技术领域
本发明涉及一种玫瑰鲜活水及其制备方法与应用,属于食品、保健品和化妆品领域。
背景技术
玫瑰花性温、味甘,有理气解郁、和血散淤,消肿止痛、舒肝解郁、降脂减肥、润肤养颜美容之功效,能清暑热、解烦渴、醒脾益胃及止血收敛。玫瑰花除富含红色素、黄色素和β--胡萝卜素等天然色素外,还富含芳樟醇、顺式玫瑰醚和反式玫瑰醚等多种芳香类的醚、醇、酚、酯、醛、脂肪油、环肽、蛋白酶、多酚抗氧化物、有机酸等有益美容的物质。长期食用玫瑰花,使人拥有清新体香,改善乾燥、硬化或敏感皮肤,和血、理气平肝,促进血液循环,使肤色红润、美丽、年轻化的效果。
然而,目前,世界上通行的从芳香类植物提取活性物质,例如从玫瑰花中提取玫瑰花提取物的方法,大体有三种:第一种,也是本领域最常使用的方法是“水煮法”,将新鲜的玫瑰花装入蒸馏釜,加入一定比例的水,釜底通入蒸汽加热至釜中的水沸腾,花中的芳香物质与水蒸汽一起蒸发,由导管导入冷凝器中冷却。水煮法存在的主要问题是,长时间高温蒸煮,使得玫瑰花的芳香醇酯发生变异,所提取的活性物质,没有鲜花的天然香气,而是浓香刺鼻,气味不纯,生产过程中,设备多,能耗大,操作人员多,效率低,残液残渣污染排放量大,需消耗大量蒸汽和冷却水;第二种是“溶剂萃取法”,采用有机溶剂,如酒精、乙醚或液态丁烷等,将有机溶剂反复淋洒在新鲜玫瑰花上,将花中的芳香物质溶入有机溶剂中,然后采用低温蒸馏的方法,提取玫瑰花中的芳香物质。溶剂萃取法存在的主要问题是,设备、工艺复杂,也需消耗蒸汽和冷却水,由于使用有机溶剂,投入大,产量低,且易对活性物质造成污染,出油率低,分离出的活性物质不纯;第三种是“二氧化碳超临界萃取法”,萃取过程是利用CO2在低温临界环境中,将玫瑰花中的芳香物质萃取出来,该工艺适应玫瑰花的低温芳香特性,萃取的活性物质,香味纯正,与鲜花非常相似。二氧化碳超临界萃取法的主要问题是,设备、工艺非常复杂,加工能力低,设备投资昂贵,也存在废渣排放污染环境,目前该法仅处于实验室阶段,尚无企业采用此法批量生产的先例。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玫瑰鲜活水及其制备方法与应用。本发明的制备方法简单易行,不含有机溶剂,不含添加剂,安全;本发明玫瑰鲜活水能应用于食品、保健品和化妆品的制备中。
本发明提供的玫瑰鲜活水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将玫瑰花置于反应器中,抽真空;然后减压蒸馏,收集冷凝液,即得到玫瑰鲜活水。
上述的方法中,所述减压蒸馏的温度为60~80℃,具体可为60℃、65℃或80℃;
所述减压蒸馏的时间为1~2h,具体可为1h、1.2h或1~1.2h。
上述的方法中,所述减压蒸馏的真空度为60~100Pa,具体可为60Pa、80Pa或100Pa;
所述反应器为旋转蒸发仪。
本发明还提供了上述玫瑰鲜活水的制备方法制备的玫瑰鲜活水。
本发明中,所述玫瑰花可为玫瑰花朵和/或玫瑰花蕾。
本发明还提供了所述玫瑰鲜活水在制备具有下述至少一种功能的产品中的应用:
1)美白;
2)抗衰老;
3)清除自由基;
4)抑制酪氨酸酶。
上述的应用中,所述产品为化妆品、食品和保健品中的至少一种;
所述化妆品为面膜、精华液、爽肤水和柔肤水中的任一种。
本发明进一步提供具有下述至少一种功能的产品,该产品的活性成分为所述玫瑰鲜活水:
1)美白;
2)抗衰老;
3)清除自由基;
4)抑制酪氨酸酶。
上述的产品中,所述产品为化妆品、食品和保健品中的至少一种;
所述化妆品为面膜、精华液、爽肤水和柔肤水中的任一种。
上述的产品中,所述玫瑰鲜活水在所述产品中的添加的质量百分含量为1%~100%。
本发明所述玫瑰鲜活水在如下具体的食品或保健品应用:
1、直接作为食品中饮品的活性成分,长期饮用可增加皮肤活力、祛色斑、疏肝理气、活血化瘀的功效;
2、加入纯奶饮用,可达到香体、祛色斑、疏肝理气、活血化瘀的功效;
3、利用本发明玫瑰鲜活水,可与其它酒水配合,制作玫瑰露酒,能有效提高玫瑰露酒中的有益人体健康的微量元素,特别是锶、偏硅酸的含量;作为补品酒,效果更好;
4、足浴:玫瑰鲜活水与水混合(具体质量比可为1:100),可以每晚泡脚,具有美白、嫩肤的功效;
5、可作为面膜、精华液、爽肤水和柔肤水中至少一种的配料,作用在皮肤上,能有效提供身体所需要的十几种有益人体健康的元素;能美白、抗衰老和清除自由基。
本发明的制备方法简单易行,不含有机溶剂,不含添加剂,安全;本发明采用天然原料制备,不加任何色素香料,符合绿色食品、保健品和化妆品的要求,其活性成分丰富,抗氧化活性强,美白功效好,能充分起到保健、美容作用,提高肌体免疫力,能在食品、保健品和化妆品中应用。

具体实施方式
下述实施例中所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1、玫瑰鲜活水的制备
本发明由以下重量的原料制成:玫瑰鲜花蕾1公斤,按照以下工艺进行:
将玫瑰鲜花蕾放入旋转蒸发仪中,抽真空(真空度为80Pa),65℃,减压蒸馏1小时,获得0.68公斤的玫瑰鲜活水。
将本发明玫瑰鲜活消毒灭菌:通过紫外线消毒灭菌后储存于不锈钢容器或者可食用塑料容器中,避光、低温、密封保存。
实施例2、玫瑰鲜活水的制备
本发明由以下重量的原料制成:玫瑰鲜花朵1公斤,按照以下工艺进行:
将玫瑰鲜花朵放入旋转蒸发仪中,抽真空(真空度为60Pa),60℃,减压蒸馏1.2小时,获得0.60公斤的玫瑰鲜活水。
将本发明玫瑰鲜活消毒灭菌:通过紫外线消毒灭菌后储存于不锈钢容器或者可食用塑料容器中,避光、低温、密封保存。
实施例3、玫瑰鲜活水的制备
本发明由以下重量的原料制成:玫瑰鲜花蕾1公斤,按照以下工艺进行:
将玫瑰鲜花蕾放入旋转蒸发仪中,抽真空(真空度为100Pa),80℃,减压蒸馏1小时,获得0.70公斤的玫瑰鲜活水。
将本发明玫瑰鲜活消毒灭菌:通过紫外线消毒灭菌后储存于不锈钢容器或者可食用塑料容器中,避光、低温、密封保存。
实施例4、玫瑰鲜活水体外美白实验
对本发明实施例1-3中各个条件下获得的玫瑰鲜活水进行美白实验,体外美白实验采用抑制酪氨酸酶活性法进行测定,测定的结果如表1所示。由表1可知,本发明玫瑰鲜活水酪氨酸酶活性抑制率比对比例中普通蒸馏玫瑰水的提高了,说明本发明玫瑰鲜活水的体外美白效果提高了一倍多。

实施例5、玫瑰鲜活水体外抗氧化作用实验
本发明实施例1-3中制备的玫瑰鲜活水对DPPH自由基清除作用的测定,DPPH(1,1-disphenyl-2-picry1-hydrazy1),化学命名为1,1二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼,分子式为(C6H5)2N。-NC6H5(NO2)3,该化合物中在氮桥的一个原子上有一个未成对的价电子,而此电子的轨道运动几乎由分子结构所抵消,通常以捕获DPPH自由基作为评定抗氧化能力的指标。实施例1-3的测定结果分别如图1-3所示,汇总测定结果如表2所示。由表2可知,本发明玫瑰鲜活水DPPH自由基清除率比对比例中普通蒸馏玫瑰水DPPH自由基清除率提高,说明本发明抗氧化活性高。

实施例6、玫瑰鲜活水活性物质分析
将本发明实施例1中制备玫瑰鲜活水与对比例中普通蒸馏玫瑰水经过17O-NMR(核磁共振)、质谱检测分析,其分子团大小见表3,玫瑰鲜活水香气物质组成分析见表4,17O-NMR(核磁共振)、质谱检测图谱见图4和5。由上述的测定结果可知,本发明活性成分的组成与普通蒸馏玫瑰水活性成分明显不同,本发明玫瑰鲜活水的分子团较小,易于被生物体吸收,并且活性成分种类丰富,富含多种活性物质。

对比例1、
普通蒸馏玫瑰水的制备:使用本领域最常使用的“水煮法”,将玫瑰鲜花蕾1公斤和水放在蒸馏釜内常压加热到100~121℃至沸腾,花中的芳香物质与水蒸汽一起蒸发,由导管导入冷凝器中冷却,即制得普通蒸馏玫瑰水。
Claims (9)
1.一种玫瑰鲜活水的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将玫瑰花置于反应器中,抽真空;然后减压蒸馏,收集冷凝液,即得到玫瑰鲜活水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述减压蒸馏的温度为60~80℃;
所述减压蒸馏的时间为1~2h。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:所述减压蒸馏的真空度为60~100Pa;
所述反应器为旋转蒸发仪。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项所述玫瑰鲜活水的制备方法制备的玫瑰鲜活水。
5.权利要求4所述玫瑰鲜活水在制备具有下述至少一种功能的产品中的应用:
1)美白;
2)抗衰老;
3)清除自由基;
4)抑制酪氨酸酶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于:所述产品为化妆品、食品和保健品中的至少一种;
所述化妆品为面膜、精华液、爽肤水和柔肤水中的任一种。
7.一种具有下述至少一种功能的产品,该产品的活性成分为权利要求4所述玫瑰鲜活水:
1)美白;
2)抗衰老;
3)清除自由基;
4)抑制酪氨酸酶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的产品,其特征在于:所述产品为化妆品、食品和保健品中的至少一种;
所述化妆品为面膜、精华液、爽肤水和柔肤水中的任一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的产品,其特征在于:所述玫瑰鲜活水在所述产品中的添加的质量百分含量为1%~100%。
