蜂蜜是蜜蜂从开花植物的花中采得的花蜜在蜂巢中酿制的蜜。蜂蜜为透明或半透明状粘稠液体或结晶体,滋味甜润具有蜜源植物特有的花香味。蜂蜜的主要成分为糖类,其中60%~80%是人体容易吸收的葡萄糖和果糖。蜂蜜还含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐和维生素、铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等多种有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等,具有护肤美容、润肠通便、抗菌消炎、促进组织再生、促进消化代谢、提高免疫力、保护心血管、改进血液的成分的功效。
山梨糖醇,为白色吸粉末或晶状粉末、片状或颗粒,无臭,易溶于水,微溶于乙醇和乙酸,有清凉的甜味,甜度约为蔗糖的一半,热值与蔗糖相近。山梨糖醇具有良好的保湿性能,可使食品保持一定的水分,防止干燥,还可防止糖、盐等析出结晶,能保持甜,酸,苦味强度的平衡,增强食品的风味,由于它是不挥发的多元醇,所以还有保持食品香气的功能。因山梨醇具有保湿性能,保湿性较甘油缓和,口味也较好,故可以代替甘油,应用于牙膏、卷烟和化妆品的生产中,用作牙膏、化妆品、烟草的调湿剂,也可用于工业表面活性剂的原料,用它生产斯盘和吐温类的表面活性剂。

本发明的目的在于针对现有制备烟用提取物领域的空白,提供一种杏干提取物的制备方法。该制备方法操作简单,可控性好,易于实施,且能充分的提取杏干的有效成分。
本发明还提供了一种杏干提取物在卷烟中的应用,该杏干提取物可作为香料添加到卷烟中,能够柔和甜润烟气,增加果甜香,提高圆润感和丰富性,提升抽吸品质。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种杏干提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:将无核的杏干破碎至原来大小的1/4~1/8,得到处理后的杏干;将蜂蜜、山梨糖醇和水按质量比为1:1~1.5:3~5混合,得到提取溶剂;
(2)一次回流提取:将上述处理后的杏干和提取溶剂按重量比为1:5~8混合,进行回流提取,其中提取时间为1~3h,提取温度为80~100℃,回流提取完成后分离得到提取物a和残渣b;
(3)二次回流提取:向残渣b中加入提取溶剂后进行回流提取,其中残渣b与提取溶剂的重量比为1:2~4,提取时间为0.5~1h,提取温度为80~100℃,回流提取完成后分离得到提取物c;
(4)一次过滤:将所得提取物a和提取物c混合后,用200目的筛网进行过滤,得到杏干提取物粗滤液;
(5)二次过滤:将所得杏干提取物粗滤液用0.8μm的筛网趁热过滤,得到杏干提取物精滤液;
(6)冻析:称量所得杏干提取物精滤液,加入对应杏干提取物精滤液重量的8~12%的脱氢醋酸钠,冷藏放置15~25h后,分离得到上清液和絮状沉淀;
(7)三次过滤:将所得絮状沉淀用0.8μm的筛网进行过滤,得到滤液,然后合并上清液和滤液即可得到杏干提取物。
一种杏干提取物在卷烟中的应用,其特征在于:所述杏干提取物在烟丝中的加入量为烟丝质量的0.05%~0.3%;将所得杏干提取物按比例均匀喷洒到烟丝中,于80℃烘箱中放置30min,再按现有技术调节水分制成卷烟。

具体实施方式
以下通过非限制性具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的详细说明:
一、杏干提取物的制备:
(1)备料:将无核的杏干破碎至原来大小的1/4~1/8,得到处理后的杏干;将蜂蜜、山梨糖醇和水按质量比为1:1~1.5:3~5混合,得到提取溶剂;
(2)一次回流提取:将上述处理后的杏干和提取溶剂按重量比为1:5~8混合,进行回流提取,其中提取时间为1~3h,提取温度为80~100℃,回流提取完成后分离得到提取物a和残渣b;
(3)二次回流提取:向残渣b中加入提取溶剂后进行回流提取,其中残渣b与提取溶剂的重量比为1:2~4,提取时间为0.5~1h,提取温度为80~100℃,回流提取完成后分离得到提取物c;

二、卷烟的制备:
以上实施例所制得的杏干提取物,称取烟丝质量的0.1%,并添加水至烟丝质量的5%,混匀后均匀喷洒到烟丝中。然后模拟生产线加料过程,于80℃烘箱中放置30min,再按现有技术调节水分制成卷烟。同时设置对照样品,以质量比为4:5:16的蜂蜜、山梨糖醇和水的混合提取液替代杏干提取物的对照样品1,和以水替代杏干提取物的对照样品2。

经过评吸技术人员一致认为添加了上述杏干提取物的卷烟相对于对照样品,烟气更为柔和甜润,增加了果甜香韵,香气丰富性和饱满度得到提升,口感舒适,提升了卷烟的抽吸品质。
Claims (2)
1.一种杏干提取物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)备料:将无核的杏干破碎至原来大小的1/4~1/8,得到处理后的杏干;将蜂蜜、山梨糖醇和水按质量比为1:1~1.5:3~5混合,得到提取溶剂;
(2)一次回流提取:将上述处理后的杏干和提取溶剂按重量比为1:5~8混合,进行回流提取,其中提取时间为1~3h,提取温度为80~100℃,回流提取完成后分离得到提取物a和残渣b;
(3)二次回流提取:向残渣b中加入提取溶剂后进行回流提取,其中残渣b与提取溶剂的重量比为1:2~4,提取时间为0.5~1h,提取温度为80~100℃,回流提取完成后分离得到提取物c;
(4)一次过滤:将所得提取物a和提取物c混合后,用200目的筛网进行过滤,得到杏干提取物粗滤液;
(5)二次过滤:将所得杏干提取物粗滤液用0.8μm的筛网趁热过滤,得到杏干提取物精滤液;
(6)冻析:称量所得杏干提取物精滤液,加入对应杏干提取物精滤液重量的8~12%的脱氢醋酸钠,冷藏放置15~25h后,分离得到上清液和絮状沉淀;
(7)三次过滤:将所得絮状沉淀用0.8μm的筛网进行过滤,得到滤液,然后合并上清液和滤液即可得到杏干提取物。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的杏干提取物在卷烟中的应用,其特征在于:所述杏干提取物在烟丝中的加入量为烟丝质量的0.05%~0.3%;将所得杏干提取物按比例均匀喷洒到烟丝中,于80℃烘箱中放置30min,再按现有技术调节水分制成卷烟。
