背景技术
由于长时间受太阳照射的建筑外表面的温度持续升高,建筑外表面是水泥、混凝土、瓷砖、金属、保温砖等建筑材料外表面的温度可以达到40-50°C,彩钢板、防水材料上温度可达到60°C的高度。在这样的建筑外表面高温下,居住室内、厂房车间等的气温必然的升高,给正常人类居住、材料存放、设备的安全都造成很大的影响,甚至会产生爆炸等极大的安全隐患和能源浪费。
为了降低温度,减少太阳的热辐射,尤其是通过提高近红外线反射减少对太阳光热量的吸收,因此具有隔热、反射降温、自清洁、遮盖裂纹等功能的涂料应运而生,成为涂料化工行业的迫切需要,这些涂料很好的降低了太阳热辐射危害具有极好的市场前景。但是,传统的反射隔热材料存在耐侯差,生产工艺不易控制,并且不易长期保存、热反射隔热性能随时间及环境的变化而变化等缺点,难以满足节能环保的持久性。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,该涂料具有良好的防腐、防霉、防潮、防水、防污和花岗岩大理石一样的质感装饰性能,并且能够持久的提供反射隔热性能。

与实施例二的区别在于:其中润湿剂以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:水杨酸10g、硝酸钾5g、三甲基苄基氯化铵10g、丁基萘磺酸钠15g、四乙基氢氧化铵水溶液25g、无水氟化锌5g、3- 氯 -1- 丙醇10g、四水氟化锌10g、果糖二丙酮5g和三氟乙酰丙酮铒5g。
综上:与现有技术相比,该含砂反射隔热多彩涂料除了具有良好的防腐、防霉、防潮、防水、防污、大理石的装饰作用,还可以通过高效反射隔热作用,减少墙面对热能的吸收,降低室内温度,减少空调能耗,实现节能。

1.一种含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:以重量百分比计,包括如下组分:
胶体溶液:
水                 90%~94%
保护胶粉           6%~10%;
基础漆:
水                 30.1%~34.1%
分散剂             0.5%~0.7%
润湿剂             0.05%~0.25%
消泡剂             0.2%~0.4%
杀菌剂             0.05%~0.25%
防冻剂             0.8%~1.2%
纤维素             0.3%~0.7%
钛白粉             1.0%~3.0%
煅烧高岭土         1.0%~3.0%
酞菁颜料           6.0%~8.0%
空心玻璃微球       1%~3%
空心陶瓷微球       2.9%~3.1%
PH调节剂           0.15%~0.35%
乳液               16%~20%
钛砂               12%~16%
成膜助剂           0.4%~0.6%
消泡剂             0.05%~0.25%
润湿剂             0.1%~0.3%
胶体溶液           12%~16%
增稠剂溶液         2.0%~2.2%;
造粒溶液:
胶体溶液           45%~55%
色漆               45%~55%;
成品漆:
乳液               23%~27%
水                 15.8%~19.8%

2.根据权利要求1所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述防冻剂为丙二醇。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂溶液为丙烯酸聚合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为烷基聚氧乙烯醚。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸钠。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅消泡剂,所述PH调节剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述消泡剂以重量百分比计,由以下组分组成:聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯丙二醇醚35%、聚乙二醇25%、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯15%、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷12%,碳酸钙 5%、氯化铁5%和石墨烯3%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述所述乳液为丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯共聚合成的高分子乳液。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述成膜助剂为2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇单异丁酸酯。
10.根据权利要求1所述的含砂反射隔热多彩涂料,其特征在于:所述空心玻璃微珠由二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化锆、氧化镁、硅酸钠组成,所述保护胶粉由二氧化硅、氧化镁、氧化锂、氧化钠组成。
