本发明涉及饮料领域,具体地说是一种葛根植物饮料。按照重量份计,取葛根15-20份、玉竹15-20份为原料清洗后以重量计加入200-250倍水,浸泡5-7小时,得浸泡料;将浸泡料加热煮沸,以重量计将浸泡混和物煎煮浓缩至0.6-0.8倍,停止加热,得煎煮料;用40-200目绢布对煎煮料进行过滤,得滤液;将滤液按每千克计,加入百分之四至百分之六的木糖醇,千分之六至千分之八的柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,得原液;将原液放凉后,按每千克计加入千分之四至千分之六红甜菜根粉,得混和液;再将混和液进行高温瞬间灭菌,灭菌温度为120—140℃,时间为4—6s;最后采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04—0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60—75℃,再冷却至常温即得成品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料领域,具体地说是一种功能性葛根植物饮料。
背景技术
众所周知,植物饮料作为一种功能性饮料,近几年开始悄然兴起,并得到快速发展,其前景令人期待。目前,我国功能性饮料的人均消费量每年仅为0.5公斤,与世界人均7公斤的消费量相比尚有很大空间,因此,市场潜力巨大。随着社会的不断发展和物质生活水平的提高,人们对饮品的营养、口感、风味等提出了更高的要求。在现代人的眼里,选择饮料时更注重它的保健功能作用。目前高血糖、高血压、高血脂、各种癌症等已成为危害我国人民健康的主要疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有的技术不足,提供一种葛根植物饮料,有助于降血糖、降血压、调节血脂,有助于增强体能和耐力、快速恢复疲劳,功效好、口感佳、味纯正、商品性状好,能满足人们,特别是中老年人和喜欢运动的年轻人追求口感、营养、保健等多层次要求。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种葛根植物饮料,其特征在于通过如下步骤制备:按照重量份计,取葛根15-20份、玉竹15-20份为原料,去除生虫原料;
前述原料清洗后以重量计加入200-250倍水,浸泡5-7小时,得浸泡料;
将浸泡料加热煮沸,以重量计将浸泡混和物煎煮浓缩至0.6-0.8倍,停止加热,得煎煮料;
趁热用40-200目绢布对煎煮料进行过滤,得滤液;
将滤液按每千克计,加入百分之四至百分之六的木糖醇,和千分之六至千分之八的柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,得原液;
将原液放凉后,按每千克计加入千分之四至千分之六红甜菜根粉,搅拌均匀,得混和液;
再将混和液进行高温瞬间灭菌,灭菌温度为120—140℃,时间为4—6s;
最后采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04—0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60—75℃,再冷却至常温即得成品。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的描述:
实施例1:
备料:按照葛根15克、玉竹15克、红甜菜根粉5克、水7000克、木糖醇250克、柠檬汁30克称重备料,去除生虫原料;
将清洗后的葛根、玉竹加入7000克水,浸泡6小时;
将浸泡好的原料加热煮沸,煮至水剩5000克时停止加热;
趁热用40-200目绢布过滤;
将滤液按每千克,加入百分之五的木糖醇,和千分之六的柠檬汁,搅拌均匀;
将滤液放凉后,按每千克加入千分之五红甜菜根粉,搅拌均匀;
调配好的植物饮料进行高温瞬间灭菌,灭菌温度为120—140℃,时间为4—6s;
灭菌后的植物饮料采用真空灌装,真空度为0.04—0.05Mpa,灌装温度控制在60—75℃,再冷却至常温即得成品。
实施例2:
一种植物饮料,其具体的生产工艺如下:

我国自古以来就讲求“药食同源”。葛根在《本草纲目》、《药王全书》中均有记载,被誉为千年人参,具有清腻解热,降糖降脂,保护心脑血管,改善微循环,利尿解酒等作用。玉竹,《本草新编》注:入心,肾,肺,肝,脾五脏。滋阴润肺,养胃生津,补中益气,令人强壮。而红甜菜不仅在亚洲,在欧洲更是受到广泛欢迎,它不仅可以降血压,促进血液循环,增加体力和耐力,尤其是甜菜根中独有的甜菜红素色素,是抗癌性极佳的抗氧化剂。本品采用现代生物工程技术将以上三种植物酿造成饮料,长期饮用有助于降低血糖、血压、调节血脂、提高人体免疫功能、延缓衰老,并且可以开胃消食、增强体能和耐力,快速恢复疲劳,是其他饮料无法比拟无可替代的食疗保健的新型饮品。
本发明提供一种以葛根、玉竹、红甜菜根粉等药食同源中草药为原料的功能性植物饮料及其生产工艺,该饮料产品有助于降血糖、降血压、调节血脂,有助于增强体能和耐力、快速恢复疲劳,是一种功效好、口感佳、味纯正、商品性状好的功能性植物饮料,以满足人们,特别是中老年人和喜欢运动的年轻人追求口感、营养、保健等多层次要求。
Claims (1)
1.一种葛根植物饮料,其特征在于通过如下步骤制备:按照重量份计,取地葛根15-20份、玉竹15-20份为原料,去除生虫原料;
前述原料清洗后以重量计加入200-250倍水,浸泡5-7小时,得浸泡料;
将浸泡料加热煮沸,以重量计将浸泡混和物煎煮浓缩至0.6-0.8倍,停止加热,得煎煮料;
趁热用40-200目绢布对煎煮料进行过滤,得滤液;
将滤液按每千克计,加入百分之四至百分之六的木糖醇,千分之六至千分之八的柠檬汁,搅拌均匀,得原液;
将原液放凉后,按每千克计加入千分之四至千分之六红甜菜根粉,搅拌均匀,得混和液;
