本发明公开了一种用于棒料输送的高速链条机,包括机架、角度调整机构、传输链条和分选回料装置,角度调整机构包括调节螺杆、导轮和导槽,角度调整机构通过调节螺栓安装在机架的上方,导轮安装在导槽内,导槽安装在装有传输链条的链条架的下方,分选回料装置包括气缸、挡料板和回料槽,气缸安装在链条架的一侧,挡料板安装在气缸的前方,回料槽安装在链条架的另一侧,角度调整机构通过调整调节螺杆高度,进而驱动连接在调节螺杆上部的导轮沿着导槽往复移动来实现链条机倾角调整。本发明结构简单、操作便利、可靠性高、成本低廉,可广泛适用于要求棒状坯料需要以一定角度高速输送并适应高温、高热的恶劣环境要求场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械装备技术领域,具体是一种用于棒料输送的高速链条机。
背景技术
链条机是一种广泛应用于机械、电子、仓储等行业的物流输送设备,现有的链条机大多为标准物流设备,对于诸如热锻造、热浇注等环境恶劣且要求高速并要求输送角度可调的非标输送场合,现有标准的链条机就不足以满足这些要求了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可靠性高、成本低廉的用于棒料输送的高速链条机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于棒料输送的高速链条机,包括机架、角度调整机构、传输链条和分选回料装置,所述角度调整机构包括调节螺杆、导轮和导槽,所述角度调整机构通过调节螺栓安装在机架的上方,所述导轮安装在导槽内,所述导槽安装在装有传输链条的链条架的下方,所述分选回料装置包括气缸、挡料板和回料槽,所述气缸安装在链条架的一侧,挡料板安装在气缸的前方,所述回料槽安装在链条架的另一侧。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述角度调整机构通过调整调节螺杆高度,进而驱动连接在调节螺杆上部的导轮沿着导槽往复移动来实现链条机倾角调整。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述传输链条上均匀的固定有用以防止链条高速传输时棒料在链条上打滑分隔板。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述调节螺杆采用手动或电动调节方式。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单、操作便利、可靠性高、成本低廉,可广泛适用于要求棒状坯料需要以一定角度高速输送并适应高温、高热的恶劣环境要求场合。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1-3,一种用于棒料输送的高速链条机,包括机架1、角度调整机构、传输链条4和分选回料装置5,所述角度调整机构包括调节螺杆2、导轮3和导槽201,所述角度调整机构通过调节螺栓2安装在机架1的上方,所述调节螺杆2采用手动或电动调节方式,所述导轮3安装在导槽201内,所述导槽201安装在装有传输链条4的链条架的下方,所述分选回料装置5包括气缸501、挡料板502和回料槽6,所述气缸501安装在链条架的一侧,挡料板502安装在气缸501的前方,所述回料槽6安装在链条架的另一侧,所述分选回料装置5的作用为一旦链条机上游传送装置发生故障,则分选装置启动,棒料沿回料槽6回流至上料端进行回收,所述角度调整机构通过调整调节螺杆2高度,进而驱动连接在调节螺杆2上部的导轮3沿着导槽201往复移动来实现链条机倾角调整,所述传输链条4上均匀的固定有用以防止链条高速传输时棒料在链条上打滑分隔板301。
所述用于棒料输送的高速链条机输送柱状棒料时,当棒料从上料端传送至本链条机,无论棒料是否具有初始速度,也无论其方向如何,由于棒料与传输链条4之间的相对运动及固定于传输链条4上的分隔板301的阻挡作用,棒料将在与其在初始接触的分隔板301处与传输链条4保持相对静止状态,即获得与传输链条4相同的速度,传送的角度则通过调节螺杆2来进行调节,分选回料装置5则作为安全装置,即当链条机上游的传送装置发生故障,则分选回料装置5中的气缸501动作,推动挡料板502拨至挡料位置,棒料沿挡料板502通过回料槽6回流至上料端进行回收,当故障排除后,气缸501及挡料板502复位,棒料恢复至正常输送状态。
本发明结构简单、操作便利、可靠性高、成本低廉,可广泛适用于要求棒状坯料需要以一定角度高速输送并适应高温、高热的恶劣环境要求场合。

Claims (4)

1.一种用于棒料输送的高速链条机,包括机架(1)、角度调整机构、传输链条(4)和分选回料装置(5),其特征在于,所述角度调整机构包括调节螺杆(2)、导轮(3)和导槽(201),所述角度调整机构通过调节螺栓(2)安装在机架(1)的上方,所述导轮(3)安装在导槽(201)内,所述导槽(201)安装在装有传输链条(4)的链条架的下方,所述分选回料装置(5)包括气缸(501)、挡料板(502)和回料槽(6),所述气缸(501)安装在链条架的一侧,挡料板(502)安装在气缸(501)的前方,所述回料槽(6)安装在链条架的另一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于棒料输送的高速链条机,其特征在于,所述角度调整机构通过调整调节螺杆(2)高度,进而驱动连接在调节螺杆(2)上部的导轮(3)沿着导槽(201)往复移动来实现链条机倾角调整。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于棒料输送的高速链条机,其特征在于,所述传输链条(4)上均匀的固定有用以防止链条高速传输时棒料在链条上打滑分隔板(301)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于棒料输送的高速链条机,其特征在于,所述调节螺杆(2)采用手动或电动调节方式。
