本发明公开了一种防火乳胶漆,其组分按重量份数为:去离子水30-33份,丙烯酸乳液25-28份,膨胀石墨5-8份,聚磷酸铵2-4份,氢氧化铝3-5份,钛白粉5-8份,氧化锌1-3份,纳米硅粉2-4份,纳米蒙脱土1-3份,滑石粉4-6份,重钙3-5份,玻璃纤维0.3-0.8份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份。本发明公开的防火乳胶漆具有较好的防火阻燃性,且耐磨耐擦性能好,弹性和延展性能高,适用于各类建筑的内外墙面。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶漆,特别是一种防火乳胶漆。
背景技术
乳胶漆是水分散性涂料,它是以合成树脂乳液为基料,经过研磨分散后加入各种助剂精制而成的涂料,相对于传统的墙面涂料,乳胶漆具有众多优势,如易于涂刷、干燥迅速、漆膜耐水、耐擦洗性好等,因此目前广泛地应用于建筑内外墙。
随着人们对室内环境的要求越来越高,大部分建筑外部都采用了保温层,而保温层的使用容易引发火灾,且一旦火势蔓延开来便难以控制。目前对防火阻燃涂料的研究也在逐步展开,防火涂料除了自身的固有属性如保护作用和装饰作用外,还具有不燃性或阻止燃烧蔓延的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提供了一种防火乳胶漆,该乳胶漆具有较强的防火阻燃性,且具有良好的耐磨性和弹性,适用于各类建筑的内外墙。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种防火乳胶漆,其组分按重量份数为:
去离子水30-33份,丙烯酸乳液25-28份,膨胀石墨5-8份,聚磷酸铵2-4份,氢氧化铝3-5份,钛白粉5-8份,氧化锌1-3份,纳米硅粉2-4份,纳米蒙脱土1-3份,滑石粉4-6份,重钙3-5份,玻璃纤维0.3-0.8份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:采用了膨胀石墨和氢氧化铝作为主要的阻燃剂,能够产生协同作用,同时添加了纳米硅粉,在增强阻燃效果的同时能够起到防水抗渗作用,能够延长乳胶漆的使用寿命,提高其化学稳定性;本发明中还在乳胶漆中添加了少量玻璃纤维,能够在提高乳胶漆强度的同时提高其弹性和延展性。

去离子水33份,丙烯酸乳液26份,膨胀石墨8份,聚磷酸铵3份,氢氧化铝3份,钛白粉6份,氧化锌3份,纳米硅粉4份,纳米蒙脱土3份,滑石粉5份,重钙4份,玻璃纤维0.6份,湿润分散剂0.6份,消泡剂0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3份,增稠剂0.2份。
实施例二
一种防火乳胶漆,其组分按重量份数为:
去离子水32份,丙烯酸乳液28份,膨胀石墨6份,聚磷酸铵4份,氢氧化铝5份,钛白粉7份,氧化锌2份,纳米硅粉4份,纳米蒙脱土3份,滑石粉4份,重钙3份,玻璃纤维0.5份,湿润分散剂0.6份,消泡剂0.2份,防腐防霉剂0.4份,增稠剂0.3份。
