本发明涉及一种带锈带湿型低表面处理涂装防腐环氧底漆,由甲乙双组分组成,甲:乙=10:1,该涂料甲组分由环氧改性带锈树脂、低粘度环氧树脂、稳锈型颜填料、渗透剂、含小分子醇混合溶剂,填料、高效防锈颜料和消泡/分散助剂等组成,酱红色,乙组分由改性酚醛胺环氧树脂固化剂等组成,棕色,该涂料可在空气相对湿度≤98%情况下,且D级锈蚀钢板经手工除锈至St2级时正常涂刷,具有极强的附着力和优异的物理机械性能,与其它环氧云铁中间漆、聚氨酯/氟碳面漆等配套性好,同时具有优异的防锈防腐综合性能。

Description

一种带锈带湿防腐环氧底漆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带锈带湿防腐环氧底漆,尤其是指化工、机械等行业以及沿海码头、岛礁及洞库环境的钢结构、管线等设施设备防腐工程,作为潮湿空气环境下施工,且只能采用手工除锈情况下施工的配套底漆。
背景技术
目前,涂料防护是一种被广泛采用且经济有效的金属结构防腐方法,为获得优良的防腐性能,在对钢结构进行涂料施工时,必须把基材上的铁锈清除干净,并在相对空气湿度≤75%情况下施工,基材的表面处理质量,对涂膜综合防护性能的影响是至关重要的。钢铁表面的除锈,国内外主要采取喷砂、喷丸和酸洗等除锈方法,但喷砂喷丸方法也存在污染大气环境、噪音大、成本高、不适合薄板小件、钢铁表面残留“锈尘”“粉尘”难以除净等缺陷,酸洗除锈存在易生产“过蚀”“氢脆”、产生酸雾、污染环境等缺点,且这此除锈方式对户外的大型设施、构件、洞库管线等难以实施,尤其是外形复杂的高大设备,结构维修方面只能用手工或电动工具除锈来解决,其表面处理后仍然会残留铁锈和各种腐蚀物,且沿海地区尤其是南海地区长年空气湿度大,钢结构设施表面除了可能覆盖有氧化皮、锈蚀、各种成分的旧涂层外,还会带有水分、盐分等,即使采用价格昂贵,性能优良的除锈涂料,也难以发挥出其应有作用,市场上仅具带锈涂装能力的涂料,有的带锈涂装能力不足,有的不具备带湿涂装能力,也难以满足这一工况下的使用要求。
目前,低表面处理涂料的研发,受到世界各国的重视,但主要集中在带锈涂装上,按照不同的设计机理,单纯隐锈型或渗透型带锈涂料一般只应用在30μm以下锈层涂装,带锈涂装能力有限,转化型带锈涂料可满足100μm以下锈层涂装,但多含有酸性转锈剂,会影响树脂性能,与面漆配套性差,综合防腐性能无法得到保证。CN1343749A专利所述的“带湿、带锈涂装底漆”虽然较好地解决了带湿涂装难题,但其主要应用于高压水射流除锈后产生闪锈的工况,其带锈涂装能力仍显不足。
从国内外现有涂料品种来看,还没有一种适合在高湿环境使用,同时具有优异带锈涂装性能且综合防腐性能优异的溶剂型低表面处理涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可带锈带湿涂装的低表面处理底漆,通过对环氧树脂与磷酸、丙烯酸的接枝反应,制备具有锈蚀反应性和渗透性的带锈树脂,作为本涂料的锈蚀转化剂和渗透剂,通过加入稳锈型颜料和高效防锈颜填料,综合利用锈蚀转化、稳定、渗透机理,使涂料具有优异的带锈涂装能力。同时通过选用高性能改性酚醛胺环氧固化剂,结合混和溶剂改进研究,使涂料可直接涂装在潮湿、甚至有水膜存在的物体表面,实现了带湿与带锈涂装能力的统一,该涂料可与绝大多数涂料配套使用,具有极强的附着力,优异的物理机械以及耐水、耐酸碱、耐盐雾、耐湿热性能。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种带湿带锈涂装底漆,包括甲组分和乙组分,甲组分为酱红色,乙组分为棕色,其特征是:甲组分重量:乙组分重量=10:1,其中,甲组分按重量比的配方为:
(1)环氧改性带锈树脂;15-30
(2)E20环氧树脂:50-60
(3)混合溶剂:二甲苯45-48,正丁醇 10-13,无水乙醇4-7,丙酮5-7
(4)稳锈型颜填料:三聚磷酸二氢铝12-14,复合铁钛粉14-16
(5)防锈型填料:铁红20-25,磷酸锌4-6,氧化锌6-8,硅灰石粉8-12
(6)表面活性剂:亚麻籽油5-7
(7)螯合剂:硫脲1.5-2,EDTA 1.5-2
(8)助剂:BYK-A530 1.5-2,BYK163 1.5-2
乙组分按重量比的配方为:
(1)E20树脂:5-7
(2)改性酚醛胺环氧固化剂:20-23
(3)无水乙醇:5-7
本发明提供一种环氧改性带锈树脂的制造方法,其特征步骤为:
(1)将E20环氧树脂和正丁醇按10:3配比加入装有温度计、回流冷凝管和搅拌装置的四口玻璃容器,加热搅拌至100℃,待环氧树脂完全溶解;
(2)添加磷酸并回流反应2h,至90-95℃滴加溶解有引发剂P的丙烯酸单体,2h滴完;
(3)升温至120℃,第一次补加引发剂反应2h,再次补加引发剂反应2h,降温至50℃后搅拌1h出料,最终产品为浅黄色乳液。
本发明是提供一种带湿带锈涂装底漆的制造方法,其特征步骤为:
(1)将E20环氧树脂倒入由二甲苯、正丁醇溶剂组成的混合溶液中,高速搅拌、分散约2小时,使其全部溶解;
(2)加入如2制备的环氧改性带锈树脂,继续高速搅拌0.5h;
(3)依次加入高效防锈颜填料、助剂等,高速搅拌1h,并经砂磨机研磨至适当的细度与粘度;
(4)倒入中间罐,加入无水乙醇、丙酮溶剂,低速搅拌2h;
(5)将改性酚醛胺环氧固化剂按比例加入无水乙醇,低速搅拌0.5h,按甲:乙=10:1,灌装乙组分。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1:
按重量配比,甲组分:
(1)环氧改性带锈树脂;25克
(2)E20环氧树脂:55克
(3)混合溶剂:二甲苯45克,正丁醇10克 ,无水乙醇5克,丙酮6克
(4)稳锈型颜填料:三聚磷酸二氢铝12克,复合铁钛粉14克
(5)防锈型填料:铁红25克,磷酸锌5克,氧化锌7克,硅灰石粉10克
(6)表面活性剂:亚麻籽油5克
(7)螯合剂:硫脲2克,EDTA 2克
(8)助剂:BYK-A530 1.5克,BYK163 1.5克
乙组分按重量比的配方为:
(1)E20树脂:5克
(2)改性酚醛胺环氧固化剂:23克
(3)无水乙醇:5克
甲组份:乙组份=10:1(重量比)
由上述配方所制成的涂料可直接涂装在潮湿(不能有明水)和D级锈蚀基材经手工除锈至St2级金属表面,附着力可达5MPa以上,柔韧性为1mm,抗冲击强度为50cm。可与环氧类、聚氨酯类、氯化橡胶类、氟碳类等绝大多数面漆配套使用。该涂料具有优异的锈蚀渗透、转化性能,涂料可穿透锈层直达金属基体,并使活性的Fe2O3(红褐色)转化成性能稳定的Fe3O4(黑色)。用上述涂料刷涂2道(约100μm-150μm)制成的涂膜具有优异的综合防腐性能,耐3%NaCl盐水>1个月,耐5%NaOH>1个月,耐5%H2SO4>1个月,耐盐雾>3000小时。
实施例2:
按重量配比,甲组分:
(1)环氧改性带锈树脂;15克
(2)E20环氧树脂:35克
(3)E51环氧树脂:20
(4)混合溶剂:二甲苯45克,正丁醇 10克,无水乙醇5克
(5)稳锈型颜填料:三聚磷酸二氢铝12克,复合铁钛粉14克
(6)防锈型填料:铁红25克,磷酸锌5克,氧化锌7克,硅灰石粉10克
(7)表面活性剂:亚麻籽油5克
(8)助剂:BYK-A530 1.5克,BYK163 1.5克
乙组分按重量比的配方为:
(1)E20树脂:5克
(2)改性酚醛胺环氧固化剂:23克
(3)无水乙醇:5克
甲组份:乙组份=10:1(重量比)
由上述配方所制成的涂料具有与实施例1基本相同的性能和特点,成本约低10%,但带锈涂料能力略低于实施例1,适用于金属表面锈蚀程度较低场合,该涂料相比于实施例1具有更好的流平性,涂膜更平整美观。
综上所述,本发明所涉及的一种带锈带湿涂装的低表面处理底漆,由甲乙双组分组成,甲:乙=10:1,该涂料甲组分由环氧改性带锈树脂、低粘度环氧树脂、稳锈型颜填料、渗透剂、含小分子醇混合溶剂,填料、高效防锈颜料和消泡/分散助剂等组成,酱红色,乙组分由改性酚醛胺环氧树脂固化剂等组成,棕色,该涂料可在空气相对湿度≤98%情况下,且D级锈蚀钢板经手工除锈至St2级时正常涂刷,具有极强的附着力和优异的物理机械性能,与其它环氧云铁中间漆、聚氨酯/氟碳面漆等配套性好,同时具有优异的防锈防腐综合性能。

Claims (3)

1. 一种带锈带湿防腐环氧底漆,包含甲组分和乙组分,甲为酱红色,乙为棕色,其特征是:甲:乙=10:1,其中甲组分按重量比的配方为:
(1)环氧改性带锈树脂;15-30
(2)E20环氧树脂:50-60
(3)混合溶剂:二甲苯45-48,正丁醇 10-13,无水乙醇4-7,丙酮0-7
(4)稳锈型颜填料:三聚磷酸二氢铝12-14,复合铁钛粉14-16
(5)防锈型填料:铁红20-25,磷酸锌4-6,氧化锌6-8,硅灰石粉8-12
(6)表面活性剂:亚麻籽油5-7
(7)螯合剂:硫脲1.5-2,EDTA 1.5-2
(8)助剂:BYK-A530 1.5-2,BYK163 1.5-2
乙组分按重量比的配方为:
(1)E20树脂:5-7
(2)改性酚醛胺环氧固化剂:20-23
(3)无水乙醇:5-7。
2.一种环氧改性带锈树脂的制造方法,其特征步骤为:
(1)将E20环氧树脂和正丁醇按10:3配比加入装有温度计、回流冷凝管和搅拌装置的四口玻璃容器,加热搅拌至100℃,待环氧树脂完全溶解;
(2)添加磷酸并回流反应2h,至90℃-95℃滴加溶解有引发剂P的丙烯酸单体,2h滴完;
(3)升温至120℃,第一次补加引发剂反应2h,再次补加引发剂反应2h,降温至50℃后搅拌1h出料,最终产品为浅黄色乳液。
3.一种带锈带湿防腐环氧底漆的制造方法,其特征步骤为:
(1)将E20环氧树脂倒入由二甲苯、正丁醇溶剂组成的混合溶液中,高速搅拌、分散约2h,使其全部溶解;
(2)加入如2制备的环氧改性带锈树脂,继续高速搅拌0.5h;
(3)依次加入高效防锈颜填料、助剂等,高速搅拌1h,并经砂磨机研磨至适当的细度与粘度;
(4)倒入中间罐,加入无水乙醇、丙酮溶剂,低速搅拌2h;
(5)将改性酚醛胺环氧固化剂按比例加入无水乙醇,低速搅拌0.5h,按甲:乙=10:1,灌装乙组分。
