本发明的一种以商品木浆为原料生产艺术卡纸的方法,首先制得混合木浆,然后制得纸浆,纸浆中依次加入浆内施胶剂、重质碳酸钙和聚丙烯酰胺,最后经压光、卷取成纸后得到艺术卡纸的原纸;制得涂料后均匀涂布到原纸上,经超级压光机压光,复卷机复卷后,得到艺术卡纸成品。本发明的有益效果是:1,使用优质商品木浆,生产出的原纸经涂布、压光后,表面细腻、油墨吸收性适中,印刷性能良好。2,在生产工艺流程中,无自制浆,无增白剂,污染源少,对环境影响极小。3.产生的污水极少,达到了清洁生产、中性环保造纸。

本发明涉及一种以商品木浆为原料生产艺术卡纸的方法,本发明属于造纸领域。
背景技术
在我国,包装产品主要分为纸质包装、塑料包装、金属包装与玻璃包装产品四大类,其中,纸质包装因其来源广泛、成本较低、便于搬运、易于储存和回收等优势,是应用最广泛的包装形式之一。纸质包装具有可再生利用、绿色环保的特点,也符合循环经济的发展方向。
卡纸是介于纸和纸板之间的每平方米重在 120-250 克的一类厚纸的总称,用于明信片、卡片、画册衬纸、精美的包装物等,纸面较细致平滑,坚挺耐磨、有良好的耐水性和适当的柔软性等。艺术卡纸是卡纸的一种,是一种特别适合设计包装盒、礼品盒,封面,挂历、门福、标签、精装书封套等纸制品方面的特种纸张,艺术卡纸的主要用途是作为包装物使用。目前,艺术卡纸包装产品已能取代木器包装、塑料包装、玻璃包装、铝材包装、钢材包装、铁皮包装等多种包装形式,应用范围越来越广。
但由于生产工艺、生产设备的限制,国产艺术卡纸在印刷性能等技术指标方面与进口艺术卡纸还存在一定的差距,主要体现在纸面粗糙度较大,细腻性不足,纸张匀度不佳导致油墨吸收性不均匀,印刷时色彩还原不真实等问题。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足,本发明提供了一种以商品木浆为原料生产艺术卡纸的方法,该方法生产出来的纸张匀度高,纸面光滑,色彩还原真实。
本发明是通过以下措施实现的:
一种以商品木浆为原料生产艺术卡纸的方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,首先将商品针叶木浆、阔叶木浆混合、碎解,再磨浆至叩解度达到35--40°SR,制得混合木浆,然后加入占混合木浆干物质重量0.5-1%的湿强剂,混合均匀制得纸浆,去除纸浆中的杂质,向去除杂质后纸浆中依次加入浆内施胶剂、重质碳酸钙和聚丙烯酰胺,浆内施胶剂的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的2-4%,重质碳酸钙的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的10-15%,聚丙烯酰胺的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的0.04-0.08%;
然后进入纸机抄造,经流浆箱、网部、压榨部、前干燥部、施胶机、后干燥部处理,其中在施胶机处加入表面施胶淀粉、表面施胶剂,最后经压光、卷取成纸后得到艺术卡纸的原纸;
表面施胶淀粉的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的4-8%,表面施胶剂的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的0.3-0.7%;
步骤2:涂料层的制备,所述涂料层原料组分及其重量份组成如下:碳酸钙100份,丁苯胶乳10-15份,分散剂0.05-0.1份,润滑剂0.4-0.8份,抗水剂0.4-0.8份,消泡剂0.02-0.05份,在涂料制备系统的配料器中,加入 98#浆钙,丁苯胶乳,分散剂,高速搅拌混合均匀,然后加入润滑剂,抗水剂,消泡剂,低速搅拌均匀,加水稀释为固含量为40-50%的涂料溶液,涂料粘度控制在300-600cps,p H值控制在7.0-9.0,制得涂料;
步骤3:将步骤2中制得的涂料经涂布机均匀涂布到步骤1制得的原纸上,正面上涂量控制在5-10g/m2,反面上涂布2-4g/m2,成纸定量控制在130-135g/m2,经超级压光机压光,复卷机复卷后,得到艺术卡纸成品。
本发明优选的,上述步骤1中商品针叶木浆、阔叶木浆混合比例以干物质量计,50~60%的商品针叶木浆和40%~50%的阔叶木浆。
本发明优选的,上述步骤1所述湿强剂为脲醛树脂。
本发明优选的,上述步骤1所述浆内施胶剂为十六烷基二聚乙烯酮中性施胶剂;聚丙烯酰胺的分子量范围为150~250万。
本发明优选的,上述步骤1中所述表面施胶剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类(SAE)表面施胶剂。

本发明的有益效果是:1,使用优质商品木浆,生产出的原纸经涂布、压光后,表面细腻、油墨吸收性适中,印刷性能良好,能够满足高档艺术包装类产品对于印刷性能的要求,可替代进口产品。2,在生产工艺流程中,无自制浆,无增白剂,污染源少,对环境影响极小。3.产生的污水极少,且污水并不对外排放,少量的污水回收处理后再回用,因而整个生产过程环保,生产用水达到零排放,达到了清洁生产、中性环保造纸。

实施例 1;
先用水力碎浆机将商品针叶木浆、阔叶木浆混合、碎解,再通过4台双盘磨磨浆至叩解度达到35°SR, 商品针叶木浆、阔叶木浆混合比例以干物质量计, 60%的商品针叶木浆和40%的阔叶木浆,制得混合木浆,在配浆池内加入占混合木浆干物质重量1%的脲醛树脂,混合均匀备用。配好的纸浆经过除渣器、压力筛除去浆料中的杂质,并加入占混合木浆干物质重量4%的十六烷基二聚乙烯酮中性施胶剂、占混合木浆干物质重量15%的重质碳酸钙、占混合木浆干物质重量0.07%的聚丙烯酰胺(各类助剂的用量以绝干浆的重量百分比计算),聚丙烯酰胺的分子量范围为200万,然后进入纸机抄造,经头箱(流浆箱)、网部、压榨部、前干燥部、施胶机、后干燥部,其中在施胶机处加入占混合木浆干物质重量4.5%的表面施胶淀粉、占混合木浆干物质重量0.6%的表面施胶剂,再经压光、卷取成纸后得到半成品即高档艺术卡纸原纸。表面施胶剂为苯乙烯丙烯酸类(SAE)表面施胶剂。表面施胶淀粉为固含量为13.5%%,粘度50cps,p H=7的淀粉糊化液。

Claims (2)
1.一种以商品木浆为原料生产艺术卡纸的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤1,首先将商品针叶木浆、阔叶木浆混合、碎解,商品针叶木浆、阔叶木浆混合比例以干物质量计,50~60%的商品针叶木浆和40%~50%的阔叶木浆;再磨浆至叩解度达到35--40°SR,制得混合木浆,然后加入占混合木浆干物质重量0.5-1%的湿强剂,混合均匀制得纸浆,所述湿强剂为脲醛树脂,去除纸浆中的杂质,向去除杂质后纸浆中依次加入浆内施胶剂、重质碳酸钙和聚丙烯酰胺,所述浆内施胶剂为十六烷基二聚乙烯酮中性施胶剂;聚丙烯酰胺的分子量范围为150~250万,浆内施胶剂的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的2-4%,重质碳酸钙的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的10-15%,聚丙烯酰胺的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的0.04-0.08%;然后进入纸机抄造,经流浆箱、网部、压榨部、前干燥部、施胶机、后干燥部处理,其中在施胶机处加入表面施胶淀粉、表面施胶剂,最后经压光、卷取成纸后得到艺术卡纸的原纸;表面施胶淀粉的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的4-8%,表面施胶剂的加入量占混合木浆干物质重量的0.3-0.7%;所述表面施胶剂为SAE表面施胶剂,表面施胶淀粉为固含量为13.5%~14.5%,粘度30-70cps,pH=7的淀粉糊化液;
步骤2:涂料层的制备,所述涂料层原料组分及其重量份组成如下:碳酸钙100份,丁苯胶乳10-15份,分散剂0.05-0.1份,润滑剂0.4-0.8份,抗水剂0.4-0.8份,消泡剂0.02-0.05份,在涂料制备系统的配料器中,加入98#浆钙,丁苯胶乳,分散剂,高速搅拌混合均匀,然后加入润滑剂,抗水剂,消泡剂,低速搅拌均匀,加水稀释为固含量为40-50%的涂料溶液,涂料粘度控制在300-600cps,pH值控制在7.0-9.0,制得涂料;
步骤3:将步骤2中制得的涂料经涂布机均匀涂布到步骤1制得的原纸上,正面上涂量控制在5-10g/m2,反面上涂布2-4g/m2,成纸定量控制在130-135g/m2,经超级压光机压光,复卷机复卷后,得到艺术卡纸成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以商品木浆为原料生产艺术卡纸的方法,其特征在于,步骤2中所述的分散剂为聚丙烯酸酯,抗水剂为乙二醛,润滑剂为硬脂酸钙水分散液或聚乙二醇,消泡剂为甘油聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚或有机硅消泡剂。
