发明背景

本发明基于钢罐组合提供配方与容器兼容性,钢罐具内部表面,该表面至少与储存的组合物接触,内衬可以是有机涂层或聚合物层压,或镀锡(镀锡层),且内衬配备在该镀锡层之上,且配方包括:一个或多个表面活性剂,其中,表面活性剂为至少一个非离子型表面活性剂或是至少一个非离子型表面活性剂和至少一个阳离子表面活性剂的混合物;至少一个压缩气体推进剂;至少一个腐蚀抑制剂;至少一个pH值调节剂;选择性的至少一个溶剂,其中溶剂为醇类和/或二醇类化合物;选择性的至少一个缓冲剂;和选择性的至少一个防腐剂,其中,配方具有8-10的pH值,优选是8.5-9.5。商业上,用于处理空气或织物的气溶胶组合物为单相气溶胶配方,通常挥发性有机物含量(VOC)为30%,甚至更高。本发明的配方优选是VOC为0-6%,更优选是0.5-5.5%,甚至更优选是VOC小于或等于0.1%,且最优选是0%。当在此涉及本发明的配方的VOC水平时,应理解,该VOC百分比不包括配方的芳香剂成分的VOC,其可能具有2%的VOC。在此所述的“芳香剂或芳香剂成分”应理解为包含合成香料物质或合成香料物质的混合物、天然精油、或温度为20℃不超过2mm汞柱的结合蒸汽压的其他功能性成分,且目的在于传递气味或味道,或是去除臭气。
压缩气体推进剂可含氧或非含氧。但是,优选是,压缩气体推进剂非含氧,例如,氮气或氩气,由于氧气(类似空气)的存在可能会增加腐蚀和腐蚀反应的可能性。腐蚀/腐蚀反应以及其他氧化反应也会影响芳香剂稳定性。例如,溶解的氧气在制造过程中没有去除时可能会以制品的液相存在,会破坏配方成分或使其氧化。因此,提供非含氧或惰性压缩气体可在这种情况下进一步增加稳定性。
发明的具体说明
本发明提供一种水性压缩气体配方和具有内衬的钢罐的兼容组合,并选择性镀锡,来提供气溶胶制品。特别是,本说明中所提出的水性压缩气体配方适合在空气和/或织物处理配方的组合中使用。就它色而言,而言,空气和/或织物处理配方包括芳香剂,具有稳定的特性(气味),以及保持色泽稳定的配方。由于容器和配方之间的pH范围和兼容性,利用芳香剂成分中的较大的灵活性从而提供较宽的芳香剂托盘,即气味含量和的类型,用来纳入配方中。进一步,与缺乏创造性的组合相比,配方中包含的腐蚀抑制剂具有温和的强度以及使用较少数量。特别是,本发明配方的碱性(pH值),成分的选择及其浓度,不会像一些常规系统促使芳香剂分子之间的亲核型化学反应,例如含多用途的腐蚀抑制剂/pH值调节剂/缓冲剂剂硼酸钠的配方,具有9.2的pKa,会与芳香组合物产生积极反应,并导致更高的pH值。本发明的组合或系统可使压缩气体气溶胶水性空气和/或织物处理组合物具有耐腐蚀性、配方稳定性、色泽稳定性、和芳香剂稳定性。通常配方的高水性含量会导致钢罐容器的腐蚀,为解决该腐蚀性,一般在空气或织物处理配方中加入较高强度(基于性质和/或含量)的腐蚀抑制剂,从而导致较高的配方pH值,例如,硼酸的情况下大于9或10。其严重地限制了在基于腐蚀抑制剂的类型/含量和较高碱性pH值的配方中作为包含物的芳香剂含量和性质。本发明则克服了上述不利因素。
适用于分配本发明组合中气溶胶组合物的具有内衬的钢罐,可不镀锡(镀锡层)或是被镀锡,在市场上被销售,例如Crown Cork&Seal、Ball Corporation、Bway、DSContainer、Sexton Can、Colep、Simsek、Impress&Sarten、Inesa、Comeca、Huata&Cofco、MMI、Metcan、Swan、Canpac以及Aesta。钢罐被构造成用于分配气溶胶组合物,并包括分配盖、主体、和基座。钢罐的内表面上具有内衬,或是内衬上可镀锡。优选是,罐为三片式钢罐,但也可以是两片式钢罐。
优选是,钢罐的内表面衬有有机涂层或聚合物层压,且当选择性镀锡(涂层)时,将内衬配备在镀锡层之上。聚合物内衬可由具不同化学性质的材料构成,用来作为金属表面上的内涂层,例如,环氧尿素、环氧树脂、环氧树脂酚、乙烯基、酰胺亚胺、丙烯酸、环氧树脂乙烯基、醇酸等。优选是,内衬材料为环氧尿素,例如,市场上销售的Valspar公司制造的VALSPAR20S5。内衬可具有厚度,约为1-12微米的范围或更大。
用于分散气溶胶的钢罐中包含的配方,优选是压缩气体推进剂系统。压缩气体气溶胶通常具有较高的粒度,例如平均约为30μm-200μm(μm=千分尺=微米)的范围,且相应地,与液化石油气(LPG)气溶胶相比,可具有更高的粒子脱落。因此,当压缩气体配方不稳定导致配方变色时,粒子脱落对于用户来说可更具可见性,特别在白色或浅色表面上,以及在类似织物的柔软表面上。稳定的压缩气体配方颜色清晰或较淡。不稳定的压缩气体配方会变至深黄色成为褐色液体,从而可使配方粒子脱落时降落的表面变色。
空气和/或织物处理配方与具内衬、选择性镀锡的钢罐相结合,并具有预定的pH值;定义的表面活性剂;和特定浓度的腐蚀抑制剂,其与常规的压缩气体气溶胶相比,含量较少。所实现的压缩气体配方的稳定性可使配方中使用的芳香的含量和特征具有较宽的范围。与具高碱性pH值或较强腐蚀抑制剂的配方相比(或是腐蚀抑制剂的性质/含量),芳香和颜色的稳定性可增加使用时间。
以下,表1中示出优选的空气或织物处理配方。

表1中整个组合物的重量百分比(wt.%)以及说明书和权利要求中所使用的重量百分比是基于100wt.%。材料的的重量百分比是基于整个材料的重量百分比,而不是单纯地基于材料的活性物。
水成分为载体溶剂并可以是去离子水,反渗水、蒸馏水、自来水等。优选是去离子水和反渗水。通常,水的含量大于80wt.%但小于100wt.%。优选是,水含量如表1中所述。更优选是,水含量约为90-99wt.%,最优选是,含量约为92-97.5 wt.%。
配方中包含的表面活性剂被限制为非离子型表面活性剂,或是非离子型表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂的混合物。在本发明的配方中只有阳离子表面活性剂是不足以实现此所述的优点的。在本发明的压缩气体空气处理配方中,排除阴离子的、两性的、以及两性离子的表面活性剂的使用,该表面活性剂更具腐蚀作用。表面活性剂成分可以是一个或多个表面活性剂并可包括至少一个非离子型表面活性剂,或是至少一个非离子型表面活性剂和至少一个阳离子表面活性剂的混合物。
用于空气处理配方的合适的非离子型表面活性剂包括:聚烷氧基化的氢化蓖麻油,优选是聚乙氧基化的氢化蓖麻油,例如TAGATCH60(60个环氧乙烷(EO)单元)、TAGATCH40(40个EO单元);氢化的蓖麻油和乙氧基蓖麻油的混和物,例如EUMULGINHPS(40个EO单元);仲醇聚氧乙烯醚,例如TERGITOL商标的TERGITOL 15S-12和TERGITOL 15S-7表面活性剂;乙氧基线性醇,例如LUTENSOL商标的LUTENSOLA08(8个EO单元);山梨醇单油酸酯;聚氧乙烯山梨醇单油酸酯;聚氧乙烯山梨醇月桂酸酯;烷基多糖苷;聚氧化乙烯/聚环氧丙烷;烷基酚乙氧基羧酸盐醇;以及上述混合物,但并不局限于此。
如表1中所示出的,至少一个非离子型表面活性剂的含量范围,优选是约为0.5-2.0wt.%,更优选是约为0.5-1.0wt.%,且最优选是约为0.5-0.8wt.%。
适合包含在压缩气体空气处理配方中的阳离子表面活性剂包括:季铵盐、聚氧乙烯烷基、脂环胺、以及上述混合物,但并不局限于此。
至少一个阳离子表面活性剂的含量范围,优选是约0-3.0wt.%,更优选是约0-1.0wt.%。如上所述,阳离子表面活性剂用来与非离子型表面活性剂相结合使用,不作为单独的表面活性剂。
适合包含在压缩气体空气和/或织物处理配方中的芳香剂可以是天然或合成的芳香剂,基于单个成分或是成分的组合物。可使用各种芳香剂制造商在市场上销售的芳香剂,例如Takasago,International Flavors、Fragrances,Inc.,Quest,Firmenich,Givaudan,Symrise等公司的产品。
如表1中示出的芳香剂的含量范围,优选是约0.1-2.0wt.%,更优选是约0.3-1.0wt.%。
压缩气体推进剂可以是任何通常已知的合适的压缩气体推进剂,可含氧或非含氧,包括氮、氩、甲烷、乙烷、空气、一氧化二氮、二氧化碳、或上述混合物,但并不局限于此。优选是,使用的压缩气体推进剂为惰性且不含有氧。例如在空气中的氧可增加腐蚀和腐蚀反应的机会。进一步,氧化反应影响芳香剂的稳定性。因此,当压缩空气推进剂上没有限制时,优选是压缩气体推进剂为惰性介质且其中不含氧气。
如表1中所示出的压缩气体推进剂的含量范围,优选是约0.5-2.0wt.%,更优选是约0.5-1.0wt.%。压缩气体推进剂在约120-160磅/平方英寸的表压力下被加压,优选是约130-150磅/平方英寸,更优选是约132-142磅/平方英寸。
适合包含在压缩气体空气处理配方中的腐蚀抑制剂可以是磷酸盐,例如磷酸二氢钾、磷酸氢钾、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸钾(一价的或二元的)、磷酸钠(一价的或二元);亚硝酸盐,例如亚硝酸钠、亚硝酸钾、和亚硝酸铵;氨甲基丙醇;和/或硅酸盐,例如硅酸钠,但不局限于此。
如表1中所示出的腐蚀抑制剂的含量范围,优选是约0.01-0.5wt.%,且更优选是约0.1-0.4wt.%。
适合使用的非水溶剂可包括醇类和二醇类。适合使用的醇类以及乙二醇非水溶剂的例子包括:烯属烃二醇类,例如丙二醇和三甘醇;低碳链(例如C2-C5)乙醇,例如乙醇和丙醇,但不局限于此。
如表1中所示出的非水溶剂的含量范围,即,优选是约0-6.0wt.%,更优选是约0.1-5.0wt.%。最优选是非水溶剂的含量小于或等于0.1wt.%,从而使配方具有较低的VOC或是没有VOC。
作为pH值调节剂或控制剂,适合包含在压缩气体空气和/或织物处理配方中的化合物包括:碳酸盐,例如碳酸钠;硅酸盐,例如五水偏硅酸钠(可提供pH值调节剂和腐蚀抑制剂的双重功能);磷酸盐,例如磷酸二钠和磷酸氢二钾;氢氧化物,例如氢氧化钠;氢氧化铵;氨丁三醇-三羟甲基氨基甲烷-(羟甲基)氨基乙烷;2-氨基-2-甲基-丙二醇;以及类似等,但不局限于此。
使用足够含量的pH值调节剂可获取理想的约8-10的pH值范围,优选是约8.5-9.5的pH值范围,且更优选是约8.5-9.0的pH值范围。
适合包含在压缩气体空气处理配方中的缓冲剂化合物包括:碳酸氢盐,类似碳酸氢钠;磷酸盐;氢氧化铵;氨丁三醇-三羟甲基氨基甲烷-(羟甲基)氨基乙烷;2-氨基-2-甲基-丙二醇;以及类似等。在此,一些已知的pH缓冲剂,类似磷酸盐、碳酸盐、氢氧化铵、氨丁三醇-三羟甲基氨基甲烷-(羟甲基)氨基乙烷、以及2-氨基-2-甲基-丙二醇,将提供腐蚀抑制剂、pH值调节剂、和缓冲剂的多用途功能。在这种情况下,可使用一个材料或材料组合来实现上述功能,且数量可根据本发明的范围被调节。
如表1中所示出的缓冲剂的含量范围,优选是约0.01-0.5wt.%,且更优选是约0.1-0.4wt.%。
适合包含在压缩气体空气处理配方中的防腐剂可包括异噻唑啉酮,例如1,2,-苯并异噻唑-3(2H)-酮和2-甲基异噻唑-3(2H)-酮,作为混合物以ACTICIDE MB品牌销售于市场;2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉酮-3-酮,以NEOLONEM-10品牌销售于市场;以及2-甲基-2H-异噻唑-3-酮和3-碘-2-丙炔基-氨基甲酸丁酯,作为混合物以ACTICIDE IM品牌销售于市场,但不局限于此。
如表1中所示出的防腐剂的含量范围,优选是约0.01-1.0wt.%,更优选是约0.01-0.5 wt.%,且最优选是约0.05-0.2wt.%。
在本发明中,腐蚀抑制剂成分的浓度、pH值调节剂成分、以及提供缓冲剂成分和防腐剂成分的组合时,有助于实现本发明的优势。特别是,当含量较小时,这些成分可发挥其功能,从而可使芳香剂和配方的颜色更具稳定性,防止不利的相互作用或故障。可添加本技术领域已知的助剂,只要确定其不会破坏在此所述的配方执行/容器优势。配方中的整个基本的磷酸盐水平为0.05%(每罐的填充量为227克)。
以下示出本发明的压缩气体空气处理配方的例子。
实施例1-4中的每个配方被包含在镀锡的三片式钢罐中,且钢罐中可衬有VALSPAR20S55,其为环氧尿素内衬。

Claims (11)

1.一种气溶胶制品,包括以下组成:
(a)具气溶胶分配盖、主体、和基座的钢罐,其中,所述钢罐具有内表面,其上配有内衬和选择性镀锡层,当配有所述镀锡层时,将所述内衬配备在所述镀锡层之上;和
(b)组合物,包含
(i)水,含量为80-97.5wt%,
(ii)压缩气体推进剂,含量为0.5-2wt.%,
(iii)芳香剂成分,含量为0.1-2wt.%,
(iv)pH值调节剂,含量足以使所述组合物具有8-9.5的pH值,
(v)腐蚀抑制剂,含量为0.01-0.5wt.%,其中,所述腐蚀抑制剂的成分为一个或多个磷酸盐,
(vi)表面活性剂成分,为(1)至少一个非离子型表面活性剂或(2)至少一个非离子型表面活性剂和至少一个阳离子表面活性剂的混合物,含量为0.5-2wt.%,
(vii)选择性溶剂,从醇类和二醇类所组成的组中被选出,含量为0.1-6wt.%,
(viii)选择性缓冲剂成分,含量为0.01-0.5wt.%,
(ix)选择性防腐剂成分,含量为0.01-1.0wt.%,
其中,所述组合物被包含在所述钢罐中,且
其中,所述组合物不含阴离子的、两性的、以及两性离子的表面活性剂,
其中,所述内衬包含环氧尿素,
其中,所述pH值调节剂是碳酸盐和/或硅酸盐,
其中,所述压缩气体推进剂为氮气或氩气。
2.如权利要求1所述的制品,其中,所述pH值为8.5-9.5。
3.如权利要求1所述的制品,其中,所述制品具有范围为0.1-5.5%的挥发性有机物含量。
4.如权利要求1所述的制品,其中,所述制品具有等于或小于0.1%的挥发性有机物含量。
5.如权利要求1所述的制品,其中,所述表面活性剂成分由所述至少一个非离子型表面活性剂组成。
6.一种气溶胶制品,包括:
(a)具气溶胶分配盖、主体、和基座的钢罐,其中,所述钢罐具有内表面,其上配有内衬和选择性镀锡层,当配有所述镀锡层时,将所述内衬配备在所述镀锡层之上;和
(b)组合物,包含
(i)水,含量为90-97.5wt.%,
(ii)压缩气体推进剂,为不含氧的气体,含量小于1wt.%,
(iii)芳香剂成分,含量为0.1-2wt.%,
(iv)pH值调节剂,含量足以使所述组合物具有8-9.5的pH值,
(v)腐蚀抑制剂,含量小于0.4wt.%,其中,所述腐蚀抑制剂为一个或多个磷酸盐,
(vi)表面活性剂成分,为(1)至少一个非离子型表面活性剂或(2)至少一个非离子型表面活性剂和至少一个阳离子表面活性剂的混合物,含量为0.5-2wt.%,
(vii)溶剂,从C1-4醇类和C1-3亚烃基二醇类、或上述混合物所组成的组中被选出,所述溶剂的含量为0.1-6wt.%,
(viii)缓冲剂成分,含量为0.01-0.5wt.%,
(ix)防腐剂成分,含量为0.01-1.0wt.%,
其中,所述组合物被包含在所述钢罐中,且
其中,所述组合物不含阴离子的、两性的、以及两性离子的表面活性剂,
其中,所述内衬包含环氧尿素,
其中,所述pH值调节剂是碳酸盐和/或硅酸盐,
其中,所述压缩气体推进剂为氮气或氩气。
7.如权利要求6所述的制品,其中,所述表面活性剂成分由所述至少一个非离子型表面活性剂组成。
8.如权利要求7所述的制品,其中,所述至少一个非离子型表面活性剂为一个或多个二次烷氧基化的乙醇和/或聚烷氧基化的氢化蓖麻油。
9.如权利要求6所述的制品,其中,所述缓冲剂成分为碱金属碳酸氢盐或磷酸盐。
10.如权利要求6所述的制品,其中,所述溶剂为丙二醇。
11.如权利要求6所述的制品,其中,所述组合物具有等于或小于0.1%的挥发性有机物含量。
