Abstract
本发明公开了一种舍弃式铣刀结构,包含一刀具本体及一舍弃式刀片,藉由螺丝锁固,该刀具本体的刀径上环设有多个刀座,该刀座横向贯穿刀具本体,该刀座具有一刀座面及一壁缘,该刀座面上至少设有一弧形槽,该刀座面设有螺孔;一舍弃式刀片,设置于刀具本体的刀座上,该舍弃式刀片设有一贯穿的螺丝孔,该舍弃式刀片的顶面及底面分别设有一凸起的弧形凸块,两凸起的弧形凸块与刀座面上所设的弧形槽对应,搭配螺丝的锁固而能使舍弃式刀片与刀座紧密锁固一起,提升铣刀的刚性。

技术领域
本发明系有关于一种舍弃式铣刀结构。
背景技术
请参阅图11、图12所示,一般习用的T型铣刀(T-slot cutter)及侧铣刀(sidemilling cutter)皆是属于多锋刀具(multi-point cutting tool)的铣削刀具,其主要是应用于T型槽及切槽的加工,传统式的T型铣刀及侧铣刀是使用铜为焊接材料将刀片与铣刀刀具焊接一体的焊刃式铣刀;该T型铣刀及侧铣刀因转速慢、但刃口多,故其切屑移除率高。目前业界最常用的刀片材质有高速工具钢(HSS)及碳化钨(Wu),就高速工具钢的材料而言其硬度为HRc 66~68,耐热温度为600℃,其加工速度及进给速率低,对于需求高速加工者都舍弃使用高速工具钢的铣刀,而使用碳化钨(Wu)刀具,虽然碳化钨刀具的硬度及耐热温度皆高于高速工具钢,但由于焊刃式的碳化钨铣刀是藉由铜为焊接材料,将碳化钨刀片与铣刀焊接一体,而且铜约在300~400℃会有软化的情形,故无法在涂层环境(300~800℃)下施作涂层作业,因而一般焊刃式碳化钨铣刀的表面无法施作钛金属涂层,因此焊刃式的碳化钨铣刀的硬度、耐磨性及耐热温度无法提升,其铣削的切削速度及进给速率无法增加的条件下,加工效率相对无法相对地有效提升。
由于焊刃式铣刀无法施作特殊金属(诸如钛金属)的涂层,因此必须使用舍弃式结构的T型铣刀及侧铣刀,其使用上情形如下:
T型铣刀:请参阅图13所示,习用舍弃式T型铣刀50的铣刀外径D的尺寸约ϕ21~ϕ50mm之间,其中外径尺寸ϕ50mm其舍弃式刀片51的数量为4个,但由于其相邻舍弃式刀片511、512的设置是呈一下一上排列,组成一完整的T型刀的刀刃宽幅W,故其实际的刀刃数量仅有一半,暨为2个有效刀刃,而外径21mm的T型铣刀50其舍弃式刀片51的数量为2个,实际有效刃数仅有1个,因此计算其工作台切削进给Vf﹝fz(每齿进给量mm)*n(主轴转数)*ZC(有效齿数)﹞与有效齿数ZC有绝对的关系,但舍弃式T型铣刀50其有效齿数ZC仅为焊刃式T型铣刀的一半,因此其切削效率与传统焊刃式T型铣刀相比较并无明显提升;此外T型铣刀的切削效率没有提升的情况下,在相同的切削条件(高速及重切削)下刀杆会有明显的挠曲(Deflection)现象,其将会影响切削精度及刀具寿命。
侧铣刀:请参阅图14所示,具有3面刀刃的侧铣刀60,其外径尺寸范围为ϕ100~ϕ160mm之间,其中ϕ160mm侧铣刀的刀刃数仅有10个,其相邻舍弃式刀片611、612的设置是呈一下一上的排列,组成一完整的侧铣刀刀刃宽幅W,故其实际的刀刃数量仅有一半,暨为5个有效刀刃,与相同外径尺寸的焊刃式侧铣刀却有22刃的刀片,相形比较之下舍弃式侧铣刀之有效刀刃数量仅为焊刃式侧铣刀的1/4,因此其切削效率与传统焊刃式侧铣刀相比较并无明显提升。
究其舍弃式T型铣刀与舍弃式侧铣刀的有效刀刃数量无法提升最主要是因为舍弃式刀片51、61的锁固结构所致;请图14所示,该舍弃式刀片61除藉由螺丝30锁固外,另需藉由刀座62的两个呈90度排列的壁缘621、622承受舍弃式刀片61所受的切削力,请参阅图15所示,若是仅设单一壁缘621的刀座62,单靠螺丝30锁紧的力量及单一壁缘621的倚靠,将无法承受太高的切削应力;故舍弃式结构铣刀的刀座62必须设有两个呈90度排列的壁缘621、622,因而减少刀具的刀刃数量,使得舍弃式结构的T型铣刀与舍弃式侧铣刀的切削效率无法提升。
习用的舍弃式T型铣刀与舍弃式侧铣刀的舍弃式刀片,其设置是呈一下一上的排列组成一完整的T型铣刀或侧铣刀的刀刃宽幅,故其实际的刀刃数量仅有一半,使得刀具的刀刃数量减少,切削效率因此无法提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可提高铣刀刚性及提升铣刀切削效率的舍弃式铣刀。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种舍弃式铣刀结构,包含一刀具本体及一舍弃式刀片,刀具本体与舍弃式刀片通过螺丝锁固,该刀具本体的刀径上环设有多个刀座,该刀座横向贯穿刀具本体,该刀座具有一刀座面及一壁缘,该刀座面上至少设有一弧形槽,该刀座面设有螺孔;该舍弃式刀片,设置于刀具本体的刀座上,该舍弃式刀片设有一贯穿的螺丝孔,该舍弃式刀片的顶面及底面设有凸起的弧形凸块,该弧形凸块与刀座面上所设的弧形槽对应。
所述刀座面上所设的弧形槽及舍弃式刀片所设的弧形凸块的数量依刀具的宽幅设定。
所述刀座的壁缘设有一方形槽孔,该方形状的槽孔两侧设有倒角,该两侧倒角形成一V形槽, V形舍弃式刀片的一端容置入内。
所述舍弃式刀片的顶面及底面设有锥形凸块,该刀座设有锥形孔。
所述刀座面上所设的弧形槽设于车床切断刀的刀座上。
采用上述结构后,本发明舍弃式铣刀的舍弃式刀片设有弧形凸块,且与刀座上的弧形槽对应,该舍弃式刀片置放于刀座上时,藉由弧形槽的导引使舍弃式刀片的弧形凸块快速滑入而达到快速定位的功能,且该弧形凸块与弧形槽非常精确地贴合着,舍弃式刀片与刀座在垂直方向具有双面拘束的功效,水平方向的自由度亦受到拘束,搭配螺丝的锁固而能使舍弃式刀片与刀座紧密锁固一起,提升铣刀的刚性,切削时不致于会发生振动现象,改变习用舍弃式刀片需一下一上间隔设置的设计,使得舍弃式刀片的数量(暨铣刀的切刃数量)相对增加,提升铣刀的切削效率。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本发明舍弃式铣刀结构,包含一刀具本体10及一舍弃式刀片20,藉由螺丝30锁固,其中:
该刀具本体10的刀径上环设有多个刀座11,该刀座11横向贯穿刀具本体10,该刀座11具有一刀座面111及一壁缘112,该刀座面111上至少设有一弧形槽113,该刀座面111设有螺孔114。
一舍弃式刀片20,其设置于刀具本体10的刀座11上,该舍弃式刀片20设有一贯穿的螺丝孔21,该螺丝孔21的两端都设有沉头孔211,并由螺丝30将该舍弃式刀片20锁固于刀具本体10,该舍弃式刀片20的顶面221及底面222各设有一凸起的弧形凸块23,该两面凸起的弧形凸块23与刀座面111上所设的弧形槽113对应。
请参阅图1、图2所示,本发明的舍弃式刀片20设有弧形凸块23,且与刀座11上的弧形槽113对应,该舍弃式刀片20置放于刀座11上时,藉由弧形槽113的导引使舍弃式刀片20的弧形凸块23快速滑入而达到快速定位的功能。
请参阅图1、图2所示,该弧形凸块23与弧形槽113非常精确地贴合着,同时该舍弃式刀片20的顶面221(或是底面222)与刀座面111亦是非常精确地相互贴合着,垂直方向的拘束可藉由舍弃式刀片20的顶面221(或是底面222)与刀座11的刀座面111相互拘束以及舍弃式刀片20的弧形凸块23与刀座11上的弧形槽113相互拘束,在垂直方向受到双面拘束的功效;此外,请参阅图3所示,该舍弃式刀片20的弧形凸块23与刀座11上的弧形槽113为弧形面接触,在接触面上会有水平及垂直分力,因此在水平及垂直方向皆相互拘束,使得该舍弃式刀片20在水平方向的自由度受到拘束,同时藉由螺丝30的锁固(如图2所示),该舍弃式刀片20与刀座11紧密锁固一起,在水平方向自由度的拘束更为加强且达到双轴向拘束;因此当舍弃式刀片20承受切削力时,不致于会发生移动、振动的现象。
请参阅图4所示,该舍弃式刀片20承受切削力F时,水平分力FX将会受到刀座11的壁缘112所抵靠,在垂直分力FY则由刀座面111所抵靠。
藉由前述,该舍弃式刀片20在三轴向的自由度完全受到拘束,使得该舍弃式刀片20与刀座11达到紧密地锁固,使得切削应力的传递更为顺畅,提升刀具的稳定性。
请参阅图5、图6所示,本发明应用于T型铣刀及侧铣刀的应用实施例,该T型铣刀及侧铣刀的刀座不需设有两个壁缘,故舍弃式刀片20的宽度可以完全延伸至刀座11的宽度,甚至依槽宽的需要而加宽舍弃式刀片20的宽度,如图7所示,为T型铣刀加宽的实施例,该舍弃式刀片20及刀座11皆同步加宽,且该舍弃式刀片20设有适当数量的弧形凸块23,本实施例设为两个,且刀座11上亦需设有相对数量的弧形槽113,藉以增加该舍弃式刀片20所承受的切削力,提升切削能力。
请参阅图8所示,本发明应用于V型铣刀的实施例,该V型铣刀40的刀座41末端是为V形状,与V形状的舍弃式刀片20一致,该刀座41的壁缘42设有一槽孔421,该方形状的槽孔421的两侧设有倒角422,该两侧的倒角422形成一V形槽423,该V形槽423的角度正合为该V型舍弃式刀片20的角度,使得该舍弃式刀片20的一端得以容身置入V形槽423内,同时藉由该V形槽423定位住该舍弃式刀片20,并搭配刀座41的弧形槽411、舍弃式刀片20的弧形凸块23及配合螺丝30的锁固,得以将该舍弃式刀片20稳固地与V形侧铣刀40锁固在一起。
请参阅图9所示,本发明应用于车床切断刀的实施例,切断刀70的刀座71具有单一壁缘710的特性,与侧铣刀及T型铣刀的刀座相同,于该刀座71设一弧形槽711以及一螺孔712,并由一螺丝30锁固舍弃式刀片20;该车床用切断刀70的刀座71藉由弧形槽711的设置,与T形铣刀及侧铣刀相同,在垂直方向受到双面拘束的功效,以及该舍弃式刀片20的弧形凸块23与刀座71上的弧形槽711为弧形面的接触,在水平及垂直方向皆相互拘束,使得该舍弃式刀片20在水平方向的自由度受到拘束,并藉由螺丝30的锁固,该舍弃式刀片20与刀座71紧密锁固一起,在水平方向自由度的拘束更为加强且达到双轴向的拘束,因此当舍弃式刀片20承受切削力时,不致于会发生移动、振动的现象。
请参阅图10所示,本发明锥形凸块的实施例,本发明舍弃式刀片20的顶面221及底面222各设有一锥形状的锥形凸块231,该刀座11设有一锥形孔114,该锥形凸块231得以置入刀座11的锥形孔114内,搭配螺丝30的锁固,使得该舍弃式刀片20与刀座11达到紧密地锁固,舍弃式刀片20在三轴向的自由度同样能够完全受到拘束的功效。
藉由上述说明,本发明舍弃式刀片的顶面及底面各设有一凸起的弧形凸块,该两面凸起的弧形凸块与刀座面上所设的弧形槽对应的结构设计,改变传统舍弃式铣刀结构设计,铣刀的刀座无需设为两个壁缘,舍弃式刀片无需一下一上地间隔设置,因此铣刀的刀刃数量得以增加,并能与焊刃式T型铣刀或是焊刃式侧铣刀的刀刃数量相同,因此舍弃式刀片数量增加,铣削的切削速度及进给速率得以相对增加,切削效率相对得以有效提升,经济效益达到最大效能,此一结构设计乃为刀具业界首创。
上述实施例和图式并非限定本发明的产品形态和式样,任何所属技术领域的普通技术人员对其所做的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
Claims (4)
1.一种舍弃式铣刀结构,包含一刀具本体及一V形的舍弃式刀片,刀具本体与舍弃式刀片通过螺丝锁固,其特征在于:
该刀具本体的刀径上环设有多个刀座,该刀座横向贯穿刀具本体,该刀座具有一刀座面及一壁缘,该刀座面上至少设有一弧形槽,该刀座面设有螺孔,所述刀座的壁缘设有一方形状的槽孔,该方形状的槽孔两侧设有倒角,该两侧倒角形成一V形槽, V形舍弃式刀片的一端容置入内;
该舍弃式刀片,设置于刀具本体的刀座上,该舍弃式刀片设有一贯穿的螺丝孔,该舍弃式刀片的顶面及底面设有凸起的弧形凸块,该弧形凸块与刀座面上所设的弧形槽对应。
2.如权利要求1所述的舍弃式铣刀结构,其特征在于:所述刀座面上所设的弧形槽及舍弃式刀片所设的弧形凸块的数量依刀具的宽幅设定。
3.如权利要求1所述的舍弃式铣刀结构,其特征在于:所述舍弃式刀片的顶面及底面设有锥形凸块,该刀座设有锥形孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的舍弃式铣刀结构,其特征在于:所述刀座面上所设的弧形槽设于车床切断刀的刀座上。
