本发明公开了一种羟乙基纤维素纤维的制备方法,包括纤维整理步骤,所述纤维整理包括如下步骤:1)在30质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、3.3质量份1-(4-氟苯基)双胍盐酸盐、2.4质量份异噻唑啉酮、1.3质量份纳米级氢氧化铝混合,搅拌均匀;2)再同时缓慢加入2.6质量份木质素磺酸盐、3.6质量份琥珀酸十八烷基二酯磺酸钠、1.7质量份金刚藤提取物、2.1质量份α-烯烃磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;3)将羟乙基纤维素纤维在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。本发明羟乙基纤维素纤维的制备方法,包括纤维整理步骤,整理后的羟乙基纤维素纤维具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及羟乙基纤维素纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
现有羟乙基纤维素纤维的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能都有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种羟乙基纤维素纤维的制备方法,包括纤维整理步骤,整理后的羟乙基纤维素纤维具有优异的抗菌、阻燃、抗静电性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种羟乙基纤维素纤维的制备方法,包括纤维整理步骤,所述纤维整理包括如下步骤:
1)在30质量份去离子水中投入1~2质量份γ-环氧丙基醚基三甲氧基硅烷、3.3质量份1-(4-氟苯基)双胍盐酸盐、2.4质量份异噻唑啉酮、1.3质量份纳米级氢氧化铝混合,搅拌均匀;
2)再同时缓慢加入2.6质量份木质素磺酸盐、3.6质量份琥珀酸十八烷基二酯磺酸钠、1.7质量份金刚藤提取物、2.1质量份α-烯烃磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将羟乙基纤维素纤维在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。

2)再同时缓慢加入2.6质量份木质素磺酸盐、3.6质量份琥珀酸十八烷基二酯磺酸钠、1.7质量份金刚藤提取物、2.1质量份α-烯烃磺酸钠,继续搅拌,至充分混合均匀,制得整理液;
3)将羟乙基纤维素纤维在整理液中浸轧处理,取出后恒温烘干。
