本发明公开了一种耐盐雾水性集装箱及其环保金属漆,它涉及集装箱的环保涂料技术领域。所述的集装箱外箱体的外表面涂覆有外漆,该外漆包含三种成分,底漆和中间漆和外面漆,底漆采用水性环氧富锌底漆,中间漆采用水性片状铁红环氧中涂漆,外面漆采用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆,集装箱内面上涂覆有内面漆,内面漆含有底漆、面漆两种成分,底漆与集装箱外箱体外侧的水性环氧富锌底漆相同,所述的面漆为水性环氧内面漆和中间漆的混合体,所述的底架上涂覆底架漆,所述的底架漆包含两种成分,底漆和面漆,集装箱的每个面涂覆不同的涂料,不仅满足了集装箱的防锈和防腐蚀功能,且能降低成本,每种涂料都为绿色环保涂料,减少VOC对大气的排放。

本发明涉及一种耐盐雾水性集装箱及其环保金属漆,属于集装箱环保涂料技术领域。
背景技术
目前国际上集装箱生产量80%在中国,但至今集装箱上普遍使用的仍是溶剂型涂料,这种溶剂型涂料的VOC含量高,对环境和制造人员具有严重伤害,由此已越来越受到国家环保部门的高度重视。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种耐盐雾水性集装箱及其环保金属漆。
本发明耐盐雾水性集装箱及其环保金属漆,它包含集装箱外箱体、集装箱内面和底架,所述的集装箱外箱体的外表面涂覆有外漆,该外漆包含三种成分,底漆和中间漆和外面漆,底漆采用水性环氧富锌底漆,它为三组份漆,包含水性环氧富锌主漆料、锌粉和固化剂,所述的水性环氧富锌主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性环氧树脂基料20-40%,防闪锈剂0.1-3.0%,分散剂0-2.5%,消泡剂0-0.3%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%、填料0-20%,中间漆采用水性片状铁红环氧中涂漆,它为双组份漆,包含水性片状铁红环氧主漆料和固化剂,所述的水性片状铁红环氧主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:环氧树脂基料35-60%,片状氧化铁15-40%,分散剂0.5-3%,消泡剂0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,填料0-30%,所述的外面漆采用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆,它为双组份漆,包含水性丙烯酸聚氨酯主漆料和水性脂肪族氨基甲酸酯固化剂,水性丙烯酸聚氨酯主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性丙烯酸聚氨酯基料35-60%,颜填料25-45%,分散剂0.1-3.0%,消泡剂:0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,流平剂:0.1-0.5%。
作为优选,所述的集装箱内面上涂覆有内面漆,所述的内面漆含有底漆、面漆两种成分,所述的底漆与集装箱外箱体外侧的水性环氧富锌底漆相同,所述的面漆为水性环氧内面漆和中间漆的混合体,水性环氧内面漆为双组份漆,包含水性环氧主漆料和固化剂,水性环氧主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性环氧树脂基料35-60%,颜填料25-45%,分散剂0.1-3.0%,消泡剂0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,流平剂0.1-0.5%;
作为优选,所述的底架上涂覆底架漆,所述的底架漆包含两种成分,底漆和面漆,所述的底漆与集装箱外箱体外侧的水性环氧富锌底漆相同,所述的面漆为片状铁红丙烯酸改性环氧漆,它为双组份漆,包含片状铁红丙烯酸主漆料和固化剂,片状铁红丙烯酸主漆料由下列组分按重量配比:丙烯酸改性环氧树脂基料35-60%,片状氧化铁15-40%,分散剂0.5-3%,消泡剂0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,填料 0-30%。
本发明的有益效果:它能克服现有技术的弊端,集装箱的每个面涂覆不同的涂料,不仅满足了集装箱的防锈和防腐蚀功能,且能降低成本,
每种涂料都为绿色环保涂料,减少VOC对大气的排放、不易燃、有利于施工人员的健康。

如图1所示,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包含集装箱外箱体1、集装箱内面2和底架3,所述的集装箱外箱体1的外表面涂覆有外漆,该外漆包含三种成分,底漆和中间漆和外面漆,底漆采用水性环氧富锌底漆,它为三组份漆,包含水性环氧富锌主漆料、锌粉和固化剂,所述的水性环氧富锌主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性环氧树脂基料20-40%,防闪锈剂0.1-3.0%,分散剂0-2.5%,消泡剂0-0.3%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%、填料0-20%,中间漆采用水性片状铁红环氧中涂漆,它为双组份漆,包含水性片状铁红环氧主漆料和固化剂,所述的水性片状铁红环氧主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:环氧树脂基料35-60%,片状氧化铁15-40%,分散剂0.5-3%,消泡剂0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,填料0-30%,所述的外面漆采用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆,它为双组份漆,包含水性丙烯酸聚氨酯主漆料和水性脂肪族氨基甲酸酯固化剂,水性丙烯酸聚氨酯主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性丙烯酸聚氨酯基料35-60%,颜填料25-45%,分散剂0.1-3.0%,消泡剂:0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,流平剂:0.1-0.5%。

1.一种耐盐雾水性集装箱及其环保金属漆,其特征在于:它包含集装箱外箱体(1)、集装箱内面(2)和底架(3),所述的集装箱外箱体(1)的外表面涂覆有外漆,该外漆包含三种成分,底漆和中间漆和外面漆,底漆采用水性环氧富锌底漆,它为三组份漆,包含水性环氧富锌主漆料、锌粉和固化剂,所述的水性环氧富锌主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性环氧树脂基料20-40%,防闪锈剂0.1-3.0%,分散剂0-2.5%,消泡剂0-0.3%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%、填料0-20%,中间漆采用水性片状铁红环氧中涂漆,它为双组份漆,包含水性片状铁红环氧主漆料和固化剂,所述的水性片状铁红环氧主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:环氧树脂基料35-60%,片状氧化铁15-40%,分散剂0.5-3%,消泡剂0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,填料0-30%,所述的外面漆采用水性丙烯酸聚氨酯磁漆,它为双组份漆,包含水性丙烯酸聚氨酯主漆料和水性脂肪族氨基甲酸酯固化剂,水性丙烯酸聚氨酯主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性丙烯酸聚氨酯基料35-60%,颜填料25-45%,分散剂0.1-3.0%,消泡剂:0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,流平剂:0.1-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐盐雾水性集装箱及其环保金属漆,其特征在于:所述的集装箱内面(2)上涂覆有内面漆,所述的内面漆含有底漆、面漆两种成分,所述的底漆与集装箱外箱体(1)外侧的水性环氧富锌底漆相同,所述的面漆为水性环氧内面漆和中间漆的混合体,水性环氧内面漆为双组份漆,包含水性环氧主漆料、颜填料和固化剂,水性环氧主漆料由下列组分按重量配比组成:水性环氧树脂基料35-60%,颜填料25-45%,分散剂0.1-3.0%,消泡剂0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,流平剂0.1-0.5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐盐雾水性集装箱及其环保金属漆,其特征在于:所述的底架(3)上涂覆底架漆,所述的底架漆包含两种成分,底漆和面漆,所述的底漆与集装箱外箱体(1)外侧的水性环氧富锌底漆相同,所述的面漆为片状铁红丙烯酸改性环氧漆,它为双组份漆,包含片状铁红丙烯酸主漆料和固化剂,片状铁红丙烯酸主漆料由下列组分按重量配比:丙烯酸改性环氧树脂基料35-60%,片状氧化铁15-40%,分散剂0.5-3%,消泡剂0.1-0.4%,防沉剂0.1-0.6%,填料 0-30%。
