一种水性抗菌涂料及制备方法,其配方中的原料及重量配比分别是:水22份、纳米二氧化钛光催化剂1份、分散剂0.1份、DAP(聚羧酸盐类)0.1份、NXZ(矿物油类)0.2份、SN‑154(聚醚改性的聚硅氧烷)0.1份、醇酯‑121.2份、乙二醇1.2份、钛白粉11份、碳酸钙1.7份、立德粉4份、滑石粉12份、高岭土6份、苯丙乳液17份、纯丙乳液20份、羟乙基纤维素浆13.2份、AT‑06(聚羧酸类)0.7份、AS‑881(超细硅酸铝)3份、聚氨酯改性聚醚0.1份。本品适用于装饰室内灰泥墙、混凝土、砖石建筑,也可用于装饰石膏、砖墙;还可广泛应用于木板、石棉板的表面装饰的水性涂料。本品冻结温度低、耐水耐碱、抗拉及抗剪切强度高;具有安全无毒,抗菌除臭的效果;对环境无污染,降解有机污染物,可用水洗抹;性价比优良。

一种水性抗菌涂料及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种适用于装饰室内灰泥墙、混凝土、砖石建筑,也可用于装饰石膏、砖墙;还可广泛应用于木板、石棉板的表面装饰的一种水性抗菌涂料及制备方法。
背景技术
涂料,传统名称为油漆。指涂布于物体表面在一定的条件下能形成薄膜而起保护、装饰或其他特殊功能(绝缘、防锈、防霉、耐热等)的一类液体或固体材料。因早期的涂料大多以植物油为主要原料,故又称作油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面,并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜,通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主,添加或不添加颜料、填料,添加相应助剂,用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。油漆的表观特征是液体的,它不能涵盖除液体涂料以外的固体涂料。涂料,涂于物体表面能形成具有保护、装饰或特殊性能(如绝缘、防腐、标志等)的固态涂膜的一类液体或固体材料的总称。包括油(性)漆、水性漆、粉末涂料。粉末涂料,是用来静电喷涂:及通静电枪喷涂在铁质,铝质产品表面经过高温固化的一种工艺,这种表面处理工艺更能保护产品表面,使其美观,色泽鲜艳,抗腐蚀性更加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于装饰室内灰泥墙、混凝土、砖石建筑,也可用于装饰石膏、砖墙;还可广泛应用于木板、石棉板的表面装饰的一种水性抗菌涂料及制备方法,具有安全无毒,环境无污染,且色彩丰富亮丽,遮盖力强;还具有良好的抗腐蚀性,除臭抗菌,降解有机污染物的效果。
本发明采用了这样的技术方案:所述发明的原料及重量配比分别是:水22份、纳米二氧化钛光催化剂1份、分散剂0.1份、DAP(聚羧酸盐类)0.1份、NXZ(矿物油类)0.2份、SN-154(聚醚改性的聚硅氧烷)0.1份、醇酯-121.2份、乙二醇1.2份、钛白粉11份、碳酸钙1.7份、立德粉4份、滑石粉12份、高岭土6份、苯丙乳液17份、纯丙乳液20份、羟乙基纤维素浆13.2份、AT-06(聚羧酸类)0.7份、AS-881(超细硅酸铝)3份、聚氨酯改性聚醚0.1份。
本发明所述的分散剂可选用六偏磷酸钠/5040/P19等原料;碳酸钙可选用轻质碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙;填料粒度为200-400目,可选用钛白粉、滑石粉和高岭土、立德粉等。
本发明适用于装饰室内灰泥墙、混凝土、砖石建筑,也可用于装饰石膏、砖墙;还可广泛应用于木板、石棉板的表面装饰的水性涂料。
本品冻结温度低、耐水耐碱、抗拉及抗剪切强度高;具有安全无毒,抗菌除臭的效果;对环境无污染,降解有机污染物,可用水洗抹;性价比优良。
具体实施方式
所述一种水性抗菌涂料及制备方法,其配方中的原料及重量配比分别是:水22份、纳米二氧化钛光催化剂1份、分散剂0.1份、DAP(聚羧酸盐类)0.1份、NXZ(矿物油类)0.2份、SN-154(聚醚改性的聚硅氧烷)0.1份、醇酯-121.2份、乙二醇1.2份、钛白粉11份、碳酸钙1.7份、立德粉4份、滑石粉12份、高岭土6份、苯丙乳液17份、纯丙乳液20份、羟乙基纤维素浆13.2份、AT-06(聚羧酸类)0.7份、AS-881(超细硅酸铝)3份、聚氨酯改性聚醚0.1份。其制备方法是:
步骤一:纳米二氧化钛光催化剂的制备方法:在室温下将三氯化铁溶解于NH4OH中,采用冷冻水浴,将工业级四氯化铁缓慢滴加到该水溶液中,在匀速搅拌下产生白色沉淀,在搅拌下加入高氯酸,搅拌溶解得到透明液体;在95℃下加热使其蒸发2h,得凝胶;用水洗涤4次,得白色微粉,在煅烧炉中于800℃下煅烧1h,陈化干燥18h,再研磨,得纳米二氧化钛光催化剂;
步骤二:将纳米二氧化钛光催化剂加入到涂料乳液、水以及各种添加剂和填料的混合物中,然后利用机械剪切作用混合均匀即可。

1.一种水性抗菌涂料及制备方法,其特征在于,原料及重量配比分别是:水22份、纳米二氧化钛光催化剂1份、分散剂0.1份、DAP(聚羧酸盐类)0.1份、NXZ(矿物油类)0.2份、SN-154(聚醚改性的聚硅氧烷)0.1份、醇酯-121.2份、乙二醇1.2份、钛白粉11份、碳酸钙1.7份、立德粉4份、滑石粉12份、高岭土6份、苯丙乳液17份、纯丙乳液20份、羟乙基纤维素浆13.2份、AT-06(聚羧酸类)0.7份、AS-881(超细硅酸铝)3份、聚氨酯改性聚醚0.1份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的涂料,其特征在于,所述一种水性抗菌涂料及制备方法的制备方法是:
步骤一:纳米二氧化钛光催化剂的制备方法:在室温下将三氯化铁溶解于NH4OH中,采用冷冻水浴,将工业级四氯化铁缓慢滴加到该水溶液中,在匀速搅拌下产生白色沉淀,在搅拌下加入高氯酸,搅拌溶解得到透明液体;在95℃下加热使其蒸发2h,得凝胶;用水洗涤4次,得白色微粉,在煅烧炉中于800℃下煅烧1h,陈化干燥18h,再研磨,得纳米二氧化钛光催化剂;
步骤二:将纳米二氧化钛光催化剂加入到涂料乳液、水以及各种添加剂和填料的混合物中,然后利用机械剪切作用混合均匀即可。
