Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种光纤分布系统,包括支架以及占据支架的多个元件,这些元件包括光纤终端、插接装置、光纤分路器以及光纤接头。
背景技术
光纤分布系统包括光纤终端和通常为支架安装的其它设备。存在用于光纤分布系统的多个问题,这些问题包括密度、使用容易度和光缆管理。一直存在对于光纤分布区域的改进的持续的需求。
发明内容
根据本公开的示例的系统的一个实施例包括能够安装到支架或其他结构的组装块元件。元件包括底盘和可移动托盘。利用滑动机构将托盘可移动地安装到底盘,该滑动机构允许托盘相对于底盘滑动。滑动机构包括同步运动特征部,用于管理延伸到和延伸自托盘的光缆,以使得:随着托盘被移动,进入位置和离开位置处的光缆牵拉被减小或消除。
一个同步运动特征部包括齿轮组,该齿轮组包括齿条和齿轮系统。另一同步运动特征部包括轮和绳索。

托盘和框架构件允许在适配器的任一侧上容易地从上部和下部访问连接器。开口被设置在托盘底部,以便根据需要用手接近。
用于分布光缆或馈送光缆的光缆安装件能够被卡扣安装到元件和/或安装在纵向滑动安装件中,并且该光缆安装件包括加强构件夹具和光缆夹具。
可以利用缆包或诸如柔性槽的其它光缆引导件管理多组松弛的光缆。
元件可以根据需要被构造并且形成用于光纤分布系统(ODF)的组装块。
当元件以一列的形式被安装在支架中时,光缆能够被放置在竖直的光缆引导件中以进入和离开所选择的元件。
示例的支架是前方可访问的,然而,元件能够被用在包括如下的装置的其他支架、框架、机盒或箱体中,在该装置中,后方可访问是期望的或有用的。

具体实施方式
现在参考图1-16,示出了光纤分布元件10或元件10的各种实施例。元件10能够根据需要被单独地安装到电信设备,这些设备包括支架、框架或机盒。元件10能够以形成堆叠布置的组或块12的形式被安装。在一个实施例中,竖直堆叠的多个元件10占据光纤分布支架。
每一个元件10容纳光纤终端,或容纳包括光纤分路器和/或光纤接头的其他光纤部件。在光纤终端的情况下,进入光缆经由连接光缆的端部而被连接到引出光缆,这些连接光缆的端部经由适配器被连接,如在下文描述的那样。
每一个元件包括底盘20和可移动托盘24。托盘24可与滑动机构30一起运动,该滑动机构30包括一个或多个齿轮32和一组两个带齿齿条或直线构件34。

可以根据需要利用光缆安装件100固定延伸到元件10和延伸自元件10的光缆74。可以利用缆包102处理光纤脱开的额外保护缆包。半径限制件106还可以被额用来支撑和保护光缆74。
现在参考图17-29,示出了用于元件10的光缆布线的各种示例。
根据需要,一个以上的馈送光缆可以将光缆供给到一个以上的元件10。
现在参考图30-41,示出了元件210的各种另外的实施例。元件210包括位于可移动托盘224中的底盘220,该可移动托盘224与滑动机构230安装在一起,该滑动机构230促进半径限制件238的同步运动。每一个托盘224包括两个被铰接地安装的框架构件256。每一个框架构件256具有通过开口262与侧部264分开的中间部260。中间部260能够容纳光纤终端。侧部264包括半径限制件270。盖266在托盘224之上延伸。闩锁件268在闭合位置中将托盘224闩锁到盖266。

现在参考图46和47,可选的半径限制件420被示出为位于可选元件410上。半径限制件420包括摩擦构件430,该摩擦构件限制光缆经过半径限制件420的滑动运动的量,以辅助光缆管理。摩擦构件430包括柔性指,这些柔性指轻压在半径限制件420中的光缆上以减少或消除光缆在半径限制件420中的滑动运动。

半径限制件638的分隔件625形成用于半径限制件638的两个独立的槽627、629。两个槽627、629将元件610的光缆(例如,进入光缆和引出光缆)隔离和分隔成两个不同的路径。根据一个示例性的光缆布线构造,两个槽627、629可以将光缆引导到朝向托盘624的后部限定的上层678和下层680,同时还保持创建在元件610中的S形通道676。半径限制件638的分隔件625包括多个安装在其上以用于将光缆保持在槽627、629中的光缆管理凸耳631,。类似的凸耳633还可以在托盘624的后部发现,以用于保持正被引导到上层678和下层680的光缆。凸耳631和633是可移除的、卡扣的结构。
