Abstract
本发明公开了一种双面餐台垫的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步配料,将以下原料颗粒按各自的重量比配成混合料:PE?7042?38%、PP?T30s?13%、重质碳酸钙32.5%、PE蜡9%、硬酯酸锌2.5%、偶联剂1%、钛白粉4%;第二步混料,将获得的混合料在高速搅拌机内运转搅拌均匀;第三步流延挤出,将已混合均匀的混合料送进流延挤出机,并将流延挤出机渐进控温至处于170-220度摄氏温度下,使所述混合料熔融挤出并且拉成片;第四步、复膜定型,将获得的拉片通过定型冷却辊筒,并且在拉片的前后均垫上BOPP印刷花膜,这样三层经过定型冷却辊筒挤出定型。本发明生产的双面餐台垫上下两面图案更清晰明朗,也不易翻卷扭曲,不易移位。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐厨用品的生产方法,特别是一种双面餐台垫的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的双面餐台垫的中间层一般由通用的PP+PE塑料通过挤出机(也称押出机)熔融共挤压片而成,由于其中间层的材料成分所致,仅由PP+PE塑料组成,成品较为轻,且成本较高,由于上述材料薄而且透明,造成上下两面的图案互相影响,以致显得整体画面不清晰,杂乱无章。更重要的一点是,由于材料薄轻,在使用过程中,餐台垫铺在桌面上以后,往往容易翻卷、扭曲,甚至移位,给使用带来诸多不便。因此,需要对双面餐台垫的生产方法进行重新设计和改进。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种材料厚实、上下两面的图案清晰互不影响、不易翻卷、扭曲或者移位的双面餐台垫的生产工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种双面餐台垫的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
第一步、配料,将以下原料颗粒按各自的重量比配成混合料:PE704238%、PPT30s13%、重质碳酸钙32.5%、PE蜡9%、硬酯酸锌2.5%、偶联剂1%、钛白粉4%;
第二步、混料,将第一步获得的混合料在高速搅拌机内运转搅拌均匀;
第三步、流延挤出,将第二步已混合均匀的混合料送进流延挤出机,并将流延挤出机渐进控温至处于170-220度摄氏温度下,使所述混合料熔融挤出并且拉成片;
第四步、复膜定型,将第三步获得的拉片通过定型冷却辊筒,并且在拉片的前后均垫上BOPP印刷花膜,这样三层经过定型冷却辊筒挤出定型,成为成品。
优选的,所述偶联剂为固体钛酸酯颗粒。
本发明的有益效果是:由于所述混合料中含有重质碳酸钙、PE蜡、硬酯酸锌、钛白粉等组成成分,使得本发明方法生产的双面餐台垫的中间层变得厚实且不透明,这样,双面餐台垫的上下两面的图案不再互相影响,而是各自清晰明朗,而且本发明方法生产的双面餐台垫也会不易翻卷、扭曲,不易移位。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明一种双面餐台垫的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:第一步、配料,将以下原料颗粒按各自的重量比配成混合料:PE704238%、PPT30s13%、重质碳酸钙32.5%、PE蜡9%、硬酯酸锌2.5%、偶联剂1%、钛白粉4%;第二步、混料,将第一步获得的混合料在高速搅拌机内运转搅拌均匀;第三步、流延挤出,将第二步已混合均匀的混合料送进流延挤出机,并将流延挤出机渐进控温至处于170-220度摄氏温度下,使所述混合料熔融挤出并且拉成片;第四步、复膜定型,将第三步获得的拉片通过定型冷却辊筒,并且在拉片的前后均垫上BOPP印刷花膜,这样三层经过定型冷却辊筒挤出定型,成为成品。
优选的,所述偶联剂为固体钛酸酯颗粒。使用本方法的配方生产,增加了材料的厚实手感,增加了材料的遮盖性,上下两面的图案清晰一致。另外,使用本发明的配方生产,材料成本降低了,且可回收利用,更加环保。本发明所述的BOPP印刷花膜是一层透明膜,BOPP是“BiaxiallyOrientedPolypropylene”的简称,即双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜,BOPP印刷花膜即在BOPP薄膜上印刷有花纹。
此外,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以基本相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种双面餐台垫的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
第一步、配料,将以下原料颗粒按各自的重量比配成混合料:PE704238%、PPT30s13%、重质碳酸钙32.5%、PE蜡9%、硬酯酸锌2.5%、偶联剂1%、钛白粉4%;
第二步、混料,将第一步获得的混合料在高速搅拌机内运转搅拌均匀;
第三步、流延挤出,将第二步已混合均匀的混合料送进流延挤出机,并将流延挤出机渐进控温至处于170-220度摄氏温度下,使所述混合料熔融挤出并且拉成片;
第四步、复膜定型,将第三步获得的拉片通过定型冷却辊筒,并且在拉片的前后均垫上BOPP印刷花膜,这样三层经过定型冷却辊筒挤出定型,成为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面餐台垫的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为固体钛酸酯颗粒。
