背景技术
因此，吸收芯体可吸收液体的量是由吸收性材料的多少决定的。然而在这种结构中，由于吸收性材料通常仅分布在表层与中间层之间以及底层与中间层之间，吸收性材料的分布量受到较大的限制，这是不足之一。不足之二是在吸收性材料吸附了大量的液体之后，往往造成表层或底层与中间层之间分离，而且大量的吸收性材料会从吸收芯体的侧边逸出。
吸收芯体是一次性吸收用品中最为关键和重要的部分。一次性吸收用品的性能，例如吸水性、保持性等的优劣很大程度上由吸收芯体所决定。在现有技术中，吸收芯体一般包括表层、底层和设置于表层和底层之间的中间层，并通过粘接等方式把吸收性材料固定在中间层的表面上。当吸收芯体接触到水等液体时，液体通过表层到达中间层，被固定在中间层上的吸收性材料所吸收和保持，起到吸收液体的作用。吸收芯体一般采用吸水纤维与高吸水树脂混合物制成。
目前，常见的吸收芯体成型装置由以下两种：
(1)吸水纤维、高吸水树脂、吸水纤维，三层混合成型装置，俗称三明治型。将高分子高吸水树脂以三明治型混合在吸水纤维之间，可以避免生产过程中高分子高吸水树脂颗粒的浪费，也可以保持吸收芯体吸水后的表面的干爽性；
(2)吸水纤维和高分子高吸水树脂均匀混合成型装置。吸水纤维和高分子高吸水树脂均匀混合型吸收芯体在吸收速度、吸收能力等方面都比较优秀。
现有技术的这两种设计存在如下问题：
(1)三明治型易造成高分子高吸水树脂吸水后产生凝胶粘连和硬点现象，甚至造成层间滑动作用；
(2)吸水纤维和高分子高吸水树脂均匀混合型在生产过程会造成高分子高吸水树脂的流失，且有相当大的一部分滞留在成型网带上，一方面造成高分子高吸水树脂的浪费、增加生产成本；另一方面造成高分子高吸水树脂堵塞成型网带的网孔，不但影响吸收芯体的成型，而且给网带的清洗带来一定的困难。
(3)以上两种成型装置大都在同一积纤腔完成吸水纤维和高分子高吸水树脂的混合，成型的吸收芯体只能是一种类型的吸水纤维，当吸收大量的液体时，会出现来不及吸收现象。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷，本发明提供一种新型的吸收芯体以及吸收芯体的制作方法。
为达到上述目的，本发明的吸收芯体，包括：
上层纺粘无纺布、下层水刺无纺布和设置在两层无纺布之间的吸收层。
其中所述的吸收层由交替设置有高吸水树脂列和超吸水纤维列组成；
在所述的上层无纺布上，至少对应高吸水树脂列的部分为拒水处理列，在对应超吸水纤维列的部分为亲水处理列；
在所述的下层无纺布上，至少对应高吸水树脂列的部分为亲水处理列，在对应超吸水纤维列的部分为拒水处理列。
较佳的，吸收芯体宽度为50-300mm。
较佳的，所述的上层纺粘无纺布采用亲水拒水交替处理，亲水宽度3-5mm，拒水宽度4-6mm；下层水刺无纺布也采用亲水拒水交替处理，拒水宽度3-5mm，亲水宽度4-6mm。
较佳的，上层无纺布的亲水部位中，亲水程度中间弱，往两边逐渐增强；拒水部位中间强，往两边逐渐减弱。
为达到上述目的，本发明的吸收芯体的制作方法，所述的方法包括下述步骤：
1)制备亲水拒水交替处理的上层纺粘无纺布和下层水刺无纺布；所述的下层无纺布的拒水区与上层无纺布的亲水区对应设置；
2)在下层无纺布的拒水区铺设超吸水纤维；
3)在超吸水纤维围布区间内设置高吸水件；
4)在中间层上铺设上层无纺布；
5)将上层无纺布与下层无纺布热合。
进一步的，所述的高吸水件为高吸水树脂；或所述的高吸水件为：制备亲水中空泡绵；在亲水中空泡绵内放置高吸水树脂。
较佳的，所述的上层纺粘无纺布采用亲水拒水交替处理，亲水宽度3-5mm，拒水宽度4-6mm；下层水刺无纺布也采用亲水拒水交替处理，拒水宽度3-5mm，亲水宽度4-6mm。
较佳的，所述的高吸水树脂的添加量占所述的亲水中空泡绵中空部容积的1/4/-2/4。
较佳的，上层无纺布的亲水部位中，亲水程度中间弱，往两边逐渐增强；拒水部位中间强，往两边逐渐减弱。
较佳的，高吸水树脂在横向分布中间的添加量高，逐渐往两边减少。吸水后中间膨胀较多，两边膨胀较少，更符合人体体形结构，增加舒适度。
本发明采用亲水和拒水交替，在可以保证液体下渗的同时，减少了亲水的面积，减少返渗。亲水部位，亲水程度中间弱，往两边逐渐增强，由于中间与两端的亲水性能不一样，液体在强亲水的引导下会往两边扩散，同时，中间亲水较弱，也会增加中间液体下渗的时间，从而保证往两边扩散。拒水部位中间强，往两边逐渐减弱，可以减少返渗，两边拒水减弱，可以减少漏尿的风险。而下层水刺无纺布亲水拒水处理的位置正好与上层纺粘无纺布相反。能够将从上层亲水位置下来的液体往上层拒水下方的SAP位置流动，保证此位置的SAP吸收大量的液体，但由于此位置的纺粘无纺布为拒水处理，可以抑制液体的返渗。拒水位置采用全拒水处理，从而保证此位置的SAP吸液量最少，从而减少上层亲水位置的返渗。由于SAP吸收液体量呈条状分布，纺粘无纺布拒水处理下方SAP吸液量相对较多，膨胀较大，在两个膨胀大的位置中间形成一个透气通道，也有利于保持干爽。由于液体分布均匀，可以避免局部硬块的出现，从而高柔软性。

具体实施方式
实施例1
上层纺粘无纺布1采用亲水拒水交替处理，亲水宽度(图1中黑色部分)4mm，拒水宽度(图1中白色部分)5mm；
下层水刺无纺布也采用亲水拒水交替处理，拒水宽度(图1中白色部分)4mm，亲水宽度(图1中黑色部分)5mm。
在对应上层纺粘无纺布亲水处理部分设置有超吸水纤维列22，在相邻两个超吸水纤维列之间设置有高吸水树脂列21。
实施例2
上层纺粘无纺布1采用亲水拒水交替处理，亲水宽度(图1中黑色部分)5mm，拒水宽度(图1中白色部分)5mm；
下层水刺无纺布也采用亲水拒水交替处理，拒水宽度(图1中白色部分)5mm，亲水宽度(图1中黑色部分)5mm。
在对应上层纺粘无纺布亲水处理部分设置有超吸水纤维列22，在相邻两个超吸水纤维列之间设置有高吸水树脂列21。
本实例中，上层无纺布的亲水部位中，亲水程度中间弱，往两边逐渐增强；拒水部位中间强，往两边逐渐减弱。
实施例3
1)制备上层
上层纺粘无纺布1采用亲水拒水交替处理，亲水宽度(图1中黑色部分)4mm，拒水宽度(图1中白色部分)4mm；
其中，亲水部位中，亲水程度中间弱，往两边逐渐增强；拒水部位中间强，往两边逐渐减弱。
2)制备下层
下层水刺无纺布3也采用亲水拒水交替处理，拒水宽度(图1中白色部分)3mm，亲水宽度(图1中黑色部分)4mm。
3)制备中间层
制备亲水中空泡绵23；
将亲水中空泡绵一端封闭；
在亲水中空泡绵内放置高吸水树脂21；所述的高吸水树脂的添加量占所述的亲水中空泡绵中空部容积的1/4/-2/4。
将亲水中空泡绵另一端封闭；
将放置了高吸水树脂的亲水中空泡绵放置在超吸水纤维围布区间内。
其中，亲水中空泡棉的步骤如下：
利用EPE材料制备中空泡棉；其中，泡棉的厚度为0.5-3毫米，泡棉的直径4-10毫米。
将制备好的中空泡棉用长钉进行穿刺；穿刺数量为每平方厘米10-50个孔。
亲水中空泡绵制备方法：
1)制备亲水油剂：
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份+硅油乳化剂10-20份+烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-20份+聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯10-20份+氨基硅油5-10份+其他助剂0-5份
2)将穿刺后的中空泡棉浸泡在亲水油剂中1-4小时，温度25-35摄氏度。
3)取出后，脱水、干燥即成。
本实施例中，采用中空结构，具有缓冲、舒适。中空部分形成通道，有利于液体沿纵向流动、扩散。与皮肤接触面积少，液体回渗少，干爽性提高，更为透气。并且吸收后制品不会产生形变，卫生用品吸收后依然柔软、干爽、舒适。
对比例1
采用绒毛浆与高吸水树脂在成型鼓中混合制成吸收芯体。
对比例2
常规五层结构吸水纸：无纺布+高吸水树脂+蓬松无纺布+高吸水树脂+无纺布。
采用GB/T 28004-2011纸尿裤(片、垫)方法测试回渗量和滑渗量。
对比如下：

Claims (6)

1.一种吸收芯体，其特征在于，所述的吸收芯体包括：
上层纺粘无纺布、下层水刺无纺布和设置在两层无纺布之间的吸收层；
其中所述的吸收层由交替设置的高吸水树脂列和超吸水纤维列组成；
在所述的上层纺粘无纺布上，在对应高吸水树脂列的部分为拒水处理列，在对应超吸水纤维列的部分为亲水处理列；
在所述的下层水刺无纺布上，在对应高吸水树脂列的部分为亲水处理列，在对应超吸水纤维列的部分为拒水处理列；
所述的上层纺粘无纺布采用亲水拒水交替处理，亲水宽度3-5mm，拒水宽度4-6mm；下层水刺无纺布也采用亲水拒水交替处理，拒水宽度3-5mm，亲水宽度4-6mm ；
上层纺粘无纺布的亲水部位中，亲水程度中间弱，往两边逐渐增强；拒水部位中间强，往两边逐渐减弱；
下层水刺无纺布的亲水部位中，亲水强度呈双峰分布，在芯体1/4和3/4位置亲水最强，在两端和中间位置亲水最弱；拒水部位为全拒水。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收芯体，其特征在于，吸收芯体宽度为50-300mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的吸收芯体，其特征在于，亲水、拒水强度通过连续调节各个亲水、拒水油剂各组份的比例实现。
4.一种吸收芯体的制作方法，其特征在于，所述的方法包括下述步骤：
1）制备亲水拒水交替处理的上层纺粘无纺布和下层水刺无纺布；所述的下层水刺无纺布的拒水区与上层纺粘无纺布的亲水区对应设置；所述的下层水刺无纺布的亲水区与上层纺粘无纺布的拒水区对应设置；
2）在下层水刺无纺布的拒水区铺设超吸水纤维；
3）在超吸水纤维围布区间内设置高吸水件；
4）在交替设置的高吸水件和超吸水纤维的中间层上铺设上层纺粘无纺布；
5）将上层纺粘无纺布与下层水刺无纺布热合；
所述的上层纺粘无纺布采用亲水拒水交替处理，亲水宽度3-5mm，拒水宽度4-6mm；下层水刺无纺布也采用亲水拒水交替处理，拒水宽度3-5mm，亲水宽度4-6mm ；
上层纺粘无纺布的亲水部位中，亲水程度中间弱，往两边逐渐增强；拒水部位中间强，往两边逐渐减弱；
下层水刺无纺布的亲水部位中，亲水强度呈双峰分布，在芯体1/4和3/4位置亲水最强，在两端和中间位置亲水最弱；拒水部位为全拒水。
5.如权利要求4所述的吸收芯体的制作方法，其特征在于，所述的高吸水件为高吸水树脂；或
所述的高吸水件为：制备亲水中空泡绵；在亲水中空泡绵内放置高吸水树脂。
6.如权利要求5所述的吸收芯体的制作方法，其特征在于，高吸水树脂在横向分布中间的添加量高，逐渐往两边减少。
