钢管锯切定位装置,包括定位靠山装置及其移动机构、感应器和底座,定位靠山装置包括定位靠山块、升降部件和座架,定位靠山块安装在升降部件的顶部,升降部件安装在座架上,定位靠山装置的移动机构包括丝杠副,丝杠的两端头安装在丝杠座上,与丝杠旋配的丝母与座架固定连接,座架底部设有滑块,滑块可在底座上的滑槽中滑行,转动丝杠可带动定位靠山装置在底座上移动,感应器安装在座架的最前端,感应器与钢管输送装置中的电机电连接。本装置优点如下:应用本装置,首次锯切人工定位后,以后再锯切,都由本装置自动定位,节省了大量的人力、物力和时间,成倍地提高了劳动生产率和产量,而且还定位准确,产品质量高,不会造成钢管和设备的损坏。

本发明涉及钢管锯切定位装置。
背景技术
根据用户需求,要将长钢管锯切成一段一段旳短钢管。现有技术钢管锯切定位装置,只有钢管输送装置,而定位是靠人工定位。所述人工定位,先将钢管吊放到钢管输送装置上,由钢管输送装置将钢管输送到大致的锯切位置,再由人工测量出精确的锯切位置,并在钢管上画线标记,然后由人工施力推移钢管,将钢管画线标记处置于锯片下方再行锯切。其不足之处在于:1、人工测量画线定位,效率低,费工费时,还难免产生差错。2、人工施力推移钢管定位,更是效率低,若推移不当,还产生噪音,损坏钢管和设备。3、每锯切一次,都得人工定位一次,生产率低,劳动力成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种钢管锯切定位装置。它包括钢管输送装置、定位靠山装置、定位靠山装置的移动机构、感应器和底座,一次性人工定位后,以后再锯切,都由本装置自动定位,无需每次都由人工测量画线推移钢管定位,节省了大量的人力、物力和时间,成倍地提高了劳动生产率和产量,而且还定位准确,产品质量高,不会造成钢管和设备的损坏。
本发明的技术方案如下。
钢管锯切定位装置,包括钢管输送装置,还包括定位靠山装置、定位靠山装置的移动机构、感应器和底座,所述定位靠山装置包括定位靠山块、升降部件和座架,定位靠山块安装在升降部件的顶部,升降部件安装在座架上,所述定位靠山装置的移动机构包括丝杠副,丝杠的两端头安装在丝杠座上,丝杠座安装在底座上,与丝杠旋配的丝母与座架固定连接,座架底部上设有滑块,滑块可在底座上的滑槽中滑行,转动丝杠上的手轮可带动定位靠山装置在底座上移动,感应器安装在座架的最前端,感应器与钢管输送装置中的电机电连接。
所述升降部件为气缸,定位靠山块安装在气缸活塞的顶部。
所述升降部件为千斤顶,定位靠山块安装在千斤顶顶柱的顶部。
本装置具有如下优点:现有技术是人工定位,本装置是自动定位。
1、可提高产量。现有技术是人工定位,每次锯切,都要人工测量画线标记,人工施力推移钢管,费工费时费力,生产效率低,劳动力成本高。应用本装置,一次性人工定位后,以后每次锯切都是自动定位,可节省大量的人力、物力和时间,成倍地提高劳动生产率和产量。
2、可提高质量。现有技术人工测量画线标记,不仅费工费时,还难免产生差错,人工施力推移钢管,要用大锤敲打或钢棍撬动,不仅效率低,还难免损坏钢管和设备。本装置自动定位,定位准确,不会产生差错,不用敲打或撬动,不会损坏钢管,可确保钢管不受损伤。
3、有利环保。现有技术人工施力推移钢管,有时会发生剌耳噪音或巨响,严重影响车间的生产环境,影响人体健康。本装置自动定位,不用人工施力推移钢管,不会产生剌耳噪音或巨响,有利环保。

具体实施方式
参看附图。钢管锯切定位装置,包括钢管输送装置,还包括定位靠山装置、定位靠山装置的移动机构、感应器12和底座6,所述定位靠山装置包括定位靠山块1、升降部件2和座架13,定位靠山块安装在升降部件的顶部,升降部件安装在座架上,所述定位靠山装置的移动机构包括丝杠副,丝杠3的两端头安装在丝杠座5上,丝杠座安装在底座6上,与丝杠旋配的丝母4与座架13固定连接,座架底部上设有滑块7,滑块可在底座6上的滑槽中滑行,转动丝杠上的手轮可带动定位靠山装置在底座上移动,感应器12安装在座架13的最前端,感应器与钢管输送进装置中的电机8电连接。
所述钢管输送装置包括电机8、变速箱9和输送滾筒10,钢管11搁置在输送滾筒上,电机运转带动输送滾筒转动,滾筒转动则可输送钢管。电机正转,钢管往定位靠山装置前行,电机反转则后退。
实施例一:所述升降部件2为气缸,定位靠山块1安装在气缸活塞的顶部。根据钢管直径,活塞上升或下降,带动定位靠山块上升或下降来对应钢管位置。
实施例二:所述升降部件2为千斤顶,定位靠山块1安装在千斤顶顶柱的顶部。根据钢管直径,顶柱上升或下降,带动定位靠山块上升或下降来对应钢管位置。
简述本装置的应用。
首次锯切要人工定位,以后的每次锯切都是应用本装置自动定位。首次锯切,将钢管画线标记处置于锯片下方定位,然后转动丝杠上的手轮带动定位靠山装置在底座上移动,让定位靠山块与钢管前端面贴紧,便可开始首次锯切。切好后将钢管吊走,钢管输送装置往定位靠山装置方向输送钢管,当钢管前端面到达感应器附近而接近定位靠山装置时,感应器就会发出指令让钢管输送进装置中的电机停止运转,电机虽停止运转,但因惯性作用钢管继续前行,直到钢管前端面贴紧定位靠山块才停止前行,进行自动定位,自动定位后便可开始锯切。切好后将钢管吊走,从复自动定位,再行锯切。

1.钢管锯切定位装置,包括钢管送进装置,其特征是:还包括定位靠山装置、定位靠山装置的移动机构、感应器(12)和底座(6),所述定位靠山装置包括定位靠山块(1)、升降部件(2)和座架(13),定位靠山块安装在升降部件的顶部,升降部件安装在座架上,所述定位靠山装置的移动机构包括丝杠副,丝杠(3)的两端头安装在丝杠座(5)上,丝杠座安装在底座(6)上,与丝杠旋配的丝母(4)与座架(13)固定连接,座架底部上设有滑块(7),滑块可在底座(6)上的滑槽中滑行,转动丝杠上的手轮可带动定位靠山装置在底座上移动,感应器(12)安装在座架(13)的最前端,感应器与钢管送进装置中的电机电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢管锯切定位装置,其特征是:所述升降部件(2)为气缸,定位靠山块(1)安装在气缸活塞的顶部。
