Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,其由A组分和B组分组成,B组分为固化剂;所述A组分按质量份数,由以下组分组成:水性丙烯酸乳液55~65份、颜料13~20份、耐磨粉5~10份、白炭黑0.2~0.8份、分散剂2~5份、消泡剂0.3~0.6份、杀菌剂0.1~0.5份、附着力促进剂0.2~1.5份、流平剂0.1~0.5份、抗沾污剂1~2.5份、紫外线吸收剂0.5~3份、去离子水5~15份;利用附着力促进剂来加强水性涂料的附着力性能;针对气候环境的变化,可以加入紫外线吸收剂,来增强耐气候的老化性能,比目前的水性实色面漆更耐黄变、不易失光失色;本发明的涂料还具有抗沾污的性能,当物件表面有灰尘等等污物,用水冲一下,灰尘等污物会随着水珠流掉,物件恢复光亮。

技术领域
本发明属于实色面漆的领域,具体涉及一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着国家对于涂料污染的控制,水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料,产品组分一由含羟基的丙烯酸树脂、颜填料、助剂配制而成。组份二为脂肪族多异氰酸酯。使用前,按一定比例将两个组份混合在一起,然后涂饰。水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料以其不易燃,低挥发,硬度等综合性能上的优势,渐渐替代了市面上传统型的溶剂型聚氨酯涂料。水性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料可广泛用于机车车辆、汽车、各种精细部件、金属壳体机械设备等防护装饰,属于低VOC、抗沾污的高装饰性面漆。
关于水性实色面漆的发明很多,多集中在水性丙烯酸乳液的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,少数采用其他水性乳液,这些水性实色面漆性能指标各有差异。主要存在耐水性能不好、致密性不佳、附着力较差;极大多数都不能适应于恶劣的环境,极易黄变、失光等的性能缺陷。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种耐水性能好、致密性佳、附着力好、不易黄变、不易失光的一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆,所述的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆由A组分和B组分组成,B组分为固化剂;所述A组分和B组分的质量比为4:1;所述A组分按质量份数,由以下组分组成:
所述的水性丙烯酸乳液,其平均粒径为250~500nm,固体含量为50~58质量%,粘度为1500~2000mPa.s。

本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是:提供一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的制备方法。
为解决第二个技术问题,采用的技术方案是:一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆的制备方法,其步骤为:将颜料、白炭黑、分散剂、消泡剂、附着力促进剂按比例混合,转速800~1000转/min,高速分散15~30min,然后放入砂磨机中砂磨至细度≤20μm,再慢慢加入水性丙烯酸乳液、耐磨粉、紫外线吸收剂、流平剂、抗沾污剂、杀菌剂混合均匀,得到A组分;将A组分和B组分的按质量比混合均匀,得到水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆。
有益效果:利用附着力促进剂来加强水性涂料的附着力性能;针对气候环境的变化,可以加入紫外线吸收剂,来增强耐气候的老化性能,比目前的水性实色面漆更耐黄变、不易失光失色;本发明的涂料还具有抗沾污的性能,当物件表面有灰尘等脏东西,用水冲一下,脏东西会随着水珠流掉,物件恢复光亮。
具体实施方式
实施例1-5
将颜料、白炭黑、分散剂、消泡剂、附着力促进剂按比例混合,转速800~1000转/min,高速分散15~30min,然后放入砂磨机中砂磨至细度≤20μm,再慢慢加入水性丙烯酸乳液、耐磨粉、紫外线吸收剂、流平剂、抗沾污剂、杀菌剂混合均匀,得到A组分;将A组分和B组分的按质量比混合均匀,得到水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆。
A组分制作过程中原材料的具体重量份如下表1,实验同时设5组数据,为表1和表2中的实施例1-5,实验时同时设对比例,对比例中不添加紫外线吸收剂、抗沾污剂、附着力促进剂,其余组分与实施例5相同。将各实施例和对比例中得到的水性丙烯酸聚氨酯面漆进行性能测试,各涂料的各项性能指标如下表2。
颜填料、助剂均为市售商品,根据使用的需求选择。

从表2实施例分析结果可以看出,实施例1-5产品的性能明显优于对比例,实施例4和5性能效果更佳。
