背景技术
胃是人体消化系统中的重要器官,它容纳了我们吃下的一切食物,还肩负着部分消化任务。胃通过两种途径来完成对食物的消化任务。一是利用胃黏膜分泌出的胃液(其中含有胃蛋白酶)将食物消化,使蛋白质降解为易于吸收的物质;二是利用胃液中的胃酸(0.2%~0.4%的盐酸),杀死食物里的细菌,确保胃和肠道的安全,同时增加胃蛋白酶的活性,帮助消化。胃黏膜是胃的全部内表面覆盖着的一层粘膜组织,可分泌粘液,形成胃的粘液一粘膜屏障保护胃组织。胃粘膜损伤 常由于化学因素(吸烟、喝酒、浓茶、咖啡及刺激胃粘膜的药品如阿斯匹林、消炎痛等)、物理因素(过冷、过烫、过于粗糙的食物或暴饮暴食等)、细菌或其毒素刺激等因素所致。保护胃粘膜的方式贵于“养”而非“治”,适当的饮食内容及良好的饮食习惯是防治胃粘膜损伤的重要措施。

发明内容
本发明目的是开发一种特殊膳食面条的生产方法,以解决胃病患者没有专用天然养胃膳食产品的难题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:通过配料、煎熬、和面熟化、压片切条、干燥灭菌包装等步骤,制成特殊膳食食品,开水煮沸3-5分钟后食用。所述的特殊膳食用食品配方,其特征在于以下重量份的原料制成:小麦面粉60-80,小米粉10-15,山药5-10,食用盐1-2,水5-15;药食两用中草药砂仁1-3、茯苓2-3、甘草1-4、山楂2-3、蒲公英2-4、槐花2-4。
砂仁味辛,性温。能行气宽中,健胃消食,理气安胎。
茯苓味甘、淡、性平,入药具有利水渗湿、益脾和胃、宁心安神之功用。现代医学研究:茯苓能增强机体免疫功能,茯苓多糖有明显的抗肿瘤及保肝脏作用,经常食用可健脾去湿,助消化,壮体质。
甘草具有抗炎、抗病毒,和保肝解毒及增强免疫功能等作用。由于甘草酸有糖皮质激素样药理作用而无严重不良反应,临床被广泛用于治疗各种急慢性肝炎、支气管炎和艾滋病,还具有抗癌防癌、干扰素诱生剂及细胞免疫调节剂等功能。甘草酸具有降血脂与抗动脉粥样硬化作用,阻止动脉粥样硬化的形成。
山楂能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、强心、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、 兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;防治动脉硬化,防衰老、抗癌的作用。山楂酸还有强心作用,对老年性心脏病也有益处。它能开胃消食,特别对消肉食积滞作用更好,很多助消化的药中都采用了山楂;山楂对子宫有收缩作用,在孕妇临产时有催生之效,并能促进产后子宫复原;能增强机体的免疫力,有防衰老、抗癌的作用。山楂中有平喘化痰、抑制细菌、治疗腹痛腹泻的成分。
蒲公英对于利尿有非常好的效果,它具有丰富的胡萝卜素和C及矿物质,对消化不良、便秘都有改善的作用。
槐花润肠通便,用于便秘的防治。清热凉血,适用于大肠癌患者引起的便血,血色鲜红,以及癌术后便血等症;润肺止咳;槐花还具有解毒、医疮、止痛的功效。食用可缓解食物中毒,治疗胃肠溃疡和肚腹疼痛。
本发明是通过特殊膳食食品加工方法制备而成的:
1、称重准确称取原料。
2、煎熬,将药食两用中草药加水煎熬3-4小时。
3、和面熟化,材料混合,将步骤2煎熬好的中草药汤添加到混合好的材料中,开动和面机,转速控制在70转/分钟,拌和10-15分钟。然后从和面机中取出,均匀搅拌成豆腐渣状,再放在转速为5-10转/分钟熟化机中,熟化30分钟。
4、压片切条,熟化后的面团经过面条机轧螺丝压成面带,调节螺丝距,使厚度逐渐变薄,面筋组织渐次分布均匀,强度逐步提高。最后用切条机连续将面带切成适当粗细的面条。面条的形状可随切条辊刀的变化而变化。
5、干燥灭菌包装,将湿面条挂在烘干。烘房温度宜控制在50-55摄氏度,湿度控制在55%-65%之间。约经12小时可干燥成含水量5%-14%左右的干面条。高温瞬时灭菌,最后将干燥的挂面下架,计量包装成每把400-500克、长18-26厘米的成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是没有副作用,没有异味,食用方便,长期食用效果显著。

(1)称量:准确称取小麦面粉800克,小米粉120克,山药60克,食用盐20克;药食两用中草药共120克,砂仁、茯苓、甘草、山楂、蒲公英、槐花各20克。(2)煎熬,将药食两用中草药加水500克煎熬3小时至剩余200克左右药汤,过滤得药汤;(3)和面熟化,材料混合,将步骤(2)煎熬好的中草药汤添加到混合好的材料中,开动和面机,转速控制在70转/分钟,拌和12分钟。然后从和面机中取出,均匀搅拌成豆腐渣状,再放在转速为8转/分钟熟化机中,熟化30分钟 。(4)压片切条,熟化后的面团经过面条机轧螺丝压成面带,调节螺丝距,使厚度逐渐变薄,面筋组织渐次分布均匀,强度逐步提高。最后用切条机连续将面带切成适当粗细的面条。(5)干燥灭菌包装,将湿面条挂在烘干。烘房温度宜控制在52摄氏度,湿度控制在55%。约经12小时可干燥成含水量10%左右的干面条。高温瞬时灭菌,最后将干燥的挂面下架,计量包装成每把400克、长18厘米的成品。
实施例2
(1)称量:准确称取小麦面粉700克,小米粉130克,山药80克,食用盐15克;药食两用中草药共160克,砂仁20克、茯苓30克、甘草20克、山楂30克、蒲公英40克、槐花20克。(2)煎熬,将药食两用中草药加水1000克煎熬4小时至剩余150克左右药汤,过滤得药汤;(3)和面熟化,材料混合,将步骤(2)煎熬好的中草药汤添加到混合好的材料中,开动和面机,转速控制在70转/分钟,拌和15分钟。然后从和面机中取出,均匀搅拌成豆腐渣状,再放在转速为8转/分钟熟化机中,熟化30分钟 。(4)压片切条,熟化后的面团经过面条机轧螺丝压成面带,调节螺丝距,使厚度逐渐变薄,面筋组织渐次分布均匀,强度逐步提高。最后用切条机连续将面带切成适当粗细的面条。(5)干燥灭菌包装,将湿面条挂在烘干。烘房温度宜控制在55摄氏度,湿度控制在58%。约经12小时可干燥成含水量12%左右的干面条。高温瞬时灭菌,最后将干燥的挂面下架,计量包装成每把500克、长20厘米的成品。
Claims (2)
1.一种特殊膳食面条的生产方法其特征在于它是以小麦面粉为主要原料,添加小米粉和山药等食品原料,辅以砂仁、茯苓、甘草、山楂、蒲公英、槐花等药食两用中草药,组成特殊膳食用食品配方,通过配料、煎熬、和面熟化、压片切条、干燥灭菌包装等步骤,制成特殊膳食食品,开水煮沸3-5分钟后食用。
2.根据权利要求1,所述的特殊膳食用食品配方,其特征在于以下重量份的原料制成:小麦面粉60-80,小米粉10-15,山药5-10,食用盐1-2,水5-15;药食两用中草药砂仁1-3、茯苓2-3、甘草1-4、山楂2-3、蒲公英2-4、槐花2-4。
