Abstract
本发明美白抗皱防晒霜，是由以下重量份数的原料制成：昆布氨酸3～4份、海藻酸丙二醇酯4～5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2～2.5份、乙基麦芽酚0.8～1份、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯12～15份、海狗油20～24份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠4～5份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯6～8份、翅果油18～22份、槐耳提取物3～4份、哈蟆油4～5份。本发明美白抗皱防晒霜含有多种营养元素，各个营养元素配合，以及通过特殊的工艺，协同效应突出，形成具有良好抗皱、美白效果，而且本美白抗皱防晒霜加工工艺简单，尤其是加入多种天然抗皱美白组分，相对于一般的化妆品，本发明在抗皱、美白方面的功效突出。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化妆品制备技术领域，具体涉及一种美白抗皱防晒霜及其制备方法。
背景技术
黑色素是存在于每个人皮肤基底层的一种蛋白质。紫外线的照射会令黑色素产生变化，生成一种保护皮肤的物质，然后黑色素又经由细胞代谢的层层移动，到了肌肤表皮层，形成了我们现在所看到的色斑和肤色不匀等皮肤问题。所以，美白也是一个由内而外的护理工程。首先要选择一套适合自己的美白产品，因为美白成分各不相同，所以理论上最好是使用同一品牌同一系列的产品，这样可以防止不同美白成分互相冲突产生的不良反应。现在市面上比较多的美白产品都是以维生素C为主要成分。鞣花酸具有极高的抗氧化性，能够帮助肌肤抑制和调节黑色素的生成，并减淡已形成的色斑。除了选用美白产品，还有一点很重要：从外部防护皮肤免受紫外线的侵害开始，一年四季都要做好防晒护理，无论在室内外工作都要用防晒霜，炎热的夏天在户外时，一定要带遮阳伞和具有防紫外线功能的太阳镜。
产生皱纹的原因主要分两大类:内因老化(自然老化)和外因老化(光老化及吸烟、酗酒、不良饮食等)。一般认为，手臂内侧的皮肤基本反映了自然老化的进度;如果脸上的皮肤比手臂内侧皮肤糟糕，出现肤色不均、松弛起皱等，都是外因老化带来的，尤其是防晒不足带来的光老化，占了80%以上。 常见的祛皱方法不外乎整形手术、注射祛皱、医学美容、护肤美容品几个大类。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好美白效果和抗皱效果的美白抗皱防晒霜及其制备方法。
本发明美白抗皱防晒霜，是由以下重量份数的原料制成：昆布氨酸3～4份、海藻酸丙二醇酯4～5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2～2.5份、乙基麦芽酚0.8～1份、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯12～15份、海狗油20～24份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠4～5份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯6～8份、翅果油18～22份、槐耳提取物3～4份、哈蟆油4～5份。
作为优化，该美白抗皱防晒霜，是由以下重量份数的原料制成：昆布氨酸3.2份、海藻酸丙二醇酯4.5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.2份、乙基麦芽酚0.9份、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯13份、海狗油21份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠4.5份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯7份、翅果油20份、槐耳提取物3.2份、哈蟆油4.5份。
制备所述美白抗皱防晒霜的方法，包括以下步骤：
a、将所述重量份数的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、海狗油、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、翅果油，加入到搅拌机中，在62℃～70℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌20分钟；
b、将所述重量份数的哈蟆油粉碎，然后加入8倍量的石油醚，在50℃～58℃条件下，超声处理3次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩干燥得到浸膏；
c、将所述重量份数的昆布氨酸、海藻酸丙二醇酯、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、乙基麦芽酚，加入到步骤a中的混合物中，在35℃～45℃条件下，以1000转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟；
d、将所述重量份数的槐耳提取物和步骤b中的浸膏，加入到步骤c中的混合物中，在48℃～55℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟，然后加入到超声波分散机处理90分钟。
本发明组分中，哈蟆油最主要成分为胺基酸，另含有19种微量元素，胡萝卜素，核糖核酸，维生素A、B、C、D、胶原蛋白;含有丰富的蛋白质，只有4%的脂肪，而且还是不含胆固醇的优质的不饱和脂肪酸。翅果油中的蛋白质由17种氨基酸组成，人体必需的8种氨基酸，翅果油中含有7种。翅果中α-亚麻酸与亚油麻酸的含量之比为1:7。海狗油具有滋阴补阳，养肝益肾，调节内分泌；养颜美肤、补血益气；降低血脂，改善血循环等多种作用。抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠可以清除皮肤内的自由基,促进胶原蛋白的合成,使皮肤润泽、丰满而富有弹性。季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯是一种大分子量液体油脂，不溶于水，清爽滋润不油腻，在个人护理品中，对头发提供湿润、平滑的手感，对皮肤提供非常滋润不油腻的肤感。槐耳止血；止痢；抗癌；主痔疮出血；便血；崩漏；痢疾；肝癌；肝炎；槐耳提取物可以从盐城市芝庆堂生物科技有限公司购买。昆布氨酸甜菜碱型氨基酸，提取自藻类植物和海带中，无毒，具有良好的保湿能力，与透明质酸类似，多用于调理性护肤品中。海藻酸丙二醇酯由天然海藻中提取的海藻酸深加工制成，外观为白色或淡黄色粉末，水溶后成粘稠状胶体。聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵用作调节剂、抗静电剂、增湿剂、洗发剂和护肤用的润肤剂等。乙基麦芽酚是一种安全无毒、用途广、效果好、用量少的理想食品添加剂，是烟草、食品、饮料、香精、果酒、日用化妆品等良好的香味增效剂。甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯是紫外UVB区的良好吸收剂，能有效防止280-310nm的紫外线，且吸收率高；对皮肤无刺激，安全性好，几乎是一种理想的防晒剂。
本发明美白抗皱防晒霜含有多种营养元素，各个营养元素配合，以及通过特殊的工艺，协同效应突出，形成良好的抗皱、美白效果，而且本美白抗皱防晒霜加工工艺简单，尤其是加入多种天然抗皱美白组分，相对于一般的化妆品，本发明在抗皱、美白方面的功效十分突出。
具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明，但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制，本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整，仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1：a、将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯13千克、海狗油21千克、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠4.5千克、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯7千克、翅果油20千克，加入到搅拌机中，在62℃～70℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌20分钟；
b、将哈蟆油4.5千克粉碎，然后加入8倍量的石油醚，在50℃～58℃条件下，超声处理3次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩干燥得到浸膏；
c、将昆布氨酸3.2千克、海藻酸丙二醇酯4.5千克、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.2千克、乙基麦芽酚0.9千克，加入到步骤a中的混合物中，在35℃～45℃条件下，以1000转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟；
d、将盐城市芝庆堂生物科技有限公司产槐耳提取物3.2千克和步骤b中的浸膏，加入到步骤c中的混合物中，在48℃～55℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟，然后加入到超声波分散机处理90分钟，冷却后罐装。
实施例2：a、将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯12千克、海狗油20千克、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠4千克、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯6千克、翅果油18千克，加入到搅拌机中，在62℃～70℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌20分钟；
b、将哈蟆油4千克粉碎，然后加入8倍量的石油醚，在50℃～58℃条件下，超声处理3次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩干燥得到浸膏；
c、将昆布氨酸3千克、海藻酸丙二醇酯4千克、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2千克、乙基麦芽酚0.8千克，加入到步骤a中的混合物中，在35℃～45℃条件下，以1000转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟；
d、将槐耳提取物3千克和步骤b中的浸膏，加入到步骤c中的混合物中，在48℃～55℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟，然后加入到超声波分散机处理90分钟，冷却后罐装。
实施例3：a、将甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯15千克、海狗油24千克、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠5千克、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯8千克、翅果油22千克，加入到搅拌机中，在62℃～70℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌20分钟；
b、将哈蟆油5千克粉碎，然后加入8倍量的石油醚，在50℃～58℃条件下，超声处理3次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩干燥得到浸膏；
c、将昆布氨酸4千克、海藻酸丙二醇酯5千克、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.5千克、乙基麦芽酚1千克，加入到步骤a中的混合物中，在35℃～45℃条件下，以1000转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟；
d、将槐耳提取物4千克和步骤b中的浸膏，加入到步骤c中的混合物中，在48℃～55℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟，然后加入到超声波分散机处理90分钟，冷却后罐装。
相关测试与结果如下：抗皱测试：选择138 名志愿者进行了有效性实验，采用双盲设计、对比实验进行对比考察。年龄在35～49岁之问， 46人一组，随机分成A、B 、C三组。其中A 组使用空白护肤霜，B 组使用实施例1去掉翅果油、槐耳提取物、哈蟆油的组合物；C组用使用本发明实施例1美白抗皱防晒霜。A、B、C三组均要求每人每天早、晚使用一次护肤霜。使用方法为取适量涂抹在面部，轻轻打圈至乳剂完全吸收。对每位使用者进行跟踪调查，每周为一阶段测试一次，一共测试四周，测试部位为两侧脸颊和眼角。由技术人员使用MicroSkinII 多功能皮肤镜图像分析系统测定。
皮肤平均粗糙度（表1）：在测试使用4周后，C组皮肤平均粗糙度相对A组的变化率为-5.59%，皮肤平均粗糙度相对起始值存在显著性差异（p <O. 05）。C组的测定变化率明显高于其他组。
皱纹平均深度（表2）：在测试使用4周后， C组皱纹平均深度相对A组的变化率为-12.96%，使用4 周后，皮肤平均深度相对起始值存在显著性差异（p<O. 05）。C组的测定变化率明显高于其他组。
美白测试，在使用化妆品前和使用后四周内，利用Lab色度系统光谱光度计测量皮肤颜色的变化，连续测试3次，取平均值。皮肤色度Ｌ*值的变化情况见表3。通过表3可见，采用本发明的C组，皮肤Ｌ*值的提高最好，因此美白效果更好。
Claims (2)
1.一种美白抗皱防晒霜，其特征在于是由以下重量份数的原料：昆布氨酸3～4份、海藻酸丙二醇酯4～5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2～2.5份、乙基麦芽酚0.8～1份、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯12～15份、海狗油20～24份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠4～5份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯6～8份、翅果油18～22份、槐耳提取物3～4份、哈蟆油4～5份；
通过以下步骤制成：
a、将所述重量份数的甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、海狗油、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯、翅果油，加入到搅拌机中，在62℃～70℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌20分钟；
b、将所述重量份数的哈蟆油粉碎，然后加入8倍量的石油醚，在50℃～58℃条件下，超声处理3次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩干燥得到浸膏；
c、将所述重量份数的昆布氨酸、海藻酸丙二醇酯、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、乙基麦芽酚，加入到步骤a中的混合物中，在35℃～45℃条件下，以1000转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟；
d、将所述重量份数的槐耳提取物和步骤b中的浸膏，加入到步骤c中的混合物中，在48℃～55℃条件下，以1200转/分钟的转速搅拌15分钟，然后加入到超声波分散机处理90分钟。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白抗皱防晒霜，其特征在于是由以下重量份数的原料制成：昆布氨酸3.2份、海藻酸丙二醇酯4.5份、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵2.2份、乙基麦芽酚0.9份、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯13份、海狗油21份、抗坏血酸磷酸酯钠4.5份、季戊四醇四异硬脂酸酯7份、翅果油20份、槐耳提取物3.2份、哈蟆油4.5份。
