Abstract

一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,由下述重量份的原料组成:包括200份含羟基的小分子染料、70份丙酮、105-170份多异氰酸酯单体、4-6份小分子多元醇、12-14份二羟甲基丙酸、9-11份三乙胺、700份去离子水和7-11份二元胺。产品的制备方法是:先将含羟基的小分子染料用丙酮溶解;加入多异氰酸酯单体,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入小分子多元醇和二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入去离子水、乳化,加二元胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得最终产品,制备的染料包括红、蓝、棕、黑、黄5个基本色。本发明涉及方法制备的染料色浓度高、用量小、耐迁移,可用于聚氨酯着色。

一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子染料领域,涉及一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料及其制备方法。
背景技术
CN102746714A提供了耐迁移皮革染料的制备方法和CN102924682提供了彩色聚氨酯乳液的制备方法,这些制备方法中均使用了含羟基聚合物(包括聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇),因而制备的聚氨酯型高分子染料中,染料的含量低,色浓度不高,添加量大。
为提高色浓度,本发明采用含羟基的小分子染料与多异氰酸酯单体直接聚合合成聚氨酯,不使用含羟基聚合物,提高了小分子染料在成品及固成分中的含量。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,包括红、蓝、棕、黑、黄5个基本色。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料的制备方法。
本发明所述的一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,产品由下述重量份的原料组成:包括200份含羟基的小分子染料、70份丙酮、105-170份多异氰酸酯单体、4-6份小分子多元醇、12-14份二羟甲基丙酸、9-11份三乙胺、700份去离子水和7-11份二元胺。
含羟基的小分子染料分别为分散红5(CAS:3769-57-1)、分散蓝7(CAS:3179-90-6)、分散棕1(CAS:12236-00-9)和分散黑4(CAS:6054-50-8),分别对应红、蓝、棕、黑4个基本色。
含羟基的小分子染料为1,5-二(3-羟丙氧基)蒽醌,为黄色,其结构式如下:
该化合物的制取方法可控,参考“染色与染料[J],2011,48(2),”38-40,或采用如下方法:
将3gKOH、50mLDMSO和45mL1,3-丙二醇和5g1,5-二氯蒽醌加入反应器,升温至100℃-105℃,反应15h。停止加热,降至室温,加入500mL去离子水,搅拌后静置,过滤、水洗、干燥,用氯仿/丙酮(重量比例8∶2)重结晶提纯。
多异氰酸酯单体是甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)中的一种或任何几种。
小分子多元醇是1,4-丁二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、1,3-丙二醇中的一种或任何几种。
二元胺是乙二胺或丙二胺。
本发明一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料的制备方法为:先将含羟基的小分子染料用丙酮溶解;加入多异氰酸酯单体,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入小分子多元醇和二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入去离子水、乳化,加二元胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得最终产品。
本发明技术方案实现的有益效果:
按本发明所述的配方和制备方法,制备的高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其小分子染料在成品中的含量不低于17%,在聚氨酯固成分中的含量不低于49%,大大提高了色浓度。且具有较好的耐迁移性,变色和灰色样卡比对达到5级,粘色和灰色样卡比对达到5级
具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
先将200g分散红5用70g丙酮溶解;加入111gIPDI,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入5g1,4-丁二醇和12g二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入9.1g三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入700g去离子水、乳化,加10.5g乙二胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得红色高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料。
实施例2
先将200g含分散蓝7用70g丙酮溶解;加入122gTDI,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入4g1,4-丁二醇和13g二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入9.8g三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入700g去离子水、乳化,加10.7g丙二胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得蓝色高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料。
实施例3
先将200g分散棕1用70g丙酮溶解;加入125gMDI,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入5g1,3-丙二醇和12g二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入9.1g三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入700g去离子水、乳化,加7g乙二胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得棕色高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料。
实施例4
先将200g分散黑4用70g丙酮溶解;加入130gTDI和35gMDI,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入4g1,4-丁二醇和14g二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入10.6g三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入700g去离子水、乳化,加8.5g乙二胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得黑色高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料。
实施例5
先将200g1,5-二(3-羟丙氧基)蒽醌用70g丙酮溶解;加入135gTDI和30gMDI,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入6g三羟甲基丙烷和12g二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入9g三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入700g去离子水、乳化,加10.8g丙二胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得黄色高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料。
将上述实施例制得的制备的高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其小分子染料在成品中的含量不低于17%,在聚氨酯固成分中的含量不低于49%。经测定,本发明中的高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料的变色和灰色样卡比对达到5级,粘色和灰色样卡比对达到5级。
除以上5个基本颜色外,其他颜色可通过调色获得。

Claims (7)

1.一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其特征是包括下述重量份的原料组成:200份含羟基的小分子染料、70份丙酮、105-170份多异氰酸酯单体、4-6份小分子多元醇、12-14份二羟甲基丙酸、9-11份三乙胺、700份去离子水和7-11份二元胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其特征是所述的含羟基的小分子染料分别为分散红5、分散蓝7、分散棕1和分散黑4。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其特征是所述的含羟基的小分子染料为1,5-二(3-羟丙氧基)蒽醌,其结构式如下:
呈黄色。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其特征是所述的多异氰酸酯单体是TDI、MDI和IPDI中的一种或任何几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其特征是所述的小分子多元醇是1,4-丁二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、1,3-丙二醇中的一种或任何几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料,其特征是所述的二元胺是乙二胺或丙二胺。
7.制取权利要求1-6所述的一组高色浓度耐迁移水性聚氨酯型染料的制备方法,先将含羟基的小分子染料用丙酮溶解;加入多异氰酸酯单体,在70℃-80℃下反应1.5h;加入小分子多元醇和二羟甲基丙酸,在80℃下反应3h;加入三乙胺中和;冷却至40℃,加入去离子水、乳化,加二元胺扩链,并搅拌均匀,获得最终产品。
