Abstract

一种柱形接触式麦克风,涉及音频设备技术领域,所解决的是现有接触式麦克风装配不便的技术问题。该麦克风包括外壳,及安装在外壳内的电路板、压电陶瓷片、下级连接板、导电极环;所述外壳是一两段式柱形导电筒体,下级连接板的负信号下连接片与外壳的上筒段与下筒段结合部的台阶电气连接;导电极环的底边与下级连接板的正信号下连接片电气连接;所述压电陶瓷片插置于外壳内,压电陶瓷片的正负极分别连接下级连接板的正信号下连接片、负信号下连接片;所述电路板的正信号上连接片与导电极环的上沿电气连接;所述外壳的上沿向内弯折,并与电路板的负信号上连接片电气连接。本发明提供的麦克风,能降低企业生产成本。

柱形接触式麦克风
技术领域
本发明涉及音频设备技术,特别是涉及一种柱形接触式麦克风的技术。
背景技术
传统的麦克风大都为驻极体麦克风,这种麦克风是通过驻极体振膜将声音转换为电信号的,当环境噪声较大时,其拾音效果较差。
压电麦克风是通过压电陶瓷片将声音所产生的振动转换为电信号的,在噪声较大的环境拾音效果较好。但是,现有的压电麦克风结构较为复杂,且体积较大,装配麻烦,其加工方式与传统的驻极体麦克风区别较大,需要另行购置设备进行生产加工,这增加了麦克风制造企业的生产成本。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单、体积小,且装配方便,能降低企业生产成本的柱形接触式麦克风。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所提供的一种柱形接触式麦克风,其特征在于:包括外壳,及安装在外壳内的电路板,其特征在于:还包括压电陶瓷片;
所述外壳是一上粗下细的两段式柱形导电筒体,外壳的上筒段与下筒段的结合部形成台阶,外壳的上筒段内装有一下级连接板、一导电极环;
所述下级连接板的中心开有过孔,下级连接板的上板面边缘部固定有正信号下连接片,下级连接板的下板面边缘部固定有负信号下连接片,其中的负信号下连接片压抵住外壳的上筒段与下筒段结合部的台阶,并形成电气连接;
所述导电极环为环形导体,导电极环安装在下级连接板上,导电极环的底边压抵住下级连接板上的正信号下连接片,并形成电气连接,导电极环的外周套置有一绝缘的环形隔离环;
所述压电陶瓷片插置于外壳内,压电陶瓷片的上端穿过下级连接板的中心过孔,压电陶瓷片的正极连接下级连接板的正信号下连接片,压电陶瓷片的负极连接下级连接板的负信号下连接片;
所述电路板安装在导电极环的上端,电路板的下板面上固定有正信号上连接片,电路板的上板面上固定有负信号上连接片,其中的正信号上连接片压抵住导电极环的上沿,并形成电气连接;
所述外壳的上沿向内弯折,并压抵住电路板上的负信号上连接片,形成电气连接。
进一步的,压电陶瓷片的下端固定有配重块。
本发明提供的柱形接触式麦克风,采用了与驻极体麦克风相似的结构,且压电陶瓷片通过外壳、导电极环连接电路板,其结构简单、体积小,且装配方便,可以直接利用驻极体麦克风的生产加工设备及部分配件,能降低企业生产成本。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明对本发明的实施例作进一步详细描述,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围,本发明中的顿号均表示和的关系。
如图1-图2所示,本发明实施例所提供的一种柱形接触式麦克风,其特征在于:包括外壳,及安装在外壳内的电路板4,其特征在于:还包括压电陶瓷片2;
所述外壳是一上粗下细的两段式柱形导电筒体,外壳的上筒段11与下筒段12的结合部形成台阶13,外壳的上筒段11内装有一下级连接板3、一导电极环5;
所述下级连接板3的中心开有过孔,下级连接板3的上板面边缘部固定有正信号下连接片,下级连接板3的下板面边缘部固定有负信号下连接片,其中的负信号下连接片压抵住外壳的上筒段与下筒段结合部的台阶13,并形成电气连接;
所述导电极环5为环形导体,导电极环5安装在下级连接板3上,导电极环5的底边压抵住下级连接板3上的正信号下连接片,并形成电气连接,导电极环5的外周套置有一绝缘的环形隔离环6;
所述压电陶瓷片2插置于外壳内,压电陶瓷片2的上端穿过下级连接板3的中心过孔,压电陶瓷片2的正极连接下级连接板3的正信号下连接片,压电陶瓷片2的负极连接下级连接板3的负信号下连接片,压电陶瓷片2的下端固定有配重块21;
所述电路板4安装在导电极环5的上端,电路板4的下板面上固定有正信号上连接片,电路板4的上板面上固定有负信号上连接片,其中的正信号上连接片压抵住导电极环5的上沿,并形成电气连接;
所述外壳的上沿向内弯折,并压抵住电路板4上的负信号上连接片,形成电气连接。
本发明实施例的工作原理与传统驻极体麦克风的不同之处,在于以压电陶瓷片替代了驻极体振膜,从而实现了接触式麦克风,通过接触物体采集其振动使得压电陶瓷振动形变,从而形成电信号输出。

Claims (2)

1.一种柱形接触式麦克风,其特征在于:包括外壳,及安装在外壳内的电路板,其特征在于:还包括压电陶瓷片;
所述外壳是一上粗下细的两段式柱形导电筒体,外壳的上筒段与下筒段的结合部形成台阶,外壳的上筒段内装有一下级连接板、一导电极环;
所述下级连接板的中心开有过孔,下级连接板的上板面边缘部固定有正信号下连接片,下级连接板的下板面边缘部固定有负信号下连接片,其中的负信号下连接片压抵住外壳的上筒段与下筒段结合部的台阶,并形成电气连接;
所述导电极环为环形导体,导电极环安装在下级连接板上,导电极环的底边压抵住下级连接板上的正信号下连接片,并形成电气连接,导电极环的外周套置有一绝缘的环形隔离环;
所述压电陶瓷片插置于外壳内,压电陶瓷片的上端穿过下级连接板的中心过孔,压电陶瓷片的正极连接下级连接板的正信号下连接片,压电陶瓷片的负极连接下级连接板的负信号下连接片;
所述电路板安装在导电极环的上端,电路板的下板面上固定有正信号上连接片,电路板的上板面上固定有负信号上连接片,其中的正信号上连接片压抵住导电极环的上沿,并形成电气连接;
所述外壳的上沿向内弯折,并压抵住电路板上的负信号上连接片,形成电气连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱形接触式麦克风,其特征在于:压电陶瓷片的下端固定有配重块。
