背景技术
支气管哮喘是一种严重的慢性气道炎症性疾病,通常支气管因为过敏性炎症而致气道粘膜水肿,粘液分泌增多,并可引起气管平滑肌收缩,使气道变窄,从而使空气进出肺部受到阻碍,临床表现为反复发作的喘息、气促、胸闷或咳嗽等症状,严重发作时致使呼吸衰竭甚至危及生命。西医的常规治疗方法是解痉、抗炎、祛痰、止咳四个环节,但效果不佳,停药后易复发,且副作用多,不良反应常见,且不便携带。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对目前西医的常规治疗方法是解痉、抗炎、祛痰、止咳四个环节,但效果不佳,停药后易复发,且副作用多,不良反应常见,且不便携带的问题,本发明提供了一种用于治疗哮喘糖果的制备方法。本发明首先将百合、陈皮等物质进行混合浸提,然后将所得的浸提液与制得的麦芽糖汁液进行混合,随后再与淡奶油进行混合,成型得到一种用于治疗哮喘糖果。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)按重量份比计,取20~35份百合,10~15份陈皮,15~20份枸杞,10~20份鸡蛋清,20~23份蜂蜜及2~10份烧酒放入容器中,混合均匀,再向其中加入蒸馏水淹没混合物4~8cm,然后对容器加入,直至容器内的液体沸腾,保持温度10~15min,然后以文火对其进行加热;
(2)待容器内的液体为原液体体积20~30%时,再向其中加入蒸馏水至原液体体积,如此2~4次,然后过滤,收集过滤液,待其冷却至室温时,将过滤液放入离心机中,以6000~8000r/min转速,进行离心分离2~5min,收集上清液,备用;
(3)选取颗粒饱满的小麦放入在豆芽机内进行发芽,加入量为豆芽机内部体积的1/3,保持小麦含水量为15~25%,控制温度为25~32℃,待小麦的麦芽为3~5cm时,将麦芽取出,用水将其冲洗干净,然后将其放入榨汁机中,按固液比1:2,向榨汁机中加入水进行榨汁,收集汁液;
(4)按固液比1:3,将煮熟的温度为50~60℃的糯米和上述汁液放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,直至成为浆糊状,再将浆糊物放入容器中,对容器加热至50~60℃,密封发酵5~9h,发酵结束后自然冷却至室温,然后使用滤袋对发酵物进行过滤,过滤得到乳白色汁液;
(5)按体积比2:1将上述所得的上清液与乳白色汁液混合均匀倒入容器中,向其中加入上清液体积60~80%的淡奶油,搅拌均匀,然后对容器进行缓慢加热搅拌,加热速度为25℃/min,直至容器内液体沸腾,待液体变为粘稠状时,停止加入,趁热将其倒入陶瓷模具中,待其冷却至室温,成型,将其取出,即可得到用于治疗哮喘糖果。
本发明的应用方法为:每天早晚各食用本发明所制得的糖果一次,每次食用两颗,哮喘严重时,食用3~4颗,哮喘发作时食用3颗。
本发明的有益效果是:

按重量份比计,取26份百合,14份陈皮,18份枸杞,15份鸡蛋清,22份蜂蜜及8份烧酒放入容器中,混合均匀,再向其中加入蒸馏水淹没混合物6cm,然后对容器加入,直至容器内的液体沸腾,保持温度12min,然后以文火对其进行加热;待容器内的液体为原液体体积25%时,再向其中加入蒸馏水至原液体体积,如此3次,然后过滤,收集过滤液,待其冷却至室温时,将过滤液放入离心机中,以7000r/min转速,进行离心分离4min,收集上清液,备用;选取颗粒饱满的小麦放入在豆芽机内进行发芽,加入量为豆芽机内部体积的1/3,保持小麦含水量为20%,控制温度为30℃,待小麦的麦芽为4cm时,将麦芽取出,用水将其冲洗干净,然后将其放入榨汁机中,按固液比1:2,向榨汁机中加入水进行榨汁,收集汁液;按固液比1:3,将煮熟的温度为55℃的糯米和上述汁液放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,直至成为浆糊状,再将浆糊物放入容器中,对容器加热至55℃,密封发酵7h,发酵结束后自然冷却至室温,然后使用滤袋对发酵物进行过滤,过滤得到乳白色汁液;按体积比2:1将上述所得的上清液与乳白色汁液混合均匀倒入容器中,向其中加入上清液体积70%的淡奶油,搅拌均匀,然后对容器进行缓慢加热搅拌,加热速度为25℃/min,直至容器内液体沸腾,待液体变为粘稠状时,停止加入,趁热将其倒入陶瓷模具中,待其冷却至室温,成型,将其取出,即可得到用于治疗哮喘糖果。
每天早晚各食用本发明所制得的糖果一次,每次食用两颗,哮喘严重时,食用4颗,哮喘发作时食用3颗。经检测得本发明将哮喘的发病率降低了13%。
Claims (1)
1.一种用于治疗哮喘糖果的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)按重量份比计,取20~35份百合,10~15份陈皮,15~20份枸杞,10~20份鸡蛋清,20~23份蜂蜜及2~10份烧酒放入容器中,混合均匀,再向其中加入蒸馏水淹没混合物4~8cm,然后对容器加入,直至容器内的液体沸腾,保持温度10~15min,然后以文火对其进行加热;
(2)待容器内的液体为原液体体积20~30%时,再向其中加入蒸馏水至原液体体积,如此2~4次,然后过滤,收集过滤液,待其冷却至室温时,将过滤液放入离心机中,以6000~8000r/min转速,进行离心分离2~5min,收集上清液,备用;
(3)选取颗粒饱满的小麦放入在豆芽机内进行发芽,加入量为豆芽机内部体积的1/3,保持小麦含水量为15~25%,控制温度为25~32℃,待小麦的麦芽为3~5cm时,将麦芽取出,用水将其冲洗干净,然后将其放入榨汁机中,按固液比1:2,向榨汁机中加入水进行榨汁,收集汁液;
(4)按固液比1:3,将煮熟的温度为50~60℃的糯米和上述汁液放入搅拌机中进行搅拌,直至成为浆糊状,再将浆糊物放入容器中,对容器加热至50~60℃,密封发酵5~9h,发酵结束后自然冷却至室温,然后使用滤袋对发酵物进行过滤,过滤得到乳白色汁液;
(5)按体积比2:1将上述所得的上清液与乳白色汁液混合均匀倒入容器中,向其中加入上清液体积60~80%的淡奶油,搅拌均匀,然后对容器进行缓慢加热搅拌,加热速度为25℃/min,直至容器内液体沸腾,待液体变为粘稠状时,停止加入,趁热将其倒入陶瓷模具中,待其冷却至室温,成型,将其取出,即可得到用于治疗哮喘糖果。
