背景技术
传统用于水性笔书写的白板多为塑料材质,其表面光滑容易反光且功能单一。随着科技的发展市面上出现了具备投影功能的白板,其由特殊材料制得,反射率比普通投幕提高20%,使图像更明亮清晰,明显提高投影亮度,但其造价较高,又不能作为书写板使用,不易推广使用。将前述材质用于制造交互式电子白板时,造价低的触控体验较差,触控体验较好的造价较高,并且现有白板受现有材质的局限,均存在容易划伤,容易破裂,破裂后完全不能使用,表面反射刺眼,单点触控为主,反应滞后缓慢等居多问題。市場急需轻薄且造价低,防眩而且易滑动,白板表面超硬抗划伤,书写顺暢字迹易于擦拭的新型电子白板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种造价低廉且兼具投影功能的交互式玻璃电子白板。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是,一种交互式玻璃电子白板,其包括书写板本体,所述书写板本体包括基板和超薄钢化玻璃,所述基板的正面与超薄钢化玻璃贴合,所述超薄钢化玻璃与基板的贴合面附着有不透明涂层,超薄钢化玻璃的书写面为经防眩处理的亚光面。
为了更好的技术效果,本发明的技术方案还可以做如下改进:
1、所述超薄钢化玻璃厚度为0.3~2mm,字迹无重影,显示效果更佳。
2、所述超薄钢化玻璃与基板的贴合面印刷有白色油墨,超薄钢化玻璃与基板之间粘贴有触控感应模组,形成可投影可触控的多功能白板。
3、所述触控感应模组为电容式触控感应模组或电感式触控感应模组。
4、所述电容式触控感应模组包括一透明塑料薄膜,透明塑料薄膜正、反面分别设置有横向导电膜线路和纵向导电膜线路。
进一步地,所述横向导电膜线路和纵向导电膜线路的材质为铜、铝、金、银或导电碳浆中任意一种。
5、所述基板背面粘贴有用于粉笔书写的绿板。
6、所述基板为铝芯蜂窝板,所述铝芯蜂窝板表面粘接有铝板,所述超薄钢化玻璃以及绿板分别与铝板贴合,铝芯蜂窝板不易变型,平整度高,提升了写字板的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述铝芯蜂窝板仅与超薄钢化玻璃贴合的一面粘接有铝板,绿板可直接与铝芯蜂窝板粘贴,节约材料。
7、所述书写板其还包括一支架,所述书写板本体可旋转地安装于支架上。
本发明采用表面经防眩处理的超薄钢化玻璃作为书写板主体材料,其表面硬度达到9H,是普通白板膜的3倍硬度,不但不容易划伤,而且有一定的的韧性,可弯曲至90度,而且由于厚度薄更能凸显字体,经防眩处理的亚光面还可以作为投影机的屏幕,当超薄钢化玻璃背面贴附式触控感应模组时,还可以实现触控功能,交互体验更佳,超薄钢化玻璃与基板的贴合面附着的不透明涂层在贴合时可直接遮盖贴合产生的气泡,使其无需进行脱泡处理,制造工序更为简单,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明较佳实施例做进一步描述。
如图1和图2所示,一种交互式玻璃电子白板,其包括书写板本体1,所述书写板本体1包括基板11、超薄钢化玻璃12以及电容式触控模组13,所述电容式触控模组13贴附与超薄钢化玻璃12的背面,所述超薄钢化玻璃12与电容式触控薄膜13的贴合面121上印刷有白色油墨123,超薄钢化玻璃的书写面122为经防眩处理的亚光面;所述所述基板11的正面与电容式触控模组13贴合,所述基板11的背面粘贴有用于粉笔书写的绿板14。
进一步地,所述电容式触控感应模组13包括一透明塑料薄膜131,透明塑料薄膜正、反面分别设置有横向导电膜线路132和纵向导电膜线路133。
进一步地,所述基板11为铝芯蜂窝板,所述铝芯蜂窝板仅与电容式触控薄膜13贴合的一面粘接有铝板111,所述绿板14直接与铝芯蜂窝板粘贴。
本发明中所述超薄钢化玻璃厚度优选为0.3~2mm,字迹无重影,显示效果更佳;书写板的外围还可以包覆边框,使书写板更为美观,稳定性更高;本发明所述基本不限于铝芯蜂窝板,也可以采用亚克力等其他实体硬质板材,但釆用铝芯蜂窝板为支撑基板节约了金属材料,受热受冷受潮都不容易变形变质,同时经过压制后能够为贴合超薄强化玻璃提供高平整度的板面,在保证结构强度的同时又大大减轻了重量;电容式触控模组结构亦不限于实施例所述,可以为传统的ITO导电层,或GG触控面板,所述横向导电膜线路和纵向导电膜线路的材质为铜、铝、金、银或导电碳浆中任意一种;同时本发明的触控模组也不限于电容式触控模组,还可以为电感式触控模组;本发明所述交互式玻璃电子白板重量轻可以直接搭在架子上手动翻面,也可以可旋转的安装在支架上。

Claims (10)

1.一种交互式玻璃电子白板,其包括书写板本体,其特征在于,所述书写板本体包括基板和超薄钢化玻璃,所述基板的正面与超薄钢化玻璃贴合,所述超薄钢化玻璃与基板的贴合面附着有不透明涂层,超薄钢化玻璃的书写面为经防眩处理的亚光面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,所述超薄钢化玻璃厚度为0.3~2mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,超薄钢化玻璃与基板的贴合面印刷有白色油墨,超薄钢化玻璃与基板之间粘贴有触控感应模组。
4.根据权利要求3所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,所述触控感应模组为电容式触控感应模组或电感式触控感应模组。
5.根据权利要求4所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,所述电容式触控感应模组包括一透明塑料薄膜,透明塑料薄膜正、反面分别设置有横向导电膜线路和纵向导电膜线路。
6.根据权利要求5所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,所述横向导电膜线路和纵向导电膜线路的材质为铜、铝、金、银或导电碳浆中任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,所述基板背面粘贴有绿板。
8.根据权利要求1或7所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,所述基板为铝芯蜂窝板,所述铝芯蜂窝板表面粘接有铝板,所述超薄钢化玻璃以及绿板分别与铝板贴合。
9.根据权利要求8所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,所述铝芯蜂窝板仅与超薄钢化玻璃贴合的一面粘接有铝板。
10.根据权利要求1或3所述的交互式玻璃电子白板,其特征在于,其还包括一支架,所述书写板本体可旋转地安装于支架上。
