Abstract
本发明公开一种高保水亲水性芯体及其制作方法。包括发泡材料制成的中空筒,在所述的中空筒内装填有SAP/SAF;在所述的中空筒的筒壁上设有过液通道;其中,至少所述的中空筒的表面和过液通道内的表面进行过亲水处理。本发明的高保水亲水性芯体为中空结构,具有缓冲、舒适。中空部分形成通道,有利于液体沿纵向流动、扩散。与皮肤接触面积少,液体回渗少,干爽性提高,更为透气。且吸收后制品不会产生形变,卫生用品吸收后依然柔软、干爽、舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高保水亲水性芯体,特别涉及一种应用于卫生用品的高保水亲水性芯体。
背景技术
现有卫生用品中的芯体,主要是在上下隔离层中间填充瞬吸材料制成。虽然能起到吸液速度快、吸水量大、锁水性能好的特点,但其未吸水时柔软性较差,且吸水后回弹性较差,使用起来舒适度较差。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种高回弹性的高保水亲水性芯体及其制作方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明高保水亲水性芯体,包括发泡材料制成的中空筒,在所述的中空筒内装填有SAP/SAF;在所述的中空筒的筒壁上设有过液通道;其中,至少所述的中空筒的表面和过液通道内的表面进行过亲水处理。
为达到上述目的,本发明高保水亲水性芯体的制作方法,包括:
1)用发泡材料制备亲水的中空筒;
2)将中空筒一端封闭;
3)在所述的中空筒内装填SAP/SAF;
4)将中空筒另一端封闭。
其中,在步骤1)、2)或步骤3)之后,在中空筒的筒壁上设置过液通道。
较佳的,所述的SAP/SAF的装填高度为中空部直径的1/4-/1/3。
较佳的,所述的亲水的中空筒是采用亲水剂进行处理的;其中所述的亲水剂包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10重量份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯(醚)5-10重量份、抗静电剂5-15重量份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-10重量份、氨基硅油5-10重量份、助剂0-5重量份、去离子水50-80重量份。
较佳的,所述的步骤3为按预定次数进行下述步骤:
51)在中空筒内装填预定量的SAP/SAF;
52)在中空筒内装填隔离物;
53)返回步骤51)。
较佳的,所述的发泡材料为可发性聚乙烯或热塑性聚氨酯。
较佳的,在所述的发泡材料中添加有弹性材料。
较佳的,所述的高吸水树脂的添加量为所述的亲水中空泡绵中空部容积的 1/4/-2/4。
为达到上述目的,本发明高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,所述的方法包括:
1)制备亲水拒水交替处理的上层纺粘无纺布和下层水刺无纺布;所述的下层无纺布的拒水区与上层无纺布的亲水区对应设置;
2)在下层无纺布的拒水区铺设超吸水纤维;
3)在超吸水纤维围布区间内放置装填高吸水树脂的亲水中空泡绵;
4)在中间层上铺设上层无纺布;
5)将上层无纺布与下层无纺布用热熔胶粘合。
为达到上述目的,本发明的卫生用品,至少包括面层和吸收芯体;所述的吸收芯体为上述的高保水亲水性芯体;所述的面层为单向导湿面层材料,所述的面层材料包括上层无纺布材料和下层弹性PU泡棉材料,在所述上层材料和下层材料之间设置有单向阀层。
上述的高保水亲水性芯体具有以下优点:
1)其为中空结构,具有缓冲、舒适。中空部分形成通道,有利于液体沿纵向流动、扩散。
2)与皮肤接触面积少,液体回渗少,干爽性提高,更为透气。
3)吸收后制品不会产生形变,卫生用品吸收后依然柔软、干爽、舒适。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
以图1为例对本实施例高保水亲水性芯体的制作方法进一步的说明如下:
1)用EPE制备亲水的中空筒;(EPE(Expandable Polyethylene),是可发性聚乙烯,又称珍珠棉。是非交联闭孔结构,它是以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为主要原料挤压生成的高泡沫聚乙烯制品。由于是完全独立气泡体,它轻便,灵活,并能弯曲,以吸收撞击力分散外,缓冲的效果,克服了普通发泡胶易碎,变形和恢复的缺点)。
2)将中空筒一端封闭;其封闭的方式可以采用热压合、粘接等。
3)在所述的中空筒内装填SAP/SAF;
4)将中空筒另一端封闭。
其中,在步骤1)、2)或步骤3之后,在中空筒的筒壁上设置过液通道。所述的过液通道为允许液体通过的孔、槽等。其加工方式可以用针状物进行冷刺或热刺、钻孔等方式进行加工,也可以在制备中空筒时一体加工。以不漏或少漏SAP/SAF材料为准。
实施例2
本实施例是实施例1的改进,在EPE材料中增加POE材料,以制备柔软的亲水的中空筒。
实施例3
本实施例是实施例1的改进,如图3所示,其中,步骤3)为按预定次数进行下述步骤:
51)在中空筒内装填预定量的SAP/SAF;
52)在中空筒内装填隔离物;
53)返回步骤51)。
增加隔离物的目的在于使中空筒内形成多个空腔,从而使得中空筒中分布 (SAP/SAF)较为均匀。隔离物,可以根据需要选择纸团、塑料薄膜团、无纺布团等均可。为了便于机械化生产,可以填充快干性材料。
其中,用隔离物隔离的数量可以根据需要进行设置。隔离物的厚度不宜过大。较佳的方式,是用团状物填充,这样当(SAP/SAF)吸收液体后,会产生膨胀,从而可以在中空筒内挤压隔离物,以使隔离物向未吸收液体或吸收液体少的部分移动,从而保持吸收液体部分中空筒的舒适度。
隔离物可以为木浆纤维团、无纺布纤维团等液体能透过,而SAP/SAF材料无法通过,具有防止SAP/SAF在隔离腔之间滑动,起到隔离效果。当某个腔体吸收较多液体后,SAP/SAF会产生膨胀,该腔体的液体高度会高于相邻的腔体,未吸收的液体能通过隔离物渗透到相邻的腔体而被吸收,有效防止单一腔体膨胀较为厉害影响液体吸收,提高芯体的利用率。
实施例4
1)用EPE制备亲水的两头封闭的中空筒;
2)向所述的中空筒内装填预定量的高吸水树脂;
本实施例中,所述的高吸水树脂为液体半成品,其加工方法为:在300重量份去离子水中,将100重量份丙烯酸用41.6重量份的氢氧化钠部分中和,生成丙烯酸/丙烯酸钠混合溶液,控制丙烯酸(AA)的中和度为75%。加入交联剂0.1 份(N,N-亚甲基丙烯酰胺)加入氧化还原(0.5重量份过硫酸酸钾K2S2O8和1.0 重量份亚硫酸氢钠NaHSO3)催化剂,快速搅拌而成。
这样,直接以灌注的形式即可向中空筒内进行装填,有利于大批量生产。
在进一步的加工或使用过程中,对其进行100-110℃烘干加热即可引发聚合交联,反应生成成品的高吸水性树脂。其后即可正常使用。
实施例5
本实施例为卫生用品,其至少包括面层和吸收芯体;所述的吸收芯体为实施例1-4所制作的高保水亲水性芯体;所述的面层为单向导湿面层材料,所述的面层材料包括上层无纺布材料和下层弹性PU泡棉材料,在所述上层材料和下层材料之间设置有单向阀层。
所述的单向阀层制作方法为:
1)如图4、5所示,准备上下两层薄膜,其中上层薄膜可为PET薄膜,下层薄膜为75重量份超低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)+25重量份弹性体(比如POE、EVA、 SIS、SEBS等)制成的薄膜;
2)使上层薄膜通过上层成型网笼;上层成型网笼上设置有若干小孔;
3)利用真空泵在成型网笼内抽真空,真空度为0.2-0.5Mpa;以使上层薄膜对应上层成型网笼小孔的位置在真空作用下向内吸入,以致被吸破成通液孔61;
4)使下层薄膜通过下层成型网笼;在下层成型网笼上对应每通液孔位置周围设置有2-10个小孔;
5)利用真空泵在成型网笼内抽真空,真空度为0.2-0.5Mpa;以使下层薄膜对应下层成型网笼小孔的位置在真空作用下向内吸入,以致被吸破成孔,各孔中间保留的部分即为阀片62。
6)将上层薄膜与下层薄膜对应设置。
本实施例中,通过在面层的中间层布置一系列的微型单向阀,使得上层的液体能够快速下渗。调控靠近下层无纺布单向阀通道的表面形状,使其表面具有很多微小的沟槽,液体通过沟槽的导流作用往下走,同时由于单向阀单向导流作用和单向阀材料的疏水作用,从而能够保证面层干爽。将单向导湿复合面层材料应用于纸尿裤的面层,可以有效地减少纸尿裤的回渗量,同时不会有漏尿的风险。更结合实施例1-4所制作的高保水亲水性芯体,使其使用时具有缓冲、更为舒适。进一步的减少与皮肤接触面积少,液体回渗少,干爽性提高,更为透气。
Claims (10)
1.一种高保水亲水性芯体,其特征在于,包括发泡材料制成的中空筒,在所述的中空筒内装填有SAP/SAF;在所述的中空筒的筒壁上设有过液通道;其中,至少所述的中空筒的表面和过液通道内的表面进行过亲水处理。
2.一种高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,其特征在于,所述的方法包括:
1)用发泡材料制备亲水的中空筒;
2)将中空筒一端封闭;
3)在所述的中空筒内装填SAP/SAF;
4)将中空筒另一端封闭。
其中,在步骤1)、2)或步骤3)之后,在中空筒的筒壁上设置过液通道。
3.如权利要求2所述的高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,其特征在于,所述的SAP/SAF的装填高度为中空部直径的1/4-/1/3。
4.如权利要求2所述的高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,其特征在于,所述的亲水的中空筒是采用亲水剂进行处理的;其中所述的亲水剂包括:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10重量份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯(醚)5-10重量份、抗静电剂5-15重量份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-10重量份、氨基硅油5-10重量份、助剂0-5重量份、去离子水50-80重量份。
5.如权利要求2所述的高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤3为按预定次数进行下述步骤:
51)在中空筒内装填预定量的SAP/SAF;
52)在中空筒内装填隔离物;
53)返回步骤51)。
6.如权利要求2所述的高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,其特征在于,所述的发泡材料为可发性聚乙烯或热塑性聚氨酯。
7.如权利要求6所述的高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,其特征在于,在所述的发泡材料中添加有热塑性弹性材料。
8.一种高保水亲水性芯体制作方法,所述的方法包括:
1)制备亲水拒水交替处理的上层纺粘无纺布和下层水刺无纺布;所述的下层无纺布的拒水区与上层无纺布的亲水区对应设置;
2)在下层无纺布的拒水区铺设超吸水纤维;
3)在超吸水纤维围布区间内放置装填高吸水树脂的亲水中空泡绵;
4)在中间层上铺设上层无纺布;
5)将上层无纺布与下层无纺布用热熔胶粘合。
9.如权利要求7所述的吸收芯体的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述的高吸水树脂的添加量为所述的亲水中空泡绵中空部容积的1/4/-2/4。
10.一种卫生用品,所述的卫生用品至少包括面层和吸收芯体;其特征在于,所述的吸收芯体为权利要求1所述的高保水亲水性芯体;所述的面层为单向导湿面层材料,所述的面层材料包括上层无纺布材料和下层弹性PU泡棉材料,在所述上层材料和下层材料之间设置有单向阀层。
