Abstract

Сварочный зажим (1) для изготовления герметичных упаковок с пищевым продуктом из трубы (3) упаковочного материала имеет несущее тело (11), первую рабочую поверхность (27), которая взаимодействует при работе со второй рабочей поверхностью (29) на контрзажиме (2) для зажима свариваемого материала и осуществляет сварку; один (1) из зажимов (1, 2) имеет упор (9), а другой (2) из зажимов (1, 2) имеет нагревательные средства (8). Зажим (1) имеет соединительные средства (30) для соединения первой поверхности (27) с несущим телом (11); соединительные средства (30) имеют криволинейную третью и криволинейную четвертую поверхности (31, 32) твердого материала и взаимодействуют для предоставления возможности первой поверхности (27) колебаться относительно несущего тела (11) при зажиме упаковочного материала перед сваркой.
