Description

用于生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪
本申请是申请日为2009年4月27日,申请号为2009801152422的中国专利申请(发明名称:用于生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪)的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪。
背景技术
众所周知,许多食品,如果汁、巴氏灭菌牛奶或超高温处理(UHT)牛奶、酒、西红柿汁等,都是在由经过消毒的包装材料制成的包装中出售的。
典型的这种包装是用于液体食品或可灌注食品的平行六面体形包装,这种包装被称作无菌利乐砖(TetraBrikAseptic,注册商标),所述包装是通过对层压条带包装材料进行折叠和密封而制成的。
包装材料具有多层结构,大体上包括用于提供刚度和强度的基层,所述基层可由纤维材料层限定,所述纤维材料例如为纸或填充矿物的聚丙烯材料;和多个热密封塑料材料层,例如聚乙烯膜,所述层覆盖了所述基层的两个侧面。
对于用于长期储存产品如UHT牛奶的无菌包装而言,包装材料还包括气体屏障和光屏障材料层,例如铝箔或乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)膜,所述层被叠置在热密封塑料材料层上,且其上进一步覆盖有另一热密封塑料材料层,所述层形成了包装的与食品最终接触的内面。
众所周知,这种包装是在全自动包装机中生产出来的,在这种机器上,以薄板形式供给的包装材料形成了连续管子。更具体而言,包装材料的薄板从卷轴上被展开且被供给通过包装机上的无菌室并在其中被消毒,这例如是通过施加消毒剂如过氧化氢实现的,消毒剂随后通过加热和/或通过使包装材料经受具有适当波长和强度的辐射的方式被蒸发;且经过消毒的薄板被保持在封闭的消毒环境中,且被折叠成圆柱体并沿纵向被密封以便以已公知的方式形成连续的管子。
包装材料的管子实际上形成了无菌室的延伸,所述管子沿垂直方向被供给、被经过消毒的或消毒处理过的食品充注、且被供给穿过密封装置以便形成独立包装。更具体而言,在密封装置中,管子在多个等距间隔的剖面处被密封以便形成枕状包装,所述枕状包装通过横向密封条带彼此相连,即与管子的行进方向垂直地进行延伸;且所述枕状包装借助于对相对横向的密封条带进行切割的方式被彼此分开,且被输送至折叠站,在所述折叠站处,所述包装被机械地折叠以便形成相应的完工的平行六面体形包装。
包装机是已公知的,例如欧洲专利EP-B-0887265所述地那样,所述包装机包括两个链式输送机,所述链式输送机限定出相应的环形路径且装配有相应数量的密封夹爪。这两条路径具有相应的分支,所述分支大体上面对彼此且平行于彼此,且包装材料的管子在这两条分支之间被供给从而使得位于一个输送机上的夹爪沿相应路径的所述分支与位于另一输送机上的对应的夹爪协同作用,以便在多个相继连续的剖面处夹紧管子,并且以便密封和切割包装。
包装机还已公知地包括仅两对夹爪,所述两对夹爪交替地作用在包装材料的管子上以便沿多个等距间隔的剖面对所述管子进行夹紧和密封,所述密封例如为热密封。
一旦完成密封操作,则切割器被启动并与包装材料的管子相互作用以便沿刚刚被密封的剖面的中心线对所述管子进行切割,并因此使枕状包装与包装材料管子的底端分离,所述切割器例如由每对夹爪中的其中一个夹爪承载。底端沿横向被密封,相关夹爪(relativejaw)在到达底部死点位置时可被打开以便避免与管子的顶部部分相互干扰。同时,以完全相同的方式运行的另一对夹爪从顶部死点位置向下移动并重复上述夹紧/成形、密封和切割过程。
在这两种包装机中,被夹紧在每对夹爪之间的管子部分在正常情况下都是被加热器件密封的,所述加热器件被承载在其中一个夹爪上并使被夹紧在夹爪之间的热密封塑料材料的层产生局部熔化。
超声波密封装置现在被广泛应用于对包装材料进行更快地局部熔化且因而提高了产量。
超声波密封装置大体上包括机械振动发生器或超声焊极和砧板-例如EP-B-615907所述-所述机械振动发生器或超声焊极和砧板被成对地装配到相应的夹爪上,且具有彼此协同作用以便通过超声波振动对包装材料进行加热的相应表面。
更特别地,超声焊极是在一个或多个压电材料盘的作用下产生振动的密封工具;为所述盘提供了交流电压,且所述盘产生机械振动,所述机械振动的能量取决于实际的供应电压或电流供应。
在本发明所属工业领域内,认为需要在密封阶段之前的包装材料夹紧阶段,使砧板表面相对于相关夹爪上的支承本体以尽可能受控且可重复的方式进行摆动移动,以便将砧板定位成平行于超声焊极。
更特别地,本发明所属工业领域认为需要在不损害密封件的最终质量,即不会在密封条带内形成包装材料的未密封条带,的情况下实现上述摆动移动。
本发明所属工业领域还认为需要在密封阶段以尽可能准确的方式控制超声焊极与砧板表面之间的夹紧力,以使得电压发生器能够以尽可能预定的方式供应电功率,且以便减少形成密封条带所需的时间。
更特别地,本发明所属工业领域认为需要将实际夹紧力相对于预定的夹紧力-时间曲线图所产生的变化保持在较窄的公差范围内,例如大约为25牛顿。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种密封夹爪,所述密封夹爪被设计以便以简单且低成本的方式满足上述需求中的至少一种需求。
根据本发明,提供了一种根据权利要求1所述的用于生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图4,附图标记1整体上表示根据本发明的用于生产食品的密封包装的夹爪。
夹爪1可被包括在包装机(未示出)中,所述包装机用于由包装材料的管子3生产食品的密封包装,所述管子由已公知的装置(未示出)沿垂直路径A供给。
夹爪1优选被包括在用于生产可灌注食品的密封包装的包装机中,所述可灌注食品例如为巴氏灭菌或UHT牛奶、果汁、酒、豌豆、豆类等。
夹爪1还可被包括在这样的包装机中,所述包装机用于生产在包装制造阶段处于可灌注状态但在包装被密封之后凝固的食品的密封包装。这种食品的一个实例是奶酪的一部分,所述奶酪在包装制造阶段融化,且在包装密封之后凝固。
管子3是通过对热密封板片材料进行纵向折叠和密封的已公知方式成形的,且被连续向下地充注有经过消毒的或消毒处理过的食品以便进行包装。
包装机包括两个如专利EP-B-0887265所示和所述的链式输送机,所述链式输送机限定出相应的环形路径且装配有相应数量的密封夹爪1和相应的相对夹爪2(图3、图4)。所述路径具有相应的分支,所述分支大体上平行于彼此,且在所述分支之间,管子3沿路径A被供给,从而使得,沿相应路径的所述分支,位于一个输送机上的夹爪1与位于另一输送机上的相对应的相对夹爪2协同作用以便在多个等距间隔的剖面处对管子3进行夹紧、超声波密封和切割。
更特别地,每对夹爪中的夹爪1和相对夹爪2与管子3相互作用以便在多个等距间隔的剖面处对管子进行密封并形成枕状包装5,所述枕状包装通过与路径A垂直的相应的密封条带6被连接至管子3
条带6被夹爪1上的切割器22切割以使每个包装5与管子3分离开来。
每个相对夹爪2和相对应的夹爪1被设置在管子3的彼此相对的侧部上、分别装配有机械振动发生器或超声焊极8和砧板9、且可在打开位置与闭合位置(如图3和图4所示)之间且与路径A交叉地进行移动,在所述位置处,夹爪在相关剖面处对管子3进行夹紧和密封以便形成相关密封条带6。
仅被示意性地示于图3和图4中的超声焊极8优选包括多个并排的超声波头,所述超声波头是专利EP-B-615907所示和所述的那种超声波头,且被罩在外部套壳10中,所述外部套壳被刚性地装配到相对夹爪2的本体上。
简而言之,超声焊极8是密封工具,所述密封工具通过一个或多个压电材料盘产生振动;为所述盘供应交流电压,且所述盘产生机械振动,所述机械振动的能量取决于实际的供应电压。
每个夹爪1大体上包括砧板9;和支承砧板9的支承本体11。
支承本体11(图2)是大体上平的,且包括中心部分14和两个端部部分15。
对于夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2的闭合位置而言,支承本体11位于与路径A平行的平面中,且端部部分15沿平行于路径A的方向大于中心部分14。
砧板9包括大体上呈棱柱形的主体20,所述主体限定出贯通座(throughseat)21(图1、图3、图5、图6),所述贯通座罩住切割器22(图3);和以相应的中空圆柱体形式存在的两个端部部分23,所述端部部分位于主体20的彼此相对的端部处。
更特别地,主体20包括:
-两个分别位于顶部和底部的表面24、25,所述表面位于与路径A垂直的相应的平行平面中,此时夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2位于闭合位置;
-前表面27,所述前表面垂直地介于表面24与25之间,且通过所述前表面形成了座21;和
-另一表面26(图5和图6),所述表面垂直地介于表面24与25之间,位于与表面27相对的侧部上,且座21同样通过所述表面被成形。

切割器22以滑动方式被罩在座21内部,且受到已公知的致动装置(未示出)的控制以便在横向条带6处切割管子3以使包装5与管子3分离。
当夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2位于闭合位置处(图3、图4)时,超声焊极8的表面27和相对应的表面29对管子3进行夹紧和密封以便形成相对的密封条带6。
夹爪1有利地包括连接器件30(图1和图2)以便将砧板9连接至支承本体11。连接器件30包括两对弯曲表面31、32,所述弯曲表面由刚性材料制成且彼此协同作用以使得表面27能够在条带6的成形阶段之前的包装材料夹紧阶段相对于支承本体11进行摆动。
重要的是:注意到本说明书中的术语“刚性材料”旨在表示这样的材料,所述材料在压力下不会产生肉眼可见的变形。正如本说明书中理解地那样,刚性材料的实例是金属、陶瓷或聚合物材料。
另一方面,可弹性变形的材料,特别是橡胶,并不构成本说明书中理解的刚性材料。

-两个枢转件33,所述枢转件具有相应的通孔,且分别限定出相应的一对表面31;
-两个座34,所述座由砧板9的相应的端部部分23限定,与相应的枢转件33接合,且分别限定出一对表面32,所述表面与相关枢转件33的相应表面31协同作用;和
-两个销36,所述销被装配穿过相应的枢转件33且分别具有被固定到支承本体11上的第一端和被连接至固定在相应的端部部分23内部的螺钉38上的第二端。
枢转件33和相应的座34限定出两个铰接接头,所述铰接接头允许表面27在条带6的成形阶段之前的对管子3进行夹紧的阶段中相对于支承本体11沿限定出平面的两个垂直方向进行摆动。因此,当形成条带6时,铰接接头允许表面27保持平行于超声焊极8的表面29。
每个枢转件33包括实心的主要部分,所述部分是通过在第一对平行平面中和垂直于所述第一平面的第二对平行平面中对球体进行切割的方式获得的;和圆柱形端部部分,所述端部部分从主要部分朝向支承本体11伸出。
每个枢转件33的主要部分的表面因此包括:
-两个平行的平的面40(图1中仅示出了一个)
-两个平行的平的开口41,所述开口被相应的销36装配穿过且位于垂直于面40的相应平面中;和
-以相应的同心球形表面部分的形式存在的两个相对的表面31。
更特别地,每个表面31介于面40之间,且介于圆形的开口41之间。
每个端部部分23限定出贯通腔体(图5、图6),从表面26至表面27,所述贯通腔体大体上包括:
-肩部51,所述肩部具有处在平行于表面26、27的平面中的圆形剖面;
-座34,所述座罩住枢转件33且限定出相应的一对表面32;和
-圆柱形凹部32(图2),所述凹部具有垂直于表面26、27的轴线且罩住相应的螺钉38。
每个座34在支承本体11侧上由开口55限定边界;且孔56介于每个座34与相关凹部53之间(图5、图6)。
更特别地,每个开口55由垂直于表面24和25的两个平行部段57限定边界,且被两条同心弧58限定边界,每条弧位于一个部段57的一端与另一部段57的相对应的端部之间。
限定出弧58的假想圆的直径等于限定出相关枢转件33的表面31的假想球体的直径,且大于部段57之间的距离。
此外,每个座34在侧向上由第一和第二表面32限定边界,所述第一表面和第二表面面对彼此且彼此相对。更特别地,每个座34的表面32以同心球状表面部分的形式存在。
更特别地,限定出每个座34的表面32的假想球体具有与限定出相关枢转件33的表面31的假想球体的假想直径相等的直径。
每个枢转件33可因此被装配穿过相应的开口55,且表面31位于开口55的弧58处,且面40位于开口55的部段57处,且可随后围绕其轴线在相应的座34内部旋转90度,从而使得表面31置靠在座34的相应表面32上。更特别地,当每个枢转件33被罩在相应的座34内部时,孔56在与支承本体11相对的侧部上与枢转件33的开口41共轴。
枢转件33和座34由刚性材料如金属、聚合物材料或陶瓷制成以便确保当夹爪1和相应的相对夹爪2协同作用以便形成条带6时相应的表面31、32刚性地作用。
表面31、32还可涂覆有相应的减轻摩擦的材料,如特氟隆。
连接器件30还包括:
-两个套筒37,每个套筒具有被罩在相关肩部51内部的主要部分和从所述主要部分朝向支承本体11伸出的圆柱形壁部;和
-两个盘簧35,所述盘簧与相应的销36共轴,且分别具有被固定到相应的销36的肩部60上的第一端和与所述第一端相对且被固定到相关套筒37的主要部分上的第二端。当夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2位于闭合位置处时,弹簧35被压缩并在砧板9上施加与夹爪1和相对夹爪2的夹紧力相等但相反的作用。
销36沿垂直于表面26、27的相应轴进行延伸。
从第一端至第二端,每个销36限定出肩部60、共轴地延伸穿过相应的弹簧35、相应的套筒37和相应的枢转件33、且被固定到相应的螺钉38上。
每个枢转件33通过被装配穿过相对端部部分23的侧向壁部的相应的销62而被保持在相关座34内部的适当位置处。
更特别地,每个侧向壁部在与主要部分20相对的侧部上限定出相关端部部分23。
每个销62沿与弹簧35的轴垂直的轴线进行延伸,且具有与表面32中的腔体64协同作用的圆形端部63(图2),从而使得对销62的位置进行的调节也调节了相应座34内部的枢转件33的摆动自由度,且因此调节了砧板9相对于支承本体11的摆动自由度,其中腔体64的形状与端部63相同。
砧板9还包括围绕相应的销36且与销36的第二端相邻的两个密封环;和围绕相应套筒37的圆柱形壁部的两个密封件。
夹爪1的操作方式如下:
两个链式输送机沿相对方向旋转,从而使得夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2按照预定的运动法则与管子3协同作用。
现在将结合一个夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2对操作周期进行更详细地描述,所有的夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2显然以一定的时间间隔实施相同的操作周期,所述时间间隔取决于产率。
沿所述路径的给定部分,夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2从打开位置被置于一起以使管子3逐渐变形并最终“变平”从而形成管子3的横向带。
在到达闭合位置时,夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2夹紧管子3,且超声焊极8被启动以便对包装材料进行局部加热和熔化并因此形成条带6。
在形成密封件之前的夹紧阶段中,由枢转件33和相应的座34限定出的铰接接头允许砧板9的表面27相对于支承本体11进行摆动且因此将其自身定位在与超声焊极8的表面29平行的位置处。
此外,当形成密封件时,弹簧35被压缩并对将相对夹爪2夹紧到砧板9上的力作出反应。
一旦形成条带6,则切割器22被启动以便沿条带6的平面切割管子3且因此使成形的包装5与管子3的其余部分分离。
夹爪1和相应的相对夹爪2随后移至打开位置,所述位置远离路径A,以便释放管子3。
通过上面的描述,所属领域技术人员将易于理解根据本发明的夹爪1的优点。
特别是,由枢转件33和相应的座34的表面31、32限定出的铰接接头为夹爪1的砧板9提供了两个自由度,且允许其在形成条带6之前的夹紧阶段在平面中相对于支承本体11进行摆动。
当夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2被夹紧在管子3周围时,砧板9的表面27可因此将其自身定位在与表面27接触的超声焊极8的表面29平行的位置处。
更特别地,申请人已经观察到:由枢转件和相应的座34限定出的铰接接头所获得的几何平行性公差为约0.05mm,即,将表面27上的所有点都保持在与平行于表面29的假想平面相隔小于0.05mm的距离处。
结果是,即使在相对夹爪2冲击相应夹爪1的速度产生略微变化的情况下,且在夹爪1与相对应的相对夹爪2接近的情况下,密封条带6中都不会存在包装材料的未密封部分。
此外,枢转件33和座34的表面31、32是刚性的且因而不可变形,因此,连接器件30唯一地通过弹簧35的压缩平衡了夹爪1和相对夹爪2的夹紧力。
弹簧35的刚性是大体上恒常的量,每个夹爪1和相对应的相对夹爪2的夹紧力相对于给定的夹紧力-时间曲线图而言几乎不产生变化,例如变化约25牛顿。
结果是,不再需要电压发生器供应的变化迅速且不可预知的功率,因此减少了形成密封件所需的时间。
显然,所属领域技术人员可对本文所述和所示的夹爪1作出变化,而不会偏离所附权利要求书限定的保护范围。
特别是,与介于砧板9与支承本体11之间相对地,连接器件30可介于超声焊极8与位于相对夹爪2的套壳10上的相应的支持本体之间。
包装机可不具有链式输送机,且包括两对夹爪1和相对夹爪2,所述两对夹爪交替地作用的管子3上、分别可沿相应的导引件在闭合位置与打开位置之间移动、并以周期性的方式与管子相继发生相互作用以便对管子的包装材料进行热密封。
代替超声焊极8的是,相对夹爪2可装配有密封装置,所述密封装置具有不同的加热器件,例如感应加热器件或包括加热杆的器件。
最后,夹爪1可不具有销62,且介于套筒37与相应的枢转件33之间的密封件可具有与位于相关枢转件33的圆柱形端部部分上的相应的沟槽接合的相应齿。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于由包装材料的管子(3)来生产食品的密封包装的密封夹爪(1),所述包装通过相应的密封条带(6)而连接到所述管子(3)上;
所述夹爪(1)包括:
-砧板(9),其限定了第一工作表面(27);
-支承所述砧板(9)的支承本体(11);
-第一工作表面(27)在使用过程中与位于另一夹爪(2)上的第二工作表面(29)相互作用以便对所述包装材料进行夹紧并在所述包装材料上实施密封操作;所述另一夹爪(2)限定了加热器件(8),所述加热器件在使用过程中与所述砧板(9)相互作用以便形成密封条带(6);
-用于将所述第一表面(27)连接到所述支承本体(11)上的连接器件(30);
所述连接器件(30)限定了两对弯曲的第三表面(31)和两对弯曲的第四表面(32),所述第三表面和所述第四表面由刚性材料制成且相互协同作用以便在实施所述密封操作之前对所述包装材料进行夹紧时,允许所述第一表面(27)相对于所述支承本体(11)进行摆动;
其特征在于,所述第三表面(31)和所述第四表面(32)是至少部分呈球形的;
所述连接器件(30)包括:
-两个枢转件(33),所述枢转件具有各自的通孔,且分别限定出相应的一对表面(31);
-两个座(34),所述座(34)由所述砧板(9)的相应端部部分(23)限定并且与相应的所述枢转件(33)接合,并且分别限定一对所述第四表面(32),所述一对所述第四表面(32)与相关的所述枢转件(33)的相应所述第三表面(31)协同作用;和
-两个销(36),所述销(36)被装配穿过相应的所述枢转件(33),并且分别具有被固定到所述支承本体(11)上的第一端和被连接至固定在相应所述端部部分(23内部的螺钉(38)上的第二端;
所述枢转件(33)和相应的所述座(34)限定了两个铰接接头,所述铰接接头允许所述第一表面(27)在使用过程中在所述条带(6)的成形之前对所述管子(3)夹紧的阶段中,相对于所述支承本体(11)在限定出一平面的两个垂直方向上进行摆动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述连接器件(30)包括被固定到所述支承本体(11)且连接到各自螺钉(38)上的一对销(36)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的夹爪,其特征在于,包括介于各所述销(36)与所述砧板(9)之间的弹性器件(35),且所述弹性器件作用在所述砧板(9)上以使所述砧板(9)移动远离所述支承本体(11)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的夹爪,其特征在于,各个所述销(36)包括第一端和第二端,所述第一端和所述第二端彼此相对且被分别固定到所述支承本体(11)上和所述砧板(9)的端部部分(23)上;所述弹性器件(35)包括一对弹簧(35),所述弹簧各自具有被固定到所述销(36)上的第一端和与所述第一端相对且被固定到相应所述端部部分(23)上的第二端;所述弹簧(35)的所述第一端和所述第二端介于所述销(36)的所述第一端与所述第二端之间。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,包括用于调节各个所述枢转件(33)在相应所述座(34)内部的位置的调节器件(62)。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述第三表面(31)和所述第四表面(32)中的至少一个表面由选自包括金属、聚合物材料或陶瓷的组群中的材料制成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的夹爪,其特征在于,所述第三表面(31)和所述第四表面(32)中的至少一个表面涂覆有减轻摩擦的材料。
8.一种用于由包装材料的管子(3)生产食品的密封包装的包装机,所述管子沿垂直路径(A)被供给、被连续地充注所述食品、且在等距间隔的剖面处被夹紧;
所述包装机的特征在于,包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的夹爪(1),和所述另一夹爪(2),所述夹爪(1)和所述另一夹爪(2)彼此协同作用以便沿所述剖面对所述管子(3)的包装材料进行密封。
