Abstract
本发明公开了一种两轮自平衡电动车的车架总成,旨在提供一种驾驶平稳,机动灵活的两轮独立驱动的自平衡电动车。它包括两个左右相对应的连接架组,其上设有车身和车轮固定面,固定左右两个独轮自平衡电动车的车身和车轮,所述连接架组的上部各安装有一个把手,在所述连接架组下方设有两个相对应的脚踏板,在所述两个连接架组中间对应面安装有中央连接轴承组。本发明跟既有技术相比在提高了安全性的同时增加了灵活性,给驾驶者带来更大的驾驶乐趣。
Description
技术领域本发明公开了一种电动车车架总成,具体为一种两轮自平衡电动车的车架总成
背景技术市面上已公开的自平衡电动车它的内部设有自平衡机电系统,来判断车身所处的姿势状态,透过精密高速的中央微处理器计算出适当的指令后,驱动马达来做到平衡的效果。目前市场上的自平衡电动车有两种,一种是独轮自平衡电动车,这种车虽然驾驶灵敏但安全系数较低,经常会有摔倒摔伤的情况发生,给驾驶者带来安全隐患,还有一种是两轮自平衡电动车,这种车虽然比较平稳,但两轮只能协调运转,不能独立运转,驾驶操控方式只能用手或用脚单独操作,不能手脚并用,驾驶者的重心也不易把持。
发明内容本发明一种两轮自平衡电动车的车架总成,通过安装有本发明的两轮自平衡电动车,就很好的解决了上述问题,旨在提供一种驾驶平稳,机动灵活的两轮独立驱动的自平衡电动车。
本发明的目的通过下述技术予以实现;它包括两个左右相对应的连接架组,其上分别设有两个车身和车轮的固定面,固定左右两个独轮自平衡电动车的车身和车轮,所述连接架组的上部各安装有一个把手,在所述连接架组下方设有两个相对应的脚踏板,在所述两个连接架组中间的对应面安装有中央连接轴承组,使两个连接架组结合成一体,既能相互旋转,又不会受力分离变形。

具体实施方式下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述;图1是本发明一种两轮自平衡电动车的车架总成的结构示意图,图中序号分别代表,A车身和车轮的的固定面;1独轮自平衡电动车车身【内置自平衡机电系统】;2车轮;3连接架组;4把手;5脚踏板;6中央连接轴承组;图2图3图4均为本发明一种两轮自平衡电动车的车架总成的操作原理图,图中序号分别代表,1独轮自平衡电动车车身【内置自平衡机电系统】;2车轮;3连接架组;4把手;5脚踏板;6中央连接轴承组;。
在图1中连接架组3,通过车身和车轮固定面A固定左右两个独轮自平衡电动车的车身1和车轮2,连接架组3上安装有把手4,便于驾驶者掌控,连接架组3下方为脚踏板5,在两个连接架组3的对应面中间安装有中央连接轴承组6,起到两个连接架组既能相互旋转又不能分离变形的作用,图2为是本发明一种两轮自平衡电动车的车架的静止状态。相比图2在图3中驾驶者双手握住把手4,双脚踩在脚踏板5上,身体重心前倾,带动整个车架总成前倾,进而带动固定在车架上的自平衡电动车车身产生角位移,车身内置的自平衡机电系统感知角位差,启动电机驱动车轮做补正运动,补正角位差,从而前进,反之亦然,操作者重心靠后,则使车轮向后退,在图4中,驾驶者踩在脚踏板5上,以自身重力为依靠,右手向下压推右侧把手4,使之产生移位,另一只手握住把手不动,则相对应右侧的自平衡电机驱动车轮向前运转,来补正角位差,从而达到以左轮接地点为轴心向左转弯的目的,反之亦然,可达到向右转弯的目的。
本发明跟既有技术相比在提高了安全性的同时增加了灵活性,给驾驶者带来更大的驾驶乐趣。

1.一种两轮自平衡电动车的车架总成,其特征是它包括两个左右相对应的连接架组,其上设有车身和车轮固定面,固定左右两个独轮自平衡电动车的车身和车轮,所述连接架组的上部各安装有一个把手,在所述连接架组下方设有两个相对应的脚踏板,在所述两个连接架组中间对应面安装有中央连接轴承组。
