Abstract

本发明公开了一种草编制品防霉水性漆,由以下原料制成:氨基树脂、脲醛树脂、丁二醇、羟丙基甲基纤维素、壳寡糖、颜料、羧甲基淀粉钠、纳米硅、桂枝、乳香、山橿、构树叶、郁金、霍香蓟、大蒜、梓叶、麻栎果、苏合香、香附。本发明提供的草编制品防霉水性漆,制备简单,使用方便,节约成本15.6%,不含甲醛,抗菌防虫,耐热阻燃,保持草编制品的柔软性;水性漆的各成分安全无毒,保护环境;水性漆不添加颜料时,无色透明,可保持木制品的天然色泽,加入颜料后,色泽纯正,不会使颜料产生色泽变化;加入阻燃成分,提高耐热温度,推迟燃烧;以多种中药提取物进行抗菌防霉,经树脂进行除杂纯化,呈纯白色,健康环保,抑菌率达90.7%。

技术领域
本发明主要涉及草编制品涂料技术领域,尤其涉及一种草编制品防霉水性漆。
背景技术
草编,民间广泛流行的一种手工艺品。是利用各地所产的草,就地取材,编成各种生活用品,如提篮、果盒、杯套、盆垫、帽子、拖鞋和枕席等。有的利用事先染有各种彩色的草,编织各种图案,有的则编好后加印装饰纹样。既经济实用,又美观大方。因为草编原料多为野生的黄草、苏草、席草、金丝草、蒲草、龙须草、马蔺草、蒯草、荐草、竹壳、箬壳和稻草,所以在生产、贮藏和使用过程中很容易因潮湿产生发霉现象,影响草编制品的使用价值。
目前传统的油漆,用于表面不光滑的草编制品表面,会造成涂抹不均匀的现象,而且使用时需要将不同组分现配现用,不能重复使用,而且具有很大的毒性,生产、涂抹及使用过程中均会危害机体健康,而且只能进行简单的隔离和美化作用,不能起到抗菌防虫的效果,因此,需要一种草编制品防霉水性漆,安全健康,绿色环保,使用方便。
发明内容
为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种草编制品防霉水性漆。
一种草编制品防霉水性漆,由以下重量份的原料制成:氨基树脂31~33、脲醛树脂26~28、丁二醇22~24、羟丙基甲基纤维素16~18、壳寡糖8~10、颜料0~10、羧甲基淀粉钠4~6、纳米硅4~6、桂枝12~14、乳香12~14、山橿12~14、构树叶8~10、郁金8~10、霍香蓟8~10、大蒜8~10、梓叶5~7、麻栎果5~7、苏合香5~7、香附5~7。
一种草编制品防霉水性漆的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)向氨基树脂和脲醛树脂中加入氨基树脂重量4~5倍量的蒸馏水,混合均匀,加入丁二醇,于41~43kHz超声35~40分钟,加入壳寡糖,混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向羟丙基甲基纤维素中加入羟丙基甲基纤维素重量3~4倍量的50~55℃的温水,混合至完全溶解,加入羧甲基淀粉钠和颜料,于40~42kHz超声20~25分钟,得混合物B;
(3)将桂枝、乳香、山橿、构树叶、郁金、霍香蓟、大蒜、梓叶、麻栎果、苏合香和香附粉碎,过80~100目筛,得中药粉,加入中药粉重量7~9倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌均匀,加入中药粉重量0.3~0.4倍量的纤维素酶,68~70kHz超声提取40~45分钟,加热煮沸后熬煮30~35分钟,过滤,得提取液和滤渣,向滤渣中加入滤渣重量8~10倍量的体积分数为64~66%的酒精溶液,36~38kHz超声提取35~40分钟,过滤,合并所有提取液,于66~68℃烘箱中浓缩至原体积的1/3,以1.6~1.8ml/min的流速通入浓缩液重量0.7~0.9倍量的LD605树脂,收集流出液,于-42~-40℃冷冻干燥至无水分,得混合物C;
(4)将混合物B加入混合物A中,45~50℃水浴,52~54转/分钟搅拌25~30分钟,加入纳米硅和混合物C,28~30kHz超声提取20~25分钟,于54~56℃真空旋转蒸发至含水量为32~34%,浓缩混匀,得草编制品防霉水性漆;
(5)喷瓶包装,得成品。
所述草编制品防霉水性漆的使用方法,打开包装,将草编制品防霉水性漆均匀喷涂于草编制品表面,置于温度为28~30℃、湿度为68~70%的仓库中进行干燥,牢固,不脱落。
本发明的优点是:本发明提供的一种草编制品防霉水性漆,制备简单,使用方便,打开包装后可长期重复使用,节约成本15.6%,不含甲醛,抗菌防虫,耐热阻燃,保持草编制品的柔软性;水性漆的各成分安全无毒,不会释放有毒气体,保护环境,不会对人体产生危害;水性漆不添加颜料时,无色透明,可保持木制品的天然色泽,加入颜料后,色泽纯正,不会使颜料产生色泽变化;加入阻燃成分,提高水性漆的耐热温度为540~550℃,遇明火后,推迟燃烧25~30秒,减少财产及人身危害;以多种中药提取物进行抗菌防霉,经树脂进行除杂纯化,呈纯白色,健康环保,不给水性漆带来杂色,抑菌率达90.7%。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明。
实施例1
一种草编制品防霉水性漆,由以下重量份的原料制成:氨基树脂31、脲醛树脂26、丁二醇22、羟丙基甲基纤维素16、壳寡糖8、颜料0、羧甲基淀粉钠4、纳米硅4、桂枝12、乳香12、山橿12、构树叶8、郁金8、霍香蓟8、大蒜8、梓叶5、麻栎果5、苏合香5、香附5。
一种草编制品防霉水性漆的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)向氨基树脂和脲醛树脂中加入氨基树脂重量5倍量的蒸馏水,混合均匀,加入丁二醇,于43kHz超声40分钟,加入壳寡糖,混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向羟丙基甲基纤维素中加入羟丙基甲基纤维素重量4倍量的55℃的温水,混合至完全溶解,加入羧甲基淀粉钠和颜料,于42kHz超声25分钟,得混合物B;
(3)将桂枝、乳香、山橿、构树叶、郁金、霍香蓟、大蒜、梓叶、麻栎果、苏合香和香附粉碎,过100目筛,得中药粉,加入中药粉重量8倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌均匀,加入中药粉重量0.4倍量的纤维素酶,70kHz超声提取45分钟,加热煮沸后熬煮35分钟,过滤,得提取液和滤渣,向滤渣中加入滤渣重量10倍量的体积分数为66%的酒精溶液,38kHz超声提取40分钟,过滤,合并所有提取液,于68℃烘箱中浓缩至原体积的1/3,以1.6ml/min的流速通入浓缩液重量0.7倍量的LD605树脂,收集流出液,于-40℃冷冻干燥至无水分,得混合物C;
(4)将混合物B加入混合物A中,50℃水浴,52转/分钟搅拌30分钟,加入纳米硅和混合物C,30kHz超声提取25分钟,于55℃真空旋转蒸发至含水量为34%,浓缩混匀,得草编制品防霉水性漆;
(5)喷瓶包装,得成品。
所述草编制品防霉水性漆的使用方法,打开包装,将草编制品防霉水性漆均匀喷涂于草编制品表面,置于温度为30℃、湿度为70%的仓库中进行干燥,牢固,不脱落。
实施例2
一种草编制品防霉水性漆,由以下重量份的原料制成:氨基树脂32、脲醛树脂27、丁二醇23、羟丙基甲基纤维素17、壳寡糖9、颜料5、羧甲基淀粉钠5、纳米硅5、桂枝13、乳香13、山橿13、构树叶9、郁金9、霍香蓟9、大蒜9、梓叶6、麻栎果6、苏合香6、香附6。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
实施例3
一种草编制品防霉水性漆,由以下重量份的原料制成:氨基树脂33、脲醛树脂28、丁二醇24、羟丙基甲基纤维素18、壳寡糖10、颜料10、羧甲基淀粉钠6、纳米硅6、桂枝14、乳香14、山橿14、构树叶10、郁金10、霍香蓟10、大蒜10、梓叶7、麻栎果7、苏合香7、香附7。
制备和使用方法,同实施例1。
对比例
现有的草编制品漆。
实施例和对比例草编制品漆的指标评定:
分别将实施例和对比例的草编制品漆用于相同的草编制品,上漆完成后,对草编制品表面漆进行测试,实施例和对比例草编制品漆的指标评定见表1。

表1的结果表明,实施例草编制品防霉水性漆,提高草编制品的耐热温度为540~550℃,推迟燃烧时间为25~30秒,抑菌率达90.7%,明显高于对比例,节约成本15.6%,说明本发明提供的草编制品防霉水性漆具有理想的抑菌防霉效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种草编制品防霉水性漆,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:氨基树脂31~33、脲醛树脂26~28、丁二醇22~24、羟丙基甲基纤维素16~18、壳寡糖8~10、颜料0~10、羧甲基淀粉钠4~6、纳米硅4~6、桂枝12~14、乳香12~14、山橿12~14、构树叶8~10、郁金8~10、霍香蓟8~10、大蒜8~10、梓叶5~7、麻栎果5~7、苏合香5~7、香附5~7。
2.根据权利要求1所述草编制品防霉水性漆的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)向氨基树脂和脲醛树脂中加入氨基树脂重量4~5倍量的蒸馏水,混合均匀,加入丁二醇,于41~43kHz超声35~40分钟,加入壳寡糖,混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向羟丙基甲基纤维素中加入羟丙基甲基纤维素重量3~4倍量的50~55℃的温水,混合至完全溶解,加入羧甲基淀粉钠和颜料,于40~42kHz超声20~25分钟,得混合物B;
(3)将桂枝、乳香、山橿、构树叶、郁金、霍香蓟、大蒜、梓叶、麻栎果、苏合香和香附粉碎,过80~100目筛,得中药粉,加入中药粉重量7~9倍量的蒸馏水,搅拌均匀,加入中药粉重量0.3~0.4倍量的纤维素酶,68~70kHz超声提取40~45分钟,加热煮沸后熬煮30~35分钟,过滤,得提取液和滤渣,向滤渣中加入滤渣重量8~10倍量的体积分数为64~66%的酒精溶液,36~38kHz超声提取35~40分钟,过滤,合并所有提取液,于66~68℃烘箱中浓缩至原体积的1/3,以1.6~1.8ml/min的流速通入浓缩液重量0.7~0.9倍量的LD605树脂,收集流出液,于-42~-40℃冷冻干燥至无水分,得混合物C;
(4)将混合物B加入混合物A中,45~50℃水浴,52~54转/分钟搅拌25~30分钟,加入纳米硅和混合物C,28~30kHz超声提取20~25分钟,于54~56℃真空旋转蒸发至含水量为32~34%,浓缩混匀,得草编制品防霉水性漆;
(5)喷瓶包装,得成品。
3.根据权利要求1~2所述草编制品防霉水性漆的使用方法,其特征在于,打开包装,将草编制品防霉水性漆均匀喷涂于草编制品表面,置于温度为28~30℃、湿度为68~70%的仓库中进行干燥。
