Abstract
一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,包括如下的重量配比的原料:水性丙烯酸树脂150—200份、去离子水200-300份、消泡剂1-3份、钛白粉180—200份、中和剂1—3份、三聚磷酸铝2—6份、沉淀硫酸钡100—150份、流变助剂10—20份、闪蚀抑制剂2—4份、滑石粉25份、流平剂1—3份、催化剂0.5—2份;其特征在于:还包括抗氧化剂2-4份、纳米硫化镁1-4份、紫外线吸收剂1-4份。本发明无污染、耐水性、耐化学性、耐磨性、耐候性较好、使用寿命长,硬度高。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种涂料,特别涉及一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆。
背景技术:
随着社会的不断进步,各国对环保的意识不断提高。而目前广泛使用的溶剂型涂料中含有大量的可挥发有机化合物(VOC),有机化合物(VOC)有毒、易燃,污染大气层,对环境和人体都造成危害。因此,为了减少这些有机溶剂对环境的污染,我国已将水性涂料列入今后工业涂料的发展方向。可是我国目前应用在地板涂料、金属防锈漆和船舶涂料上的水性工业涂料其耐水性、耐化学性、耐磨性和耐候性不理想。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就在于克服上述现有技术中存在的不足,而提供一种无污染、并且耐水性、耐化学性、耐磨性和耐候性较好的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆。
如上构思,本发明的技术方案是:一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,包括如下的重量配比的原料:水性丙烯酸树脂150—200份、去离子水200-300份、消泡剂1-3份、钛白粉180—200份、中和剂1—3份、三聚磷酸铝2—6份、沉淀硫酸钡100—150份、流变助剂10—20份、闪蚀抑制剂2—4份、滑石粉25份、流平剂1—3份、催化剂0.5—2份;其特征在于:还包括抗氧化剂2-4份、纳米硫化镁1-4份、紫外线吸收剂1-4份。
上述水性丙烯酸树脂由下列原料按照如下重量配比制成:丙烯酸正丁酯BA20-35份、苯乙烯ST12-30份、丙烯酸AA1—3份、甲基丙烯酸MAA1—3份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA1-4份、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺NMA5-10份、过硫酸钾K2S2O80.1-1份、OP-10及烷基硫酸钠1-4份、中和剂0.1—0.3份、丙二醇0.1—0.3份、去离子水40—60份。
上述中和剂由下列原料按照如下重量配比制成:丁醇50-80份、三乙醇胺40-70份、磷酸三丁酯40-60份。
本发明具有如下的优点和积极效果:
1、本发明降低了对环境的污染,并节约了资源。
2、本发明对各种基材均有很强的附着力,并且涂层的硬度高,具有良好的耐水性、耐候性和耐化学性和较高的耐磨性。
3、本发明用途广泛。可做为地坪、地板涂料、金属防锈漆、船舶涂料、汽车轻工业产品和饮水缸内壁防腐蚀用。
4、本发明配方中增加的紫外线吸收剂在漆膜干燥后发挥作用,它能把大部分能量高、对高分子聚合物有害的辐射光吸收,再以热量释放出来,使树脂聚合物降解速度大大减缓,以提高涂膜的保护性能,延长其使用寿命。
5、在成品储存过程中与成膜后过程中会受到氧气的侵蚀,为了提高防腐性能,本发明配方中增加了抗氧化剂,可延长成品的使用年限。
6、本发明配方中增加的纳米氧化镁可起到一定的阻燃效果,使产品的硬度大大提高。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,由下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成:水性丙烯酸树脂150Kg、去离子水200Kg、消泡剂1Kg、钛白粉180Kg、中和剂1Kg、三聚磷酸铝2Kg、沉淀硫酸钡100Kg、流变助剂10Kg、闪蚀抑制剂2Kg、滑石粉25Kg、流平剂1Kg、催化剂0.5Kg、抗氧化剂2Kg、纳米硫化镁1Kg、紫外线吸收剂1Kg。
实施例2:一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,由下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成:水性丙烯酸树脂200Kg、去离子水300Kg、消泡剂3Kg、钛白粉200Kg、中和剂3Kg、三聚磷酸铝6Kg、沉淀硫酸钡150Kg、流变助剂20Kg、闪蚀抑制剂4Kg、滑石粉25Kg、流平剂3Kg、催化剂2Kg、抗氧化剂4Kg、纳米硫化镁4Kg、紫外线吸收剂4Kg。
实施例3:一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,由下列原料按照如下的重量配比制成:水性丙烯酸树脂170Kg、去离子水250Kg、消泡剂2Kg、钛白粉190Kg、中和剂2Kg、三聚磷酸铝4Kg、沉淀硫酸钡125Kg、流变助剂15Kg、闪蚀抑制剂3Kg、滑石粉25Kg、流平剂2Kg、催化剂1.5Kg、抗氧化剂3Kg、纳米硫化镁3Kg、紫外线吸收剂2Kg。
上述水性丙烯酸树脂由下列原料制成:丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)、苯乙烯(ST)、丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)、过硫酸钾(K2S2O8)、OP-10及烷基硫酸钠、中和剂、丙二醇和去离子水。
上述中和剂由丁醇、三乙醇胺和磷酸三丁酯混合制成。
上述流变助剂可采用聚醚聚氨酯缔合型流变助剂。上述闪蚀抑制剂可采用亚硝酸钠、苯甲酸钠和四硼酸钠。
本发明施工时需要注意如下事项:
1、使用前按面漆:固化剂=5:1配置,然后静置10min左右进行喷涂或刷涂。固化剂采用由无游离子异醋酸酯制成的水性聚氨酯固化剂。
2、喷涂或刷涂时注意物体表面无尘、无油等。
3、配好的油漆应在4小时内用完,以免胶化浪费。
4、产品符合规定条件下储存,有效贮存期一年,如超过一年经检验合格仍可继续使用。

1.一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,包括如下的重量配比的原料:水性丙烯酸树脂150—200份、去离子水200-300份、消泡剂1-3份、钛白粉180—200份、中和剂1—3份、三聚磷酸铝2—6份、沉淀硫酸钡100—150份、流变助剂10—20份、闪蚀抑制剂2—4份、滑石粉25份、流平剂1—3份、催化剂0.5—2份;其特征在于:还包括抗氧化剂2-4份、纳米硫化镁1-4份、紫外线吸收剂1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,其特征在于:上述水性丙烯酸树脂由下列原料按照如下重量配比制成:丙烯酸正丁酯BA20-35份、苯乙烯ST12-30份、丙烯酸AA1—3份、甲基丙烯酸MAA1—3份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯MMA1-4份、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺NMA5-10份、过硫酸钾K2S2O80.1-1份、OP-10及烷基硫酸钠1-4份、中和剂0.1—0.3份、丙二醇0.1—0.3份、去离子水40—60份。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,其特征在于:上述中和剂由下列原料按照如下重量配比制成:丁醇50-80份、三乙醇胺40-70份、磷酸三丁酯40-60份。
