从约7.8x103孔/m2至约1.9x106孔/m2、从约4.7x104孔/m2至约9.3x105孔/m2、从1.6x105孔/m2至约3.1x105孔/m2。孔可以从面向身体表面延伸穿过衬层材料12厚度至衬层材料12的背侧。在一些情况下,比如多层层压衬层材料(未示出),衬层孔20可以有利地从面向身体表面延伸穿过至一层或多层(未示出),但不会完全穿过至层压衬层材料12的背侧(未示出)。
孔的亲水处理
本发明的全部孔都可以被亲水处理剂处理。如果不是所有的孔都被处理,则至少从约10%、至少从约25%、至少从约50%、或至少从约75%的孔被亲水处理剂处理,以提高流体的毛细管作用并确保流体优先流动穿过衬层和涌流层孔20、50进入涌流材料14并进入吸收芯16。此外,再湿被大幅降低且污渍大幅减小。因此,本发明给消费者留下了产品更干爽干净的感觉,以整体提高产品性能。
具有粘弹性的流体比如个人护理用品适用的月经、粘液、血类、粪便和其它身体流体具有妨碍个人护理用品的吸收性和分布性的倾向。因此,本发明的处理过的衬层和涌流层孔20、50提供的优点不仅在于通过毛细管作用吸引流体,还在于减少粘弹性流体的粘性和弹性,因此使流体更容易地流经衬层材料12而涌流材料14并进入吸收芯16。此外,由于减少了尤其月经流体的粘性和/或弹性,流体的积垢影响也被减小。
本文描述的亲水处理剂还可以对粘性、弹性和积垢产生各种组合影响,根据这些亲水剂应用在基质上的浓度和沉积速率。本发明的亲水处理剂可以选自由聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇月桂醚及其组合构成的群组。有利地,聚乙二醇月桂酸酯和聚乙二醇月桂醚能够减少流体的粘性和弹性。合适的聚乙二醇月桂酸酯的实例包括但不限于聚乙二醇400单月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇600单月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇1000单月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇4000单月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇600二月桂酸酯,及其组合。合适的聚乙二醇月桂醚的实例包括但不限于聚乙二醇600月桂醚。特别地,聚乙二醇月桂醚和/或聚乙二醇月桂酸酯不仅充当亲水处理剂,还能够进一步减少粘弹性流体的积垢性能。这样的亲水处理剂包括但不限于聚乙二醇(PEG)600月桂醚和相关化合物、聚乙二醇(PEG)600单月桂酸酯和相关化合物,以及它们的组合。
除了PEG月桂酸酯和PEG月桂醚,其它聚乙二醇派生物可以是粘弹剂(即,能够减少粘弹性流体的粘性和弹性)并且可以被用作本文描述的个人护理用品的亲水处理剂。本文所用术语“聚乙二醇派生物”包括任何包括一部分聚乙二醇的化合物。其它合适的PEG派生物的实例包括但不限于PEG单硬脂酸酯比如PEG200单硬脂酸酯和PEG4000单硬脂酸酯,PEG二油酸酯比如PEG600二油酸酯和PEG1540二油酸酯,PEG单油酸酯比如PEG600单油酸酯和PEG1540单油酸酯,PEG单异硬脂酸酯比如PEG200单异硬脂酸酯,和PEG16辛苯。用作亲水处理剂的特殊的聚乙二醇派生物是那些能够改善粘弹性流体流入时间以及减少粘性和弹性的聚乙二醇派生物。所述特殊聚乙二醇派生物的实例包括但不限于包括PEG1540二油酸酯、PEG600单油酸酯、PEG1540单油酸酯和PEG16辛苯。这些PEG派生物可以单独使用或者结合PEG600单月桂酸酯、PEG600月桂醚和/或用作亲水处理剂的其它粘弹剂一起使用。
在某些方面,本文描述的亲水处理剂比如聚乙二醇600月桂醚和/或聚乙二醇600单月桂酸酯可以互相结合使用或结合其它粘弹剂使用。可与亲水处理剂结合使用的附加粘弹剂的实例包括但不限于柠檬酸钠、右旋糖酐、半胱氨酸、Glucopon220UP(可购买于德国汉高公司,60%(按重量)的烷基糖苷溶解于水中)、Glucopon425、Glucopon600、Glucopon625。其它合适的粘弹剂描述于美国专利号6,060,636中。令人惊奇地,已经发现在单独使用时实际提高粘弹性流体的积垢效果的某些粘弹剂在与PEG600月桂醚和/或PEG600单月桂酸酯结合使用时将会实际改进积垢效果。例如,在一个方面中,柠檬酸钠可以与作为亲水处理剂的PEG600单月桂酸酯结合使用。当两种或多种亲水处理剂结合使用时,适用于个人护理用品的每种亲水处理剂的比例优选为从约1:2至约2:1,更优选为约1:1。
亲水处理剂可以根据期望的结果和应用以变化的数量被应用。通常,亲水处理剂以从约0.1%至约40%、从约0.1%至约20%、或从约3%至约12%(按处理的基质的重量比)的数量被应用至孔。
除了用在衬层和涌流层孔20、50内的亲水处理剂的数量、孔的大小、孔在基质上彼此之间的距离、孔的密度和/或开口面积百分比对于促进本发明的优点起显著作用。例如,太大的孔(虽然有利于允许流体更轻易地进入吸收系统)可能不利在于帮助增加使用期间的再湿,比如在穿戴者向产品施加压力时,例如处于坐姿时。在另一方面,非常小的孔结合低孔密度(低百分比的开口面积)虽然有利于最小化再湿,但是这样不利于快速的流体流入。特别对于月经来说,可能会导致残渣和颗粒物质在衬层材料上的较高积累。这可导致孔堵塞,以使产品湿润、不干净。施加至衬层和涌流层孔20、50的亲水处理剂比如PEG600月桂醚通过减少粘性和弹性、提高流入量以及减少残渣积累在衬层材料表面上而有助于分解月经。研究发现,亲水涂层衬层材料12中的施加于孔的约1wt.%至约10wt.%的所述处理剂有助于提供期望的平衡流体吸入、减少的残渣积累以及再湿,以提高垫清洁度和用户体验,该孔具有的尺寸范围从约0.1mm至约5mm、从约0.4mm至约1.5mm、从约0.5mm至约1.0mm,孔密度范围从约7.8x103孔/m2至约1.9x106孔/m2、从约4.7x104孔/m2至约9.3x105孔/m2、从约1.6x105孔/m2至约3.1x105孔/m2。
单向阀的疏水/超疏水处理
本发明策略性地结合亲水和疏水组合以处理非织造衬层材料12以显著减少在使用个人护理用品如一次性吸收性物品10期间经常出现的再湿和污渍。处理过的孔在衬层材料12上起“单向阀”的功能,允许流体更轻易地从面向身体表面迁移至该涌流材料14以及吸收芯16。由于本发明所使用的设计和组合物,只有很少的不期望的由流体从吸收芯16再进入衬层材料12的面向身体表面所引起的再湿和回流。在本发明的非织造衬层材料12上实现这样的“单向阀”的一种方式是通过孔设计结合策略性的亲水和疏水处理,该孔设计比如锥孔设计,即孔在衬层材料12的面向身体侧上的直径宽于相对的衬层材料12背侧上的直径。孔20被亲水处理剂处理,而衬层材料12的面向身体表面和衬层材料12的背侧中的其中一个或两者都用疏水或超疏水组合物处理。使用“单向阀”系统迫使流体进入吸收层16远离穿戴者身体,以使穿戴者感觉干爽洁净以整体提高产品性能。
实例
下列实例进一步描述并说明本发明范围内的多个方面。给出的实例仅仅是为了说明的目的而并不应该解释成本发明的限制,这些实例的许多变型可能不会脱离本发明的精神和范围。
有孔或没有孔的波纹纸作为涌流层被试验,其中在机器方向(MD)或机器横向(CD)上有波纹。这些显示出排便散布在波纹的方向上,并且借助于孔,更多的排便移至芯层。
在实例中,10cc真实的母乳喂养的婴儿的粪便/排便被施加至尿布结构以测量排便吸收性,该尿布结构包括涌流层和布置在流体可渗透背侧衬层(BSL)和流体不透外罩之间的吸收芯。使用排便枪施加排便,且利用排便板试验方法实施吸收试验。衬层为20gsm的有孔衬层(平状)。吸收芯包括约70%超疏水材料(SAM)并且被包裹有10gsm的粘合-喷熔-粘合(SMS)非织造芯包层。形成尿布结构之前,5个衬层材料和涌流材料各自被称重以得到平均干重。类似地,在污染之前,尿布、吸收芯和外罩的重量以及尿布厚度(用卡尺测量)被测量和记录。接着调整排便板的四个角以配合尿布厚度,并且检查所述四个角以确保该板是水平的。尿布被放置在上下板之间,并被排便污染。在污染之后,尿布被留在试验装置上2分钟,然后被放置在真空盒中以测量衬层上排便聚池的数量。4张纸巾被放置在尿布的顶部,且尿布被翻转,以纸巾在下落在真空盒顶部上且尿布覆盖有硅酮皮以密封真空。该真空盒被打开了抽吸5英寸的水压的压力1分钟。除了通过真空盒上的纸巾提取排便,留在排便板上的过量排便通过使用另外的纸巾被移走。由纸巾从真空盒提取的排便数量连同留在板上的过量排便被记录成为总聚集的排便。为了判定每一尿布层上的排便数量,衬层和涌流层被单独称重,而芯包层、吸收芯和外罩作为“芯”一起被称重。接着最终重量减去每层的初始干重,每层中排便百分比是每层中排便的重量除以污染的排便的总数量。
每个实例试验三个(N=3)试样。然后平均三个试样中的每层中排便的数量,以得到聚集在衬层上面,在衬层中、在涌流层中、在芯中的排便。
实例1和2
实例1和2是2英寸乘以6英寸的矩形三维波纹纸来测试纸上的槽有助于引导排便,从而改善吸收性系统的有效使用的这种设想。波纹纸被用作涌流层,其位于尿布结构中衬层的下方。实例1和2是相同的材料,除了实例2具有约1mm直径的针孔。实例1材料如图2所示,实例2材料如图3所示。它们都被放置在尿布中以沟道(槽)处于纵向(MD),以引导排便远离污染区域,且在排便被释放到吸收芯之前充当排便的储腔(空隙空间)。图6显示出在实例1和2中排便散布于纵向(MD)通道内。与没有孔的实例1相比,具有孔的实例2将更多的排便转移至吸收芯。
实例3和4
实例3和4是2英寸乘以6英寸的矩形三维波纹纸来测试纸上的槽有助于引导排便,从而改善吸收性系统的有效使用的这种设想。波纹纸被用作涌流层,其位于尿布结构中衬层的下方。实例3和4是相同的材料,除了实例4具有约1mm直径的针孔。实例3材料如图4所示,实例4材料如图5所示。它们都被放置尿布中,以沟道(槽)沿横向(CD),以引导排便远离污染区域,且同时充当储腔(空隙空间)。虽然一般不期望在横向上引导流体,因为在产品使用期间可能会在腿部四周出现泄漏,实例3和4被制备用于测试和证明排便将会沿着通道散布/流动,并且与实例1和2的流动方向形成对比。图6显示出在实例3和4中排便散布于横向(CD)通道内。与没有孔的实例3相比,具有孔的实例4将更多的排便转移至吸收芯。

Claims (20)
1.一种在具有纵向和横向的一次性吸收性个人护理用品中使用的涌流材料,该涌流材料包括:
面向穿戴者表面;
在面向穿戴者表面上的多个细长槽;
布置在槽中且延伸穿过涌流材料的多个孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涌流材料,进一步包括与所述多个槽相间的多个突脊,其中所述涌流材料的面向穿戴者表面具有平均的材料平面,其中,所述突脊从该平均的材料平面沿Z方向延伸,且其中,所述槽从该平均的材料平面沿相反的Z方向延伸。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的涌流材料,其中,所述突脊具有超出平均的材料平面的平均高度,其中,所述槽具有低于平均的材料平面的平均深度,且其中,所述平均高度大于所述平均深度。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,所述平均深度大于2mm。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,所述平均深度在3mm至7mm之间。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,每个突脊具有与相邻突脊的间距,且其中平均间距大于2mm。

12.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,所述孔仅被布置在所述槽中。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,所述槽总体沿纵向延伸。
14.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,所述槽总体沿横向延伸。
15.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,进一步包括被施加在槽内的亲水处理剂。
16.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,所述亲水处理剂是表面活性剂。
17.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,进一步包括被施加在所述孔周围的亲水处理剂。
18.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的涌流材料,其中,所述亲水处理剂选自由聚乙二醇月桂酸酯、聚乙二醇月桂醚及其组合构成的群组。
19.一种用在一次性吸收性个人护理用品中的涌流材料,该涌流材料具有平均的材料平面并且包括:
从该平均的材料平面沿Z方向延伸的多个突脊;
与多个突脊相间的多个槽,其中该槽从平均的材料平面沿相反的Z方向延伸;
穿过涌流材料的多个孔,其中该孔仅布置在槽中;
布置在突脊上的疏水处理剂;和
布置在槽内的亲水处理剂。
20.一种个人护理物品,包括非织造流体可渗透衬层、具有面向穿戴者表面的涌流材料、流体不可渗透背片以及布置在背片和涌流材料之间的至少一个中间层,其中该涌流材料包括突脊和槽,以及布置在槽内的孔,其中至少一些突脊被疏水处理剂处理,且其中至少一些孔被亲水处理剂处理。
