本发明涉及环保新材料领域,更具体地,涉及一种环保水发泡聚丙烯母料的及其制备而成的挤出微发泡片材。
背景技术
发泡聚丙烯在发泡塑料领域中是一种综合性能先进的环保新型抗压缓冲隔热泡沫塑料,具有机械性能优异、抗震吸能性能、形变后回复率高和耐热温度高的优点,可广泛应用于汽车隔热材料和缓冲吸能零部件。如保险杠缓冲块、顶棚、仪表板衬材、车门板衬材、搁物板、尾箱和头盔等零部件,已成为多用途的轻量化的汽车材料。目前聚丙烯的发泡方法主要有挤出发泡、模压发泡。其中挤出发泡法是最常用的一种方法,挤出发泡法是将物料混炼和发泡成型在发泡挤出机中一次挤出发泡成型,得到泡沫结构的聚丙烯材料或板材,具有工艺流程简单、可连续自动化生产,生产效率高等特点。中国专利CN102276912A,公开了了一种低发泡用聚丙烯组合物及制备方法,该,该方法采用化学发泡剂,通过挤出机挤出,得到一种发泡聚丙烯片材。中国专利CN1861368A,公开了一种“非交联聚丙烯发泡材料的生产方法”,该方法主要采用超临界二氧化碳等作为发泡剂,得到发泡聚丙烯的片材。中国专利CN101353460A公开了一种环保型微发泡聚丙烯板材及其制备方法,该方法主要采用柠檬酸和小苏打NaHCO3为发泡剂,通过挤出机挤出,得到一种发泡聚丙烯片材。
上述现有公开的发泡聚丙烯片材或板材及生产方法中,化学发泡剂在反应时会产生有毒副产物,影响制品质量。物理发泡剂成本较低,发泡无残余体,但发泡过程所用设备较化学发泡投资大,低沸点发泡剂大都易燃,需要专用压力容器和耐压防泄漏管道,需要较高的安全防护和消防配置,有些对大气中的臭氧层有破坏作用;CO2发泡剂会引起温室效应。随着社会的进步及人们观念的更新,人们对发泡剂的要求也越来越高,对人体无害、便宜、环保的发泡剂才被人们所接受。所以需要开发一种无毒、环保方法制备微发泡聚丙烯片材以解决现有的问题。水发泡技术正是泡沫塑料生产的一个重要发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种可以通过环保发泡材料。
首先公开一种环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,通过以下重量份的材料制成:改性剂5~10份,LDPE5~10份,微孔吸水无机发泡材料30~60份,引发剂0.01~0.2份,表面活性剂1~3份,塑料抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,
所述的改性剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,乙丙橡胶,三元乙丙胶,SBS,聚丁烯或POE中的一种或几种,
所述的微孔吸水无机发泡材料为超细白炭黑,硅藻土,海泡石粉,木粉及壳粉,超细微孔硫酸钙,超细微孔硫酸镁,超细微孔碳酸钙和微孔状纤维,含水量1~8%。
所述的引发剂由以下重量份的材料组成:接枝剂0.01~0.1份,助接枝剂0.01~0.2份。

S2.挤出发泡片材:将(A)环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,高熔体强度聚丙烯,聚丙烯投入发泡挤出片材机的加料口,料筒温度为150—210℃,模头温度为110—150℃,螺杆转速为20—150转/分钟,挤出后经三辊辊压即可得到环保水发泡聚丙烯挤出微发泡片材。
本发明具有以下优点:
本发明微发泡聚丙烯片材制品具有制备工艺简单稳定、加工性能良好等特点,发泡剂采用水发泡剂,环保安全,挤出微发泡聚丙烯片材的低倍率发泡制品密度在300—700kg/m3可控,具有闭孔结构、泡孔尺寸细小均匀等特点。聚丙烯低倍率发泡片材具有优良的综合力学性能、耐热性好、环保易回收等特点,可以替代目前使用的聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯低发泡制品。可应用于汽车、包装、建筑等领域,实现减重节能和环保的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步详细说明本发明。除非特别说明,本发明采用的试剂、设备和方法为本技术领域常规市购的试剂、设备和常规使用的方法。
实施例1
一种环保水发泡聚丙烯母料的挤出微发泡片材,由以下重量份的材料组成:高熔体强度聚丙烯20份,无规共聚聚丙烯70份,环保水发泡聚丙烯母料10份。环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,由以下重量份的材料组成:SBS,10份,LDPE8份,硅藻土25份,引发剂0.2份,钛酸酯偶联剂3份,塑料抗氧剂0.3份,其他助剂3份。
实施例2
一种环保水发泡聚丙烯母料的挤出微发泡片材,由以下重量份的材料组成:高熔体强度聚丙烯10份,嵌段共聚聚丙烯80份,环保水发泡聚丙烯母料10份。环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,由以下重量份的材料组成:三元乙丙胶,10份,LDPE5份,微孔硫酸钙30份,引发剂0.15份,硅烷类偶联剂2份,塑料抗氧剂0.2份,其他助剂2.5份。
实施例3
一种环保水发泡聚丙烯母料的挤出微发泡片材,由以下重量份的材料组成:高熔体强度聚丙烯10份,等规聚丙烯75份,环保水发泡聚丙烯母料15份。环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,由以下重量份的材料组成:POE10份,LDPE5份,海泡石粉30份,引发剂0.2份,铝钛复合偶联剂3份,塑料抗氧剂0.3份,其他助剂3份。
实施例4性能测试
将实施例1-3通过本发明提供的方法,制成微发泡片材,通过测试,完全符合国家规定,且过程中没有使用任何的毒性物质。

Claims (10)

1.一种环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,通过以下重量份的材料制成:改性剂5~10份,LDPE5~10份,微孔吸水无机发泡材料30~60份,引发剂0.01~0.2份,表面活性剂1~3份,塑料抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,
所述的改性剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,乙丙橡胶,三元乙丙胶,SBS,聚丁烯或POE中的一种或几种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,所述的微孔吸水无机发泡材料为超细白炭黑,硅藻土,海泡石粉,木粉及壳粉,超细微孔硫酸钙,超细微孔硫酸镁,超细微孔碳酸钙和微孔状纤维,含水量1~8%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,所述的引发剂由以下重量份的材料组成:接枝剂0.01~0.1份,助接枝剂0.01~0.2份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,所述接枝剂为偶氮二异丁睛、过氧化苯甲酰、过氧化二异丙苯、过氧化十二酰、叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯或过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯中的一种或几种的混合物,所述助接枝剂为马来酸酐、二烯烃、苯乙烯、甲基苯乙烯、二乙烯基苯、丙烯酸酯或丙烯酸酯类衍生物中的一种或多种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,还包括抗氧化剂和表面活性剂,所述的抗氧剂由受阻酚类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酯抗氧剂组成,受阻酚类抗氧剂和亚磷酸酷抗氧剂的重量比是1:0.5~5份;所述表面活性剂为钛酸酯偶联剂、硅烷类偶联剂、铝钛复合偶联剂中的一种或若干种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,其特征在于,还包括光稳定剂、分散剂、抗静电剂、阻燃剂和着色剂中的一种或多种。
7.一种挤出微发泡片材,其特征在于,由以下重量份的材料制成:高熔体强度聚丙烯10~30份,聚丙烯70~90份,权利要求1所述的环保水发泡聚丙烯母料10~30份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的挤出微发泡片材,其特征在于,所述的高熔体强度聚丙烯的熔体强度为5~20cN。
9.根据权利要求7所述的挤出微发泡片材,其特征在于,所述的聚丙烯为无规共聚聚丙烯,等规聚丙烯或嵌段共聚聚丙烯。
10.一种如权利要求7-9任一所述的一种挤出微发泡片材的制备方法,其特征在于,主要包括以下步骤:
S1.发泡母料造粒:将微孔无机发泡材料投入混合机,加入抗静电剂预混5~10分钟,加入表面活性剂再混10分钟,接着投入改性剂,引发剂,抗氧剂,其他助剂,预混20分钟,然后将预混料投入双螺杆挤出机造粒成环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,
S2.挤出发泡片材:将(A)环保水发泡聚丙烯母料,高熔体强度聚丙烯,聚丙烯投入发泡挤出片材机的加料口,料筒温度为150—210℃,模头温度为110—150℃,螺杆转速为20—150转/分钟,挤出后经三辊辊压即可得到环保水发泡聚丙烯挤出微发泡片材。
