烫金转移膜工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种烫金工艺技术,具体涉及烫金转移膜工艺。
背景技术
在当前我国经济得到快速发展的同时,相关的科学技术也得到了大幅度的进步,其中在烫金技术的发展领域表现的较为突出,烫金技术是消费类电子产品的重要装饰手段,这一技术在电子行业中的应用已经近四十年。在近些年的发展过程中,烫金技术有了新的进步,应用的范围也在进一步的扩大,目前,烫金技术已经成了重要的金属效果表面整饰方法,对包装所起到的促销作用也愈来愈大。烫金工艺是利用热压转移的原理,将电化铝中的铝层转印到承印物表面以形成特殊的金属效果,因烫金使用的主要材料是电化铝箔,因此烫金也叫电化铝烫印。
烫金工艺可分为热烫金工艺、冷烫金工艺。烫金工艺可使印刷表面同时具有多种颜色的金属质感图案,另外还可以把不同的烫压效果结合起来。烫金除具有表面装饰功能外,还有一个重要作用就是防伪。稳定、压力和速度是烫金工艺的三大要素,只有控制好三者之间的关系,才能控制好烫印的质量。温度太低,电化铝的背胶层和离型层不能充分融化,烫印时电化铝不能充分转移,造成烫印不上;温度太高,涂布变形严重,易产生套印不准、图文糊板、字迹发花、电化铝变色等问题;压力太大,烫印后易印迹不清晰、不光亮、糊板,图文发晕、发虚;压力太小,易烫迹不牢、脱落、花版,棱角不分明;速度过快,会使电化铝的箔层分离力和剥离力不相配,导致烫印不牢;速度过慢,会发生受热焦化现象,图文烫印后发晕、无光泽。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上诉的缺陷和不足,提供一种设计合理的烫金转移膜工艺,它烫印后印迹清晰、棱角分明、光亮、不糊板、不花版,不脱落。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它的工艺流程为:
一、PET基膜:所述的PET基膜为PET转移膜(PET聚脂薄膜)。
二、离型层:它的成分配比为:LX-51M-3(5kg):LX-49M(22.5kg):酒精(3kg):水;先将酒精与水混合好后再加入LX-51M、LX-49M离型剂,搅拌10分钟。它的工艺参数为:温度:80℃-130℃-155℃-155℃-130℃,网纹辊:电雕辊180目,湿涂量:6g/㎡,涂布速度:80m/min,上机固含量:23%,涂布放卷张力:2.5-2.8kg,放卷锥度:30%,收卷张力:3.7-4.2kg,烘箱张力:9-9.5kg,环境温度:25℃,湿度:35-45%;
离型层生产工艺控制要点:①保持涂布过程固含量以及粘度偏差,建议涂布中使用点滴加溶剂,确保溶剂挥发,注意涂布起雾发白问题;②确保涂布表观流平性和亮度与韧性;③确认网辊胶辊表观质量,严格控制好涂布面表观暇茨点。
三、信息层:它的成分配比为:PET-261(4kg):PET-251H(1kg):丁酮(4.2kg):环己酮(1.1kg),先将溶剂混合好后添加色粉溶解,然后再加入色料,261、251H固化剂最后添加,充分搅拌10-15分钟;它的工艺参数为:温度:90℃-135℃-155℃-155℃-130℃,网纹辊:电雕辊180目,湿涂量:6g/㎡,干涂量:1.1g/㎡,涂布速度:90m/min,上机固含量:18%,涂布放卷张力:2.5-2.8kg,放卷锥度:20%,收卷张力:3.7-4.2kg,烘箱张力:8kg;环境温度:25℃,湿度:35-45%;
信息层生产工艺控制要点:①保持涂布过程粘度及固含范围;②确保涂布表观均匀性和亮度问题,注意发雾及色点和色圈问题,控制色差等问题;③确认网辊胶辊表观质量,严格控制好涂布面表观暇茨点(注:剩余色料不可重新使用,涂布后建议在恒温60度熟化室固化24小时再进行镀铝。)。
四、镀铝层:镀铝层使用真空镀膜机;镀铝层的工艺参数为:速度:450m/min,铝层厚度:2.2欧姆;
镀铝层生产工艺控制要点:铝层均匀性,沙眼,漏镀,真空线,折邹线,铝层厚薄,发黑发雾。
五、背胶层:它的成分配比为:BJ-30A-1(10kg):乙酯(3kg):甲苯(2kg),先将溶剂与硅粉完全溶解均匀,后再添加胶水,搅拌10-15分钟;它的工艺参数为:温度:80℃-125℃-135℃-140℃-120℃,网纹辊:挤压辊180目,湿涂量:6g/㎡,干涂量:1.2g/㎡,涂布速度:90m/min,上机固含量:30%,涂布放卷张力:2.5-2.8kg,放卷锥度:35%,收卷张力:3.7-4.2kg,烘箱张力:7-8kg,环境温度:25℃,湿度:35-45%;
背胶层生产工艺控制要点:①控制好涂布过程粘度及固含范围;②确保涂布表观胶层均匀性,注意涂胶线条,控制松紧度、韧性等问题,防止胶水渗透;③确认网辊胶辊表观质量,严格控制好涂布面表观暇茨点。
六、成品分切。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的烫金转移膜工艺,具有烫印后印迹清晰、棱角分明、光亮、不糊板、不花版,不脱落等特点。
具体实施方式
本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它的工艺流程为:
一、PET基膜:所述的PET基膜为PET转移膜。
二、离型层:它的成分配比为:LX-51M-3(5kg):LX-49M(22.5kg):酒精(3kg):水,先将酒精与水混合好后再加入LX-51M、LX-49M离型剂,搅拌10分钟(注意下机剩料使用方法:建议下次使用剩料时少量添加到新料中,注意循环均匀即可使用,否则离型松紧度不一致。);它的工艺参数为:温度:80℃-130℃-155℃-155℃-130℃,网纹辊:电雕辊180目,湿涂量:6g/㎡,涂布速度:80m/min,上机固含量:23%,涂布放卷张力:2.5-2.8kg,放卷锥度:30%,收卷张力:3.7-4.2kg,烘箱张力:9-9.5kg,环境温度:25℃,湿度:35-45%;

五、背胶层:所述背胶层的成分配比为:BJ-30A-1(10kg):乙酯(3kg):甲苯(2kg),先将溶剂与硅粉完全溶解均匀,后再添加胶水,搅拌10-15分钟(配料前注意原胶的沉淀问题,使用之前将包装桶摇动,防止沉淀物,确保胶水均匀性。);背胶层的工艺参数为:温度:80℃-125℃-135℃-140℃-120℃,网纹辊:挤压辊180目,湿涂量:6g/㎡,干涂量:1.2g/㎡,涂布速度:90m/min,上机固含量:30%,涂布放卷张力:2.5-2.8kg,放卷锥度:35%,收卷张力:3.7-4.2kg,烘箱张力:7-8kg,环境温度:25℃,湿度:35-45%;
背胶层生产工艺控制要点:①控制好涂布过程粘度及固含范围;②确保涂布表观胶层均匀性,注意涂胶线条,控制松紧度、韧性等问题,防止胶水渗透;③确认网辊胶辊表观质量,严格控制好涂布面表观暇茨点。
六、成品分切。

二、离型层:它的成分配比为:LX-51M-3(5kg):LX-49M(22.5kg):酒精(3kg):水,先将酒精与水混合好后再加入LX-51M、LX-49M离型剂,搅拌10分钟;它的工艺参数为:温度:80℃-130℃-155℃-155℃-130℃,网纹辊:电雕辊180目,湿涂量:6g/㎡,涂布速度:80m/min,上机固含量:23%,涂布放卷张力:2.5-2.8kg,放卷锥度:30%,收卷张力:3.7-4.2kg,烘箱张力:9-9.5kg,环境温度:25℃,湿度:35-45%;
