Abstract
本发明公开了一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条及其制造方法,涉及建筑材料装饰线条技术领域。所述线条的制造原料包括:PVC树脂粉、复合稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、碳酸钙、纸浆、DOP、发泡剂及水泥。所述制造方法包括以下步骤:制造原料高温充分混合;充分降温;将上述制造原料放入挤出机,并调整挤出机料筒温度、挤出模具温度、挤出模具开口尺寸;依次经过高温挤出、冷却、切割后制成半成品线条;将所述半成品线条填充白底;将半成品白底线条进行水转印;将所述水转印线条进行喷涂PU、UV高光或亚光面漆;检测收料工序,获得线条成品。本发明生产稳定,效率高,产品仿真度高,阻燃度高,表面平整光滑,满足用户需求,完全可以替代石材。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料装饰线条技术领域,尤其涉及一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,随着居民生活水平的提高,各种室内装饰日益豪华,如何通过装饰线条简单装修改变造型,使其焕然一新,这就离不开装饰线条及其饰件产品。现存状况为:大理石线条的需求日益增加,由于大理石矿的不可再生性,异形加工的复杂性,造成大理石价格高昂。由此引发各种替代材料相继出现,主要有PS发泡、水泥制品、木制品和PVC挤出。现有技术中的PVC水冷挤出线条普遍存在仿真度不高、安装不方便、生产效率不高的问题。
因此,亟待提供一种新型的发泡线条及其制造方法,以解决现有技术中PVC水冷挤出的线条仿真度较差、安装不便及生产效率不高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中PVC水冷挤出的线条仿真度较差、安装不便及生产效率不高的问题。提供一种颜色图案丰富、仿真度高、安装容易、生产效率高且装饰性和保护性强的水转印PVC挤出发泡线条及其制造方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条及其制造方法,涉及建筑材料装饰线条技术领域。所述线条的制造原料包括:PVC树脂粉、复合稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、碳酸钙、纸浆、DOP、发泡剂及水泥。
优选地,所述制造原料配比分量为:PVC树脂粉100份;复合稳定剂2-5份;聚乙烯蜡2-3份;石蜡0.5-3份;碳酸钙30-50份;纸浆3-8份;DOP 0.6-2份;发泡剂5-10份;水泥0.5-2份。
优选地,所述线条长度为1000mm至5000mm,宽度为10mm至400mm,厚度为5mm至50mm。
上述水转印PVC挤出发泡线条的制造方法,包括基材的挤出、图案的转印、表面油漆的涂装几步。
所述基材的挤出包括以下步骤:将上述制造原料进行高温充分混合;将上述经过高温充分混合的制造原料进行充分降温;将上述经过充分降温的制造原料放入挤出机,并调整挤出机料筒温度、挤出模具温度、挤出模具开口尺寸;将上述制造原料依次经过高温挤出、冷却、切割后制成半成品线条。
所述图案的转印包括以下步骤:将所述半成品线条填充白底;将半成品白底线条进行水转印。
所述表面油漆的涂装包括以下步骤:将所述水转印线条进行喷涂PU、UV高光或亚光面漆;检测收料工序,获得线条成品。
优选地,上述制造原料进行高温充分混合时温度为125℃。
优选地,上述制造原料进行充分降温时温度为40℃。
优选地,上述充分降温的制造原料放入挤出机时,调整挤出机料筒温度为170—190℃,挤出模具温度为175—195℃,挤出模具开口比成品板材厚3—5mm;

具体实施方式
现在参考附图描述本发明的实施例,本发明提供了一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条及其制造方法。本线条及其制造方法生产稳定,效率高,产品仿真度高,阻燃度高,表面平整光滑,满足用户需求,完全可以替代石材。
本发明的一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条,制造原料包括:PVC树脂粉100份;复合稳定剂2-5份;聚乙烯蜡2-3份;石蜡0.5-3份;碳酸钙30-50份;纸浆3-8份;DOP 0.6-2份;发泡剂5-10份;水泥0.5-2份。所述线条长度为1000mm至5000mm,宽度为10mm至400mm,厚度为5mm至50mm。
下面将结合附图详细阐述本发明实施例的技术方案,如图1所示,本发明的一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)基材的挤出;2)图案的转印;3)表面油漆的涂装;
基材的挤出:将制造原料进行充分混合至125℃;将上述经过充分混合至125℃的制造原料充分降温至40℃;将上述充分降温至40℃的原材料放入挤出机,并调整挤出机料筒温度为180℃,挤出模具温度为180℃,挤出模具开口比成品板材厚4mm;将上述制造原料依次经过高温挤出、冷却、切割后制成半成品线条。
图案的转印:将半成品线条填充白底;将半成品白底线条进行水转印。
表面油漆的涂装:将水转印线条进行喷涂PU、UV高光或亚光面漆;经检测收料工序后获得线条成品。
Claims (7)
1.一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条,其特征在于:所述线条的制造原料包括,PVC树脂粉、复合稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、石蜡、碳酸钙、纸浆、DOP、发泡剂及水泥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条,其特征在于:所述制造原料配比分量为,PVC树脂粉100份;复合稳定剂2-5份;聚乙烯蜡2-3份;石蜡0.5-3份;碳酸钙30-50份;纸浆3-8份;DOP 0.6-2份;发泡剂5-10份;水泥0.5-2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条,其特征在于:所述线条长度为1000mm至5000mm,宽度为10mm至400mm,厚度为5mm至50mm。
4.一种制造1-3任意一项所述水转印PVC挤出发泡线条的制造方法,包括基材的挤出、图案的转印、表面油漆的涂装几步,其特征在于:将上述制造原料进行高温充分混合;将上述经过高温充分混合的制造原料进行充分降温;将上述经过充分降温的制造原料放入挤出机,并调整挤出机料筒温度、挤出模具温度、挤出模具开口尺寸;将上述制造原料依次经过高温挤出、冷却、切割后制成半成品线条;将所述半成品线条填充白底;将半成品白底线条进行水转印;
将所述水转印线条进行喷涂PU、UV高光或亚光面漆;检测收料工序,获得线条成品。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条的制造方法,其特征在于:上述制造原料进行高温充分混合时温度为125℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条的制造方法,其特征在于:上述制造原料进行充分降温时温度为40℃。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种水转印PVC挤出发泡线条的制造方法,其特征在于:上述充分降温的制造原料放入挤出机时,调整挤出机料筒温度为170—190℃,挤出模具温度为175—195℃,挤出模具开口比成品板材厚3—5mm。
