Abstract

本发明公开了一种硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,包括复合浆和固化剂,所述复合浆组分及重量百分比为:三聚氰胺10-15%,季戊四醇5-10%,酚醛环氧树脂30-40%,多聚磷酸铵20-25%,无溶剂消泡剂0.1-1%,无溶剂分散剂0.1-1%,无溶剂流平剂0.1-1%;余量为二氧化钛;所述固化剂采用胺值为300mgKOH/g的氨基硅烷固化剂;所述复合浆和固化剂之间的重量比为3:1。本发明的涂料除了具有重防腐涂料的防腐蚀保护功能外,还具有耐温阻燃的特种功能,而且可应用于多种基材。

硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有耐温、阻燃、耐化学腐蚀、耐盐雾、耐老化功能的重防腐阻燃涂料,可应用在工业重防腐领域及建筑领域。
背景技术
传统重防腐涂料可保护基材免受恶劣环境的侵蚀,但含溶剂的多,环保性差,功能性单一,无溶剂且具有耐温阻燃的重防腐涂料目前屈指可数,基于某些重防腐领域需要耐温阻燃的功能,故此需要开发一种不但重防腐,而且能满足环保性和阻燃性的要求的涂料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有重防腐涂料产品的不足,提供一种硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,该涂料可以在多种基材表面涂刷,具有耐热阻燃耐腐蚀的特点,安全环保,可满足重防腐领域耐温阻燃的需求。
为了解决上述技术问题,发明了一种硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,包括复合浆和固化剂,所述复合浆组分及重量百分比为:三聚氰胺10-15%,季戊四醇5-10%,酚醛环氧树脂30-40%,多聚磷酸铵20-25%,消泡剂0.1-1%,分散剂0.1-1%,流平剂0.1-1%;余量为二氧化钛;所述固化剂采用胺值为300mgKOH/g的氨基硅烷固化剂;所述复合浆和固化剂之间的重量比为3:1。
优选的,所述酚醛环氧树脂为液体,环氧当量为220。
优选地,所述三聚氰胺、季戊四醇多聚磷酸铵的粒径均为10-15微米。
优选地,所述消泡剂、分散剂、流平剂均为无溶剂型助剂。
优选地,所述酚醛环氧树脂和氨基硅烷固化剂的不挥发物含量均分别为100%。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明涂料通过采用无溶剂材料,不挥发分固体含量100%,为环保型多功能涂料。其中所确定的三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、多聚磷酸铵的比例,起到阻燃的效果,同时,涂料中含有酚醛环氧树脂成分,当复合浆与氨基硅烷固化剂反应后,可以保证涂料在各种基材上牢固附着和耐化学性、耐温的性能,本发明涂料可以在金属、混凝土、木质、塑料等基材上涂刷,可以应用于防腐、耐温、阻燃的重防腐领域。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步详细描述,所描述的具体实施例仅对本发明进行解释说明,并不用以限制本发明。
实施例1、硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,包括复合浆和固化剂,所述复合浆组分及重量百分比为:三聚氰胺10%,季戊四醇5%,酚醛环氧树脂30%,多聚磷酸铵20%,无溶剂硅烷消泡剂0.1%,无溶剂硅烷分散剂0.1%,无溶剂硅烷流平剂0.1%;余量为二氧化钛,其中,所述三聚氰胺、季戊四醇多聚磷酸铵的粒径均为15微米,所述酚醛环氧树脂为液体,环氧当量为220,所述酚醛环氧树脂和氨基硅烷固化剂的不挥发物含量均分别为100%。该复合剂的制备是:将液体酚醛环氧树脂投入搅拌缸,在300-500转/分钟速度下加入无溶剂型的分散剂和消泡剂,三聚氰胺,季戊四醇、多聚磷酸铵,在800-1200转/分钟速度下分散30分钟,砂磨,至细度小于50微米,转入过滤机,过滤后即得复合浆。所述固化剂采用胺值为300mgKOH/g的无溶剂氨基硅烷固化剂。使用之前按照复合浆与固化剂重量比为3:1混合后制得本发明硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料。
实施例2、硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,包括复合浆和固化剂,所述复合浆组分及重量百分比为:三聚氰胺15%,季戊四醇10%,酚醛环氧树脂40%,多聚磷酸铵25%;无溶剂硅烷消泡剂1%,无溶剂硅烷分散剂1%,无溶剂硅烷流平剂1%;余量为二氧化钛,其中,其中,所述三聚氰胺、季戊四醇多聚磷酸铵的粒径均为15微米,所述酚醛环氧树脂为液体,环氧当量为220;所述酚醛环氧树脂和氨基硅烷固化剂的不挥发物含量均分别为100%。该复合剂的制备与实施例1相同。所述固化剂的选用,以及所述复合浆和固化剂之间的重量比与实施例1相同。
本发明硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料适应金属、混凝土、木质、塑料等多种基材,施工时主要包括:底材前处理→调漆→涂装,施工环境温度5-50℃,不可雨雪中施工;喷涂前要除去基材油脂、氧化皮、浮尘和疏松部分,钢铁基材需喷砂Sa2.0级处理;然后,按照所述复合浆和固化剂之间的重量比为3:1混合搅拌均匀后,对基材进行一至两遍施工;涂装方式可以是工业用高压喷涂机喷涂或采用人工刷涂均可,不限于喷涂、滚涂和刷涂,涂装厚度为0.2毫米左右为宜,完全干燥后养护7天后可投入使用。
硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料的主要技术指标如下:
25℃表干:6h(按GB/T1728-1989测定法测定);
25℃实干:24h(按GB/T1728-1989测定法测定);
不挥发物含量:100%(按国标GB/T1725-2007的规定测定);
铅笔硬度:3H;(按GB/T6739涂膜硬度铅笔测定法测定);
耐50%盐酸:1个月无变化;(按GB/T1763漆膜耐化学试剂性测定标准测定);
耐20%氢氧化钠:1个月无变化(按GB/T1763漆膜耐化学试剂性测定标准测定);
耐中性盐雾:1000小时(按GB/T1771耐中性盐雾性能的测定标准测定);
耐老化(紫外氙灯):1000小时(按GB/T1865-2009的规定测定);
燃烧性B1级(按GB/T8624—2012的规定测定);
耐温性200℃(按GB/T1735—2009的规定测定)。
本发明涂料中固化剂的组分必须采用氨基硅烷固化剂,否则不能和复合浆充分反应,影响漆膜在基材上的附着及耐化学性的特性。复合浆和固化剂之间的重量比为3:1混合搅拌均匀,如果混合比例有误差可引起固化不良,漆膜无法正常干燥,从而影响漆膜的理化性能指标。
尽管上面对本发明进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨的情况下,还可以做出很多变形,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,包括复合浆和固化剂,其特征在于:所述复合浆组分及重量百分比为:三聚氰胺10-15%,季戊四醇5-10%,酚醛环氧树脂30-40%,多聚磷酸铵20-25%,消泡剂0.1-1%,分散剂0.1-1%,流平剂0.1-1%;余量为二氧化钛;
所述固化剂采用胺值为300mgKOH/g的氨基硅烷固化剂;
所述复合浆和固化剂之间的重量比为3:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述酚醛环氧树脂为液体,环氧当量为220。
3.根据权利要求1所述硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述酚醛环氧树脂和氨基硅烷固化剂的不挥发物含量均分别为100%。
4.根据权利要求1所述硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述三聚氰胺的粒径为10-15微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述季戊四醇的粒径为10-15微米。
6.根据权利要求1所述硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述多聚磷酸铵的粒径为10-15微米。
7.根据权利要求1所述硅烷基改性酚醛环氧防腐阻燃涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂、分散剂、流平剂均为无溶剂型助剂。
