而且,由于粘接剂涂布于金属部件的表面整体,因此在通过模具成形在金属部件表面上硫化粘接规定形状的橡胶时,容易产生橡胶材料超过粘接橡胶的规定范围地硫化粘接这样的不良状况,为了使橡胶的硫化粘接限于所述规定范围内,模具构造变得复杂且高精度,因此制造成本增大。
并且,存在如下情况:在成形时粘接剂附着而污染模具或产生异物。
而且,存在在将金属部件压入至轴承的外圈时嵌合部的粘接剂被剥下而咬入橡胶密封件从而气密性不良的情况、以及作为异物而残留在轴承的内部的情况。
并且,由于粘接剂附着于金属部件的表面整体,因此外观不好看而美观性差。
发明内容
因此,本发明鉴于前述状况,想要解决的课题在于提供一种由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件及其制造方法,粘接剂的材料费不会增多,模具成形中的制造成本不会增大,不存在在成形时粘接剂附着而污染模具或产生异物的情况,不存在在嵌合金属部件时粘接剂从嵌合部的剥下所引起的不良状况,并且外观好看而美观性良好。
为了解决所述问题,本发明的一种由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件,在规定形状的金属部件的表面上涂布热固性树脂粘接剂,并通过模具成形在所述金属部件的表面的一部分硫化粘接规定形状的橡胶来形成,其特征在于,在进行所述模具成形之前涂布在所述金属部件的表面上的所述粘接剂的范围仅是所述橡胶的接合面。
根据这种结构,涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此粘接剂不会涂布于粘接橡胶的规定范围以外,因此浪费的粘接剂的量非常少,因此粘接剂的材料费不会增多。
而且,由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此不会产生橡胶材料超过粘接橡胶的规定范围地硫化粘接这样的不良状况。因此,无需将模具构造设置得复杂且高精度,因此能够抑制模具成形中的制造成本的增大,并且不挑选硫化生产方式,因此制造时的自由度高。
并且,由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此不存在在成形时粘接剂附着而污染模具或产生异物的情况。
而且,由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此粘接剂不会附着于可视觉识别的金属部件的表面,因此外观好看而美观性良好,因此商品价值提高。
在此,优选的是,所述由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件是轴承装置的保护罩,在作为所述金属部件的杯状的不锈钢制主体的外周面上硫化粘接作为所述橡胶的密封件而成。
根据这种结构,在轴承装置的保护罩中,起到上述的作用效果的同时,不存在在将所述主体压入至轴承的外圈时嵌合部的粘接剂被剥下而咬入橡胶密封件从而气密性不良的情况、以及作为异物残留在轴承的内部的情况。
为了解决所述问题,本发明的一种由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件的制造方法,包括:粘接剂涂布工序,在规定形状的金属部件的表面上涂布热固性树脂粘接剂;以及模具成形工序,在所述金属部件的表面的一部分硫化粘接规定形状的橡胶,所述制造方法的特征在于,在所述粘接剂涂布工序中,对所述金属部件仅在所述橡胶的接合面上涂布所述粘接剂。
根据这种制造方法,由于粘接剂涂布工序中的粘接剂向金属部件的表面的涂布范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此粘接剂不会涂布于粘接橡胶的规定范围以外,因此浪费的粘接剂的量非常少,因此粘接剂的材料费不会增多。
而且,由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此不会产生橡胶材料超过粘接橡胶的规定范围地硫化粘接这样的不良状况。因此,无需将模具构造设置得复杂且高精度,因此能够抑制模具成形中的制造成本的增大。
并且,由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此不存在在成形时粘接剂附着而污染模具或产生异物的情况。
而且,在通过这种制造方法制造的由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件中,由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此粘接剂不会附着于可视觉识别的金属部件的表面,因此外观好看而美观性良好,因此商品价值提高。
在此,优选的是,通过如下方式来进行所述粘接剂涂布工序中的所述粘接剂向所述金属部件的涂布:通过推压在规定区域附着有所述粘接剂的作为转印体的转印垫,来使所述粘接剂转移到所述金属部件上的转印印刷处理;通过将在规定区域具有开孔部的丝网板上的所述粘接剂经由所述开孔部压出,来使所述粘接剂转移到所述金属部件上的丝网印刷处理;涂刷;或者实施遮蔽后进行的喷涂。
根据这种制造方法,能够稳定且可靠地进行粘接剂涂布工序中的、仅在金属部件的橡胶的接合面上涂布粘接剂而在所述接合面以外不涂布粘接剂的涂布作业。
发明效果
根据如上的本发明所涉及的由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件及其制造方法,具有如下显著的效果等:
(A)由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此粘接剂不会涂布于粘接橡胶的规定范围以外,因此浪费的粘接剂的量非常少,因此粘接剂的材料费不会增多;
(B)由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此不会产生橡胶材料超过粘接橡胶的规定范围地硫化粘接这样的不良状况,因此无需将模具构造设置得复杂且高精度,因此能够抑制模具成形中的制造成本的增大,并且不挑选硫化生产方式,因此制造时的自由度高;
(C)由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此不存在在成形时粘接剂附着而污染模具或产生异物的情况;
(D)由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此不存在在嵌合金属部件时粘接剂从嵌合部剥下所引起的不良状况;
(E)由于涂布在金属部件的表面上的粘接剂的范围仅在橡胶的接合面,因此粘接剂不会附着于可视觉识别的金属部件的表面,因此外观好看而美观性良好,因此商品价值提高。

实施方式1
如图1的纵剖视图以及图2的主要部分放大纵剖视图所示,安装有作为本发明的实施方式1所涉及的由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件1的保护罩1A的轴承装置11具备:轴承,具有在外周面形成有内圈轨道面12A的内圈12、在内周面形成有外圈轨道面13A的外圈13、以及在内圈轨道面12A与外圈轨道面13A之间滚动的滚动体14、14、…等;位于该轴承的轴向的一端部而通过固定构件9固定于内圈12的磁编码器8;固定于外圈13的用于与磁编码器8的磁极对置来检测磁编码器8的旋转的传感器10;以及配置于所述轴承的轴向的另一端部的密封构件15等。
如图2的主要部分放大纵剖视图以及图3的纵剖视图所示,保护罩1A在作为金属部件2的主体2A的最大外径部存在第1圆筒部4以及相比于第1圆筒部4缩径并与第1圆筒部4的端缘连接的第2圆筒部5,在第2圆筒部5的外周面硫化粘接作为橡胶3的密封件3A。
在保护罩1A中,作为第1圆筒部4的外周面的嵌合部C以覆盖磁编码器8的方式被压入外圈13,介于磁编码器8与传感器10之间。
因此,所述轴承的内部通过所述轴承的轴向两端部的具有密封件3A的保护罩1和密封构件15被密封,在其内部空间收容磁编码器8,因此能够从异物等保护磁编码器8及轴承内部。
在此,保护罩1A的主体2A是从SUS304等不锈钢制的板材通过冲压加工来以具备第1圆筒部4和第2圆筒部5等的方式成形为杯状的。
另外,关于作为橡胶3的密封件3A,作为耐油性良好的橡胶原料,可以从丁腈橡胶(NBR)、氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)、丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)、乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)、氟橡胶(FKM、FPM)、硅橡胶(VQM)等橡胶中选择一种或两种以上的橡胶来适当地混合来使用。
接着,说明在作为金属部件2的不锈钢制主体2A的表面涂布热固性树脂粘接剂的粘接剂涂布工序。
首先,作为热固性树脂粘接剂,能够使用酚醛树脂系粘接剂、硅烷系粘接剂等所有橡胶用硫化粘接剂。
例如在使用酚醛树脂系粘接剂的情况下,作为组成不特别限定,能够使用将清漆型酚醛树脂、可溶型酚醛树脂和六亚甲基四胺等固化剂溶解于甲醇、甲乙酮等所得到的粘接剂。另外,为了提高粘接性,也可以是在它们中混合清漆型环氧树脂所得到的粘接剂。
如图4的(a)的主要部分放大纵剖视图所示,对不锈钢制主体2A的表面涂布热固性树脂粘接剂A的范围仅设为粘接作为橡胶3的密封件3A的规定范围即接合面B,在接合面B以外不进行粘接剂A的涂布。
这种粘接剂A向主体2A的表面的一部分的规定范围(接合面B)的涂布,能够通过如下方式来进行:通过推压在规定区域附着有粘接剂A的作为转印体的转印垫,来使粘接剂A转移到主体2A上的转印印刷处理;通过将在规定区域具有开孔部的丝网板上的粘接剂A经由所述开孔部压出,来使粘接剂A转移到主体2A上的丝网印刷处理;涂刷;或者实施遮蔽之后进行的喷涂。
根据这种涂布方法,能够稳定且可靠地进行仅在作为金属部件2的主体2A的橡胶3即密封件3A的接合面B上涂布粘接剂A、而在接合面B以外不涂布粘接剂A的涂布作业。
接着,说明对如图4的(a)那样涂布了粘接剂A的作为金属部件2的主体2A硫化粘接规定形状的橡胶3即密封件3A来制造出图4的(b)的主要部分放大纵剖视图所示的作为由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件1的保护罩1A的模具成形工序。
这种模具成形能够如图5的纵剖视图所示那样通过如下直压成形(压缩(硫化)成形)来进行:在将主体2A置于被加热的下部模具6A的状态下,闭合上部模具6B后对生橡胶材料D进行加压来使其固化。
另外,也能够如图6的纵剖视图所示那样通过如下注射成形(注入(硫化)成形)来进行:在将主体2A、2A、…置于下部模具7A并闭合上部模具7B的状态下,将液状化的生橡胶材料E填充到腔室。
在以上的实施方式1的说明中,示出了安装保护罩1A的轴承装置11具备磁编码器8的情况,但是保护罩1A也能够使用于没有磁编码器8的轴承装置。
实施方式2
如图7的纵剖视图所示,本发明的实施方式2所涉及的由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件1即减震部件1B是在作为金属部件2的金属零件2B上将规定形状的橡胶3即减震件3B硫化粘接而成的。
在此,关于减震部件1B,能够在与实施方式1同样的粘接剂涂布工序中对金属零件2B仅在减震件3B的接合面B涂布粘接剂,通过与实施方式1同样的模具成形工序在金属零件2B上硫化粘接减震件3B。
实施方式3
如图8的纵剖视图所示,本发明的实施方式3所涉及的由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件1即带橡胶垫片的板1C是在作为金属部件2的金属板2C上将规定形状的橡胶3即垫片3C硫化粘接而成的。
在此,关于带橡胶垫片的板1C,能够在与实施方式1同样的粘接剂涂布工序中对金属板2C仅在垫片3C的接合面B涂布粘接剂,通过与实施方式1同样的模具成形工序在金属板2C上硫化粘接垫片3C。
本发明的应用对象不限定于以上的实施方式中的保护罩1A、减震部件1B以及带橡胶垫片的板1C,能够应用于在规定形状的金属部件2的表面涂布热固性树脂粘接剂A并通过模具成形在金属部件2的表面的一部分硫化粘接规定形状的橡胶3来形成的所有由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件1。
根据如上的由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件1及其制造方法,涂布在金属部件2的表面上的粘接剂A的范围仅在橡胶3的接合面B,因此粘接剂A不会涂布于粘接橡胶3的规定范围以外,因此浪费的粘接剂A的量非常少,因此粘接剂A的材料费不会增多。
另外,由于涂布在金属部件2的表面上的粘接剂A的范围仅在橡胶3的接合面B,因此不会产生橡胶材料超过粘接橡胶3的规定范围地硫化粘接这样的不良状况,因此无需将模具构造设置得复杂且高精度,因此能够抑制模具成形中的制造成本的增大,并且不挑选硫化生产方式,因此制造时的自由度高。
并且,由于涂布在金属部件2的表面上的粘接剂A的范围仅在橡胶3的接合面B,因此不存在在成形时粘接剂A附着而污染模具或产生异物的情况。
此外,由于涂布在金属部件2的表面上的粘接剂A的范围仅在橡胶3的接合面B,因此不存在在嵌合金属部件2时粘接剂A从嵌合部C剥下所引起的不良状况。例如在由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件1是保护罩1A的情况下,不存在在将主体2A压入至轴承的外圈13时嵌合部C的粘接剂A被剥下而咬入密封件3A从而气密性不良的情况、以及作为异物而残留在轴承的内部的情况。
另外,由于涂布在金属部件2的表面上的粘接剂A的范围仅在橡胶3的接合面,因此粘接剂A不会附着于可视觉识别的金属部件2的表面,因此外观好看而美观性良好,因此商品价值提高。

Claims (3)

1.一种由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件,在规定形状的金属部件的表面上涂布热固性树脂粘接剂,并通过模具成形在所述金属部件的表面的一部分硫化粘接规定形状的橡胶来形成,其特征在于,
所述由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件是轴承装置的保护罩,
所述保护罩是在作为所述金属部件的杯状的不锈钢制主体的外周面上硫化粘接作为所述橡胶的密封件而成的,
在所述主体的最大外径部存在第1圆筒部以及相比于所述第1圆筒部缩径并与所述第1圆筒部的端缘连接的第2圆筒部,
所述第1圆筒部的外周面被压入所述轴承装置的外圈,
在进行所述模具成形之前涂布在所述主体的表面上的所述粘接剂的范围仅是所述密封件的接合面即所述第2圆筒部的外周面。
2.一种由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件的制造方法,包括:粘接剂涂布工序,在规定形状的金属部件的表面上涂布热固性树脂粘接剂;以及模具成形工序,在所述金属部件的表面的一部分硫化粘接规定形状的橡胶,所述制造方法的特征在于,
所述由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件是轴承装置的保护罩,
所述保护罩是在作为所述金属部件的杯状的不锈钢制主体的外周面上硫化粘接作为所述橡胶的密封件而成的,
在所述主体的最大外径部存在第1圆筒部以及相比于所述第1圆筒部缩径并与所述第1圆筒部的端缘连接的第2圆筒部,
所述第1圆筒部的外周面被压入所述轴承装置的外圈,
在所述粘接剂涂布工序中,对所述主体仅在所述密封件的接合面即所述第2圆筒部的外周面上涂布所述粘接剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的由金属和橡胶构成的机械部件的制造方法,其特征在于,
通过如下方式来进行所述粘接剂涂布工序中的所述粘接剂向所述金属部件的涂布:通过推压在规定区域附着有所述粘接剂的作为转印体的转印垫,来使所述粘接剂转移到所述金属部件上的转印印刷处理;通过将在规定区域具有开孔部的丝网板上的所述粘接剂经由所述开孔部压出,来使所述粘接剂转移到所述金属部件上的丝网印刷处理;涂刷;或者实施遮蔽后进行的喷涂。
