Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有排毒养颜功效的保健酒,涉及保健酒技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:党参30-35份、荜茇20-25份、桔梗20-25份、菠菜根15-20份、羽衣甘蓝叶15-20份、莲子蕊13-17份、葡萄籽10-15份、针叶樱桃10-15份、矫味剂10-15份、金银花10-15份、天冬9-12份、薏苡仁7-11份、黄芪7-11份、棕榈油5-9份、猕猴桃5-9份、白僵蚕4-8份、南瓜子3-5份、鱼腥草2-4份、白酒500-600份。本发明保健酒味道清香、入口醇和,完全没有传统保健酒的浓郁中药味,并具有优异的排毒养颜功效,相对于一般药剂具有服用方便、保质期长和服用后无任何毒副作用的突出特点。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及保健酒技术领域,具体涉及一种具有排毒养颜功效的保健酒。
背景技术:
保健酒已有数千年的历史,是中国医药科学的重要组成部分。中国的历代医药著作中几乎无一例外地有药酒治疾健身的记载。随着科学技术的进步,在中药浸酒的传统工艺基础上已发展到利用萃取、浸提和生物工程等现代化手段,提取中药中的有效成份制成高含量的功能药酒。当人们的保健意识日趋增强,一些药物成为食用保健品时,保健酒这一新名词便开始出现。
由于环境污染、生活习惯等不同的原因,造成很多人体内毒素堆积,新陈代谢缓慢,从而导致部分器官功能障碍,气血失和、阴阳失衡、气机阻滞、内分泌失调,出现食欲不振、口臭、腹胀、腹痛、面色无华、皮肤色素沉着、青春痘、便秘等症状,通常需要通过中药进行调理。目前,具有排毒养颜功效的中药较多,但大多具有浓烈的中药味,口味苦涩。另外,中药汤剂需要熬制,费时费力,而由中药制成的中成药存在药效底下、有效成分含量低的缺点。针对上述问题,本公司开发出一种具有排毒养颜功效的保健酒,具有口味清香、服用方便、吸收性好和疗效显著的特点,适用于广大人群。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种口味清香、服用方便、吸收性好和疗效显著的具有排毒养颜功效的保健酒。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种具有排毒养颜功效的保健酒,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
党参30-35份、荜茇20-25份、桔梗20-25份、菠菜根15-20份、羽衣甘蓝叶15-20份、莲子蕊13-17份、葡萄籽10-15份、针叶樱桃10-15份、矫味剂10-15份、金银花10-15份、天冬9-12份、薏苡仁7-11份、黄芪7-11份、棕榈油5-9份、猕猴桃5-9份、白僵蚕4-8份、南瓜子3-5份、鱼腥草2-4份、白酒500-600份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)先将葡萄籽和南瓜子加入50-55℃温水中浸泡2h,然后加热至70-75℃保温翻炒15min,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将菠菜根、羽衣甘蓝叶、针叶樱桃和猕猴桃加入磨浆机中,并加入3倍量水,经充分磨浆后过滤,即得滤液I;
(3)将粉料I、荜茇、桔梗、薏苡仁和鱼腥草加入5倍量水中,先于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,然后加入莲子蕊、金银花、天冬和黄芪,继续微波处理10min,过滤,即得滤液II;
(4)将滤液I和滤液II混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机中,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料II;
(5)将党参和白僵蚕加入白酒中,密封浸泡1个月后加入粉料II、矫味剂和棕榈油,混合均匀后继续密封浸泡,1个月后即可饮用。
所述矫味剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:桂花20-25份、芹菜叶20-25份、柚子皮15-20份、桔梗13-17份、胡椒薄荷12-16份、绿茶10-15份、玉竹10-15份、菊薯叶8-13份、槐花米6-10份、椰子粉6-10份、柠檬酸钠5-8份、谷氨酸钠2-3份、羧甲基纤维素钠15-20份,其制备方法如下:先将芹菜叶、柚子皮、桔梗、绿茶和玉竹加入8倍量水中,浸泡1h后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,再加入桂花、胡椒薄荷、菊薯叶和槐花米,继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,过滤,将滤液和椰子粉一起加入磨浆机,充分磨浆后过滤,向所得滤液中加入柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机,最后经粉碎机制成粉末。
该矫味剂的添加能从嗅觉和口感两方面来改善保健酒的味道,摆脱传统保健酒的刺鼻和苦涩的中药味,使患者容易接受,从而提高市场竞争力。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明以多种中草药为原料,并通过适宜提取和浸泡方法制得保健酒,该保健酒味道清香、入口醇和,完全没有传统保健酒的浓郁中药味,并具有优异的排毒养颜功效,相对于一般药剂具有服用方便、保质期长和服用后无任何毒副作用的突出特点。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
(1)先将12份葡萄籽和3份南瓜子加入50-55℃温水中浸泡2h,然后加热至70-75℃保温翻炒15min,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将15份菠菜根、15份羽衣甘蓝叶、10份针叶樱桃和6份猕猴桃加入磨浆机中,并加入3倍量水,经充分磨浆后过滤,即得滤液I;
(3)将粉料I、20份荜茇、20份桔梗、8份薏苡仁和3份鱼腥草加入5倍量水中,先于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,然后加入13份莲子蕊、10份金银花、10份天冬和7份黄芪,继续微波处理10min,过滤,即得滤液II;
(4)将滤液I和滤液II混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机中,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料II;
(5)将30份党参和4份白僵蚕加入500份白酒中,密封浸泡1个月后加入粉料II、10份矫味剂和5份棕榈油,混合均匀后继续密封浸泡,1个月后即可饮用。
矫味剂的制备:先将22份芹菜叶、16份柚子皮、13份桔梗、10份绿茶和10份玉竹加入8倍量水中,浸泡1h后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,再加入20份桂花、12份胡椒薄荷、9份菊薯叶和6份槐花米,继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,过滤,将滤液和6份椰子粉一起加入磨浆机,充分磨浆后过滤,向所得滤液中加入5份柠檬酸钠、2份谷氨酸钠和18份羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机,最后经粉碎机制成粉末。
实施例2
(1)先将15份葡萄籽和4份南瓜子加入50-55℃温水中浸泡2h,然后加热至70-75℃保温翻炒15min,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将20份菠菜根、17份羽衣甘蓝叶、12份针叶樱桃和7份猕猴桃加入磨浆机中,并加入3倍量水,经充分磨浆后过滤,即得滤液I;
(3)将粉料I、25份荜茇、22份桔梗、10份薏苡仁和4份鱼腥草加入5倍量水中,先于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,然后加入15份莲子蕊、12份金银花、11份天冬和9份黄芪,继续微波处理10min,过滤,即得滤液II;
(4)将滤液I和滤液II混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机中,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料II;
(5)将35份党参和6份白僵蚕加入600份白酒中,密封浸泡1个月后加入粉料II、13份矫味剂和8份棕榈油,混合均匀后继续密封浸泡,1个月后即可饮用。
矫味剂的制备:先将25份芹菜叶、20份柚子皮、15份桔梗、12份绿茶和12份玉竹加入8倍量水中,浸泡1h后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,再加入25份桂花、14份胡椒薄荷、10份菊薯叶和8份槐花米,继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,过滤,将滤液和8份椰子粉一起加入磨浆机,充分磨浆后过滤,向所得滤液中加入7份柠檬酸钠、3份谷氨酸钠和20份羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机,最后经粉碎机制成粉末。
对本发明制备的保健酒进行毒性试验和疗效研究:
1、动物急性毒性试验
试验对象:小白鼠,体重18-22g,雌雄各半;
试验方法:取小白鼠50只,分成5组,每组10只,其中一组为空白组,其余四组为试验组,试验组给药前禁食12h,按每只每次2ml灌喂,24h内分别灌喂保健酒1、2、3、4次,灌喂后观察7天;
试验结果:试验小白鼠活动正常,无毒性反应,无死亡。
2、动物长期毒性试验
试验对象:大白鼠,体重120-150g,雌雄各半;
试验方法:取大白鼠50只,分成5组,每组10只,其中一组为空白组,其余四组为试验组,试验组每日分别灌喂保健酒4ml、6ml、8ml、10ml,连续灌喂90天,监测体重,于最后一次给药后24h断头处死,测血、尿常规、肝功能、肾功能、取心、肾等内脏,观察组织形态的变化;
试验结果:试验组活动正常,无毒性反应,无死亡,处死后的各项检查与空白组无任何区别。
3、临床研究
研究对象:随机选取100名女性患者,其中20-29岁23人,30-39岁35人,40-49岁24人,50-59岁18人;
使用方法:每人每天服用本发明保健酒20ml,30天为一个疗程,服用两个疗程;
疗效标准:(1)痊愈:症状完全消失,(2)有效:症状部分消失,(3)无效:症状无改善;
治疗效果:痊愈55例,随访未见复发,有效41例,无效4例,治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
4、典型案例
病例1:朱某,32岁,月经紊乱,痛经,经血不畅,量多色黑,脸上出现褐色斑片,身体赢瘦,舌红苔少,脉沉细。服用本发明保健酒两个疗程后症状消失,色斑逐渐淡化,随访两年未见复发。
病例2:柳某,43岁,舌质暗,苔薄白,脉沉细,脸上出现大片黄褐斑,月经紊乱,睡眠质量差,食欲不振,消化不良。服用本发明保健酒两个疗程后症状消失,色斑逐渐淡化,随访两年未见复发。

Claims (2)
1.一种具有排毒养颜功效的保健酒,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
党参30-35份、荜茇20-25份、桔梗20-25份、菠菜根15-20份、羽衣甘蓝叶15-20份、莲子蕊13-17份、葡萄籽10-15份、针叶樱桃10-15份、矫味剂10-15份、金银花10-15份、天冬9-12份、薏苡仁7-11份、黄芪7-11份、棕榈油5-9份、猕猴桃5-9份、白僵蚕4-8份、南瓜子3-5份、鱼腥草2-4份、白酒500-600份;
其制备方法如下:
(1)先将葡萄籽和南瓜子加入50-55℃温水中浸泡2h,然后加热至70-75℃保温翻炒15min,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料I;
(2)将菠菜根、羽衣甘蓝叶、针叶樱桃和猕猴桃加入磨浆机中,并加入3倍量水,经充分磨浆后过滤,即得滤液I;
(3)将粉料I、荜茇、桔梗、薏苡仁和鱼腥草加入5倍量水中,先于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,然后加入莲子蕊、金银花、天冬和黄芪,继续微波处理10min,过滤,即得滤液II;
(4)将滤液I和滤液II混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机中,再经粉碎机制成粉末,即得粉料II;
(5)将党参和白僵蚕加入白酒中,密封浸泡1个月后加入粉料II、矫味剂和棕榈油,混合均匀后继续密封浸泡,1个月后即可饮用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有排毒养颜功效的保健酒,其特征在于,所述矫味剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:桂花20-25份、芹菜叶20-25份、柚子皮15-20份、桔梗13-17份、胡椒薄荷12-16份、绿茶10-15份、玉竹10-15份、菊薯叶8-13份、槐花米6-10份、椰子粉6-10份、柠檬酸钠5-8份、谷氨酸钠2-3份、羧甲基纤维素钠15-20份,其制备方法如下:先将芹菜叶、柚子皮、桔梗、绿茶和玉竹加入8倍量水中,浸泡1h后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理15min,再加入桂花、胡椒薄荷、菊薯叶和槐花米,继续微波处理10min,然后于超声频率40kHz、功率100W下超声处理30min,过滤,将滤液和椰子粉一起加入磨浆机,充分磨浆后过滤,向所得滤液中加入柠檬酸钠、谷氨酸钠和羧甲基纤维素钠,混合均匀后送入冷冻干燥机,最后经粉碎机制成粉末。
