Abstract
一种用于水处理的三价铁混凝剂——碱式硫酸
铁,是一种特殊硫酸盐。本发明以硫酸亚铁为原料,
用空气中的氧气作氧化剂,经催化加工而成,成品是
固体。其具有三价铁混凝剂的各种优点:生成的矾花
重、沉淀快,受水温(特别是低温)影响小,适用的pH
值范围宽,且不潮解,所以运输、贮存、使用都很方
便。其可应用于生活饮用水等各种给水和各种工业
废水处理。
Description
一种用于给水、污水和工业废水澄清处理的三价铁混凝剂-碱式硫酸铁,是涉及一种特殊硫酸盐。
在给水、污水和工业废水的澄清处理中都要使用混凝剂。目前国内外采用的混凝剂主要有铝混凝剂和铁混凝剂两大类,其中使用最广泛的是硫酸铝。该混凝剂运输、贮存都很方便,但其存在生成的矾花比重小,沉淀速度较慢,受水温影响大,适用PH值范围窄等缺点,并且生产时需要大量硫酸。铁混凝剂虽能克服铝混凝剂在水处理工艺上的上述缺点,但是现有各种铁混凝剂如三氯化铁、硫酸铁和氯化硫酸亚铁在运输、贮存、使用上诸多不便,如需要罐装及密封等。
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种成本低廉、使用效果好、运输、存贮、使用方便的固体的三价铁混凝剂-碱式硫酸铁。
本发明的特点是以硫酸亚铁(绿矾)为原料,利用空气中的氧气作氧化剂,加热催化而形成的一种三价铁混凝剂。其具体生产过程:利用工业副产品硫酸亚铁结晶体(FeSO4·7H2O)为原料,可先将其加热或日晒去除部分结晶水(最好去除2~3个结晶水),使之疏松,然后可用磨机将其磨成粉状,以增大氧化反应的接触面积,使化学反应速度加快和完全。最后再与加热空气中的氧气直接接触反应,将二价铁氧化成三价铁。其化学反应式为:
热空气可采用工业废气和炉、窑烟气来间接加热得到。利用热空气氧化可采用各种不同的氧化设备如:转窑、立窑等。
在加热空气氧化时,加热温度不能超过250℃,以避免硫酸亚铁分解而失去SO3。
本发明利用空气中的氧气作氧化剂,工艺流程简单,生产成本低廉。其在水处理工艺上除了具有三价铁混凝剂的各种优点:生成的矾花重,沉淀快,不受水温影响(特别是低温),适用的PH值范围宽,此外这种三价铁混凝剂是固体,不潮解,因此贮存、运输、使用都很方便。其产品质量安全可靠,可在生活饮用水等各种给水、污水和工业废水澄清和去色处理中广泛应用。

1、一种用于水处理的混凝剂-碱式硫酸铁。其特征在于,以硫酸亚铁结晶体为原料,用加热空气中的氧气在不超过250℃的温度下直接接触反应而成。
