背景技术
随着人们对营养与健康要求的提高,作为药食同源产品的桑叶和菊花,其养生保健药用功能,为现代人所关注。近代临床医学中有多篇文献报道,桑叶含有多种功能性成分,如矿物质、维生素、食物纤维、氨基酸、植物甾醇、黄酮类、生物碱类、多糖等,具有降血糖、降血压、降低胆固醇、抗衰老、维持消化系统和排泄系统健康、防癌抗癌、提高免疫力等多种生理功能。
菊花中含有氨基酸、黄酮类化合物,维生素等多种生物活性成分,又含丰富的叶黄素,服用叶黄素对视疲劳有缓解作用,菊花的醇提物对金黄色葡萄球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠埃希菌、伤寒杆菌等有强烈的抑制作用,菊花中的挥发油有抗炎、抗氧化、镇痛活性并有清热解毒之功效。
将桑叶和菊花复配后制备得到的片剂,口感甜香,营养丰富,且不含糖,携带方便,适用人群范围广,特别适合于中老年人群,不仅营养价值高而且具有较高医疗保健作用。
目前市场上桑叶茶、菊花茶,具有一定的清火,明目,降血压作用,颇受高血压患者(尤其是老年人)的欢迎,但在饮料中,桑叶、菊花的有效成分较少,而且大多还是水溶性成分,消费者携带产品也不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种桑叶菊花复方片剂的制备方法,其特征在于该方法的具体步骤为:
a.设计产品的配方,产品的原料组分及其质量用量为:
以每1000片用量克数为基准
桑叶粉280g,
野菊花粉80g,
甘露醇25g,
木糖醇15g,
阿斯巴甜0.7g,
微晶纤维素13g,
滑石粉10g,
硬脂酸镁5g,
2%PVP醇液10g;
b.原料的预处理:选择新鲜、成熟度适中、色泽光亮、深绿、无病虫害的完整桑叶为原料,将桑叶于25℃室温下摊放,厚度1.5cm,每小时翻动1次,摊放5h后取样,微波杀青(输出功率10kW,杀青时间1.5min,投叶量90g),购市售安徽黟县野生干黄菊花500g,取已杀青的桑叶和野菊花经过高速粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后过40目的筛,再进行超微粉碎,获得超微桑叶粉和超微菊花粉,其他配料用同样方法处理;
c.制备方法:取桑叶粉280g、菊花粉80g,微晶纤维素13g、甘露醇25g、木糖醇15g混合,然后逐步添加入10g2%PVP醇液,制备软材,软材应符合“手握成团,轻压即散”为准。将制备好的软材挤压法过18目筛制粒,55℃干燥2h,每隔0.5h翻动1次,以加快干燥速度,时间约2h左右,再过16目筛整粒,得干颗粒;包装取适量硬脂酸镁、滑石粉作润滑剂加入干颗粒中,混合均匀后,用压片机圆形冲模压片;压片的参数为:预压力10-20KN,主压力30-50KN,最大填充深度为20mm,转台转速为60-120r/min,压片湿度60%,片剂规格为0.4±0.1g/片,即得桑叶菊花复方片剂。
具体实施方式
本实施例的过程和步骤如下所述:
实施例一:
a.原料选择:
选择新鲜、成熟度适中、色泽光亮、深绿、无病虫害的完整桑叶为原料,将挑选的桑叶于25℃室温下摊放,厚度1.5cm,每小时翻动1次,摊放5h后取样。购市售安徽黟县野生干黄菊花500g。
b.微波杀青:
输出功率10kW,杀青时间2.5min,投叶量90g。
c.超微桑叶粉,菊花粉及配料的制备:
取已杀青的桑叶和野菊花经过高速粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后过40目的筛。再进行超微粉碎,获得超微桑叶粉和超微菊花粉,其他配料用同样方法处理。
d.软材的制备(100粒用量):
取桑叶粉180g、菊花粉40g,微晶纤维素0.03g、甘露醇0.07g、木糖醇0.15g,混合,然后逐步添加入0.1g2%PVP醇液,制备软材,软材应符合“手握成团,轻压即散”为准。
e.制粒、干燥:
将制备好的软材挤压法过18目筛制粒,55℃干燥2h,每隔0.5h翻动1次,以加快干燥速度,时间约2h左右,再过16目筛整粒,得干颗粒。
f.压片:
取适量硬脂酸镁、滑石粉作润滑剂加入干颗粒中,用压片机圆形冲模压片,压片的参数为:预压力10-20KN,主压力30-50KN,最大填充深度为20mm,转台转速为60-120r/min,压片湿度60%,片剂规格0.24-0.25g/片,即得桑叶菊花复方片剂。
